Abstract

Pabrik Gula Tambora adalah PG berbasis tebu, untuk untuk mencukupi bahan baku tebu perusahaan menjalin hubungan  kemitraan dengan petani mitra. Jumlah Petani mitra yang dimiliki PG dari tahun ketahun semakin menurun jumlah mitra petani.  Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat penurunan petani mitra yang menanam tebu dan beralih ke komoditas lain. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan pola kemitraan yang terjalin antara PG dengan Petani. (2) Mengidentifikasi dan Mendeskripsikan  alasan  petani melanjutkan dan mengentikan bermitra dengan PG  (3) Menganalisis  komparatif pendapatan usahatani tebu dengan usahatani kompetitor (Jagung).

Abstract

Keberadaan UD. Rojo Susu Sapi dikenal sebagai daerah penghasil susu sapi perah, karena berkompeten menghasilkan produk susu segar walaupun usaha sapi perah berskala kecil dengan kepemilikan sapi 6–20 ekor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, menganalisis keragaan usaha meliputi biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan, menyusun strategi pengembangan usaha susu sapi perah. Responden terdiri dari 3 pihak internal dan 3 pihak eksternal dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal dari kekuatan dan kelemahan yaitu pengalaman produksi susu sapi penggunaan modal usaha kualitas produk akses pemasaran saluran distribusi sarana dan prasarana menunjang, kurangnya SDM, daya tahan susu teknologi administrasi keuangan kemasan produk dan promosi. Faktor eksternal dari peluang dan ancaman yaitu terjalinnya hubungan baik dengan stakeholder loyalitas pelanggan agen memperluas pasar daya beli konsumen dan kemitraan banyaknya pesaing munculnya usaha produk sejenis berkembangnya produk susu dengan berbagai inovasi harga relatif tinggi dan adanya produk subtitusi di pasar, penerimaan usaha diperoleh sebesar Rp 17.640.000/bulan dengan pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 1.269.383/bulan. Strategi pengembangannya melalui terletak pada Kuadran II yang berarti situasi ini menggunakan strategi diversifikasi atau strategi ST.

Abstract

Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) adalah kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh kelompok masyarakat yang secara bersama-sama mengusahakan lahan pekarangan sebagai sumber pangan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan, aksebilitas dan pemanfaatan serta pendapatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penilaian pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan kelompok wanita tani setelah menerima manfaat pekarangan pangan lestari (P2L) di Kota Malang, menganalisis dampak ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan kelompok wanita tani setelah memanfaatkan pekarangan pangan lestari (P2L) di Kota Malang, dan menganalisis peran kelompok wanita tani dalam pemanfaatan pekarangan melalui program pekarangan pangan lestari (P2L) di Kota Malang.

Abstract

Food independence is the ability of the state and nation to produce diverse foods from within the country that can guarantee the fulfillment of sufficient food needs to the individual levelby utilizing the potential of natural resources, human, social, economic, and local wisdom with dignity. National food security is a strategic issue for Indonesia, various government policies have been carried out to overcome the problem of food availability, one of which is through the implementation of Industry 4.0 in the agricultural sector, farmers can use information technology to find out various information about agriculture, good crop cultivation to the way overcome and overcome various types of plant problems. In addition to farmers, information technology can also be used by agricultural extension workers to provide technical guidance and share information about agriculture without having to go directly to the field, it can increase the empowerment of farmers through preparing agricultural information that is timely and relevant to support the decision making process of farming so that it can increase the productivity of independence and food security.Keywords : Farmers, food security, information technology

Abstract

Modern agriculture activities by intensively cultivating land and the massive use of fertilizer and pesticide have been shown to significantly increase agricultural productivity. However, modern agricultural systems have a serious impact on environmental damage, so it is necessary to develop modern agricultural systems that are environmentally sound and sustainable. This agricultural system can be successful if it is supported by all stakeholders, especially the Farmer Groups as a forum for farmers in their agricultural activities. The powerlessness of farmer groups in managing their members and their farms can be the cause of the failure of sustainable development of modern agriculture. This study aims to describe and analyze efforts to encourage the development of a modern sustainable agricultural system through the empowerment of farmer groups. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach based on literature studies from several journals and the results of previous research. The study results indicate that empowerment of farmer groups is the right way to increase the participation of farmer communities in the development of sustainable modern agriculture. The empowerment process carried out with the awareness, capacity and empowerment of farmer groups can increase awareness, ability, expertise and strength to take advantage of their potential. In the empowerment activities, it is necessary to empower actors from local government, community leaders and farmer group leaders who can act as motors and motivators. In addition, it is necessary to anticipate the inhibiting factors and the supporting factors that can encourage farmer group empowerment activities.

Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency is one of the agricultural production areas, especially vegetables and is the largest supplier to Surabaya. The high productivity of agriculture cannot be separated from the role of agricultural extension workers who are spread in most sub-districts in Sidoarjo Regency. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of agricultural extension workers in order to increase agricultural productivity, especially vegetables in Sidoarjo Regency. This research method uses descriptive, analytic and correlational approaches. A good extension policy strategy that can increase agricultural productivity is carried out by increasing programs related to institutions, quantity and quality of Agricultural Extension Officers and improving farmer group institutions. With this policy strategy, it can improve the quality of Agricultural Extension through education and training, as well as empowerment farmer groups by improving programs related to institutions, quantity and quality extension workers and institutional improvement of farmer groups. The results of the study show that the performance of Agricultural Extension Officers in the context of increasing agricultural productivity is in the very good category.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the differences in income, level of feasibility and level of enthusiasm or attitude of farmers in cultivating sugarcane varieties of Cenning and Bululawang. The research was carried out in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency from May to July 2021. The research method used was descriptive analysis method, which means analyzing income that has been ongoing or based on reality. In addition, the multi-attribute fishbein model is also used to calculate the interest or attitude of sugarcane farmers to plant cenning and Bululawang varieties.The results showed that the income obtained from sugarcane farming of the Cenning variety was Rp. 24.522.620,- while the sugarcane of Bululawang variety was Rp. 18.438.820,-. Sugarcane farming of the cenning variety in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency is feasible to be cultivated with an R/C Ratio of 1.61. Meanwhile, the Bululawang variety of sugarcane farming is also feasible with an R/C Ratio of 1.49. Based on fishbein analysis, it was found that the attitude of sugarcane farmers in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency (Ao) towards the cenning variety was 37,28. It is interpreted that the farmer's total attitude (Ao) towards the cenning variety is in the third range (36-51) which is agree (S). So it can be concluded that sugarcane farmers in Badang Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency prefer cenning sugar cane to Bululawang sugarcane varieties.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bojonegoro juga dikenal dengan potensi lahan pertanian yang cukup luas sehingga Kabupaten Bojonegoro menjadi lumbung pangan untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan nasional. Dengan tingginya produksi beras di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, tentunya harus diimbangi dengan pengelolaan yang baik. Dalam hal ini, pemasaran beras masih menggunakan cara konvensional, yakni petani menjual hasil pertanian ke perantara. Cara konvensional tersebut memiliki permasalahan, yakni kurang meluasnya penyebaran informasi, termasuk pemasaran produk, sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya agar hasil produksi pertanian lebih menjangkau pasar yang luas. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah melakukan digitalisasi usaha Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Sedya Mulya. Digitalisasi yang dimaksud ialah mengubah metode pemasaran konvensional menjadi digital berbasis internet berupa website. Tujuan dari dilakukannya digitalisasi itu yakni untuk meningkatkan daya saing pemasaran produk, kemasan, serta promosi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi, menghitung nilai tambah dan pendapatan dari pengolahan kopi yang dihasilkan oleh De Karanganjar Koffieplantage Blitar. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga kerja di De Karanganjar Koffieplantage. Metode riset menggunakan Metode Hayami. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa alur pengolahan kopi biji robusta melalui proses sortasi, pulping, penjemuran, hulling dan roasting. Setelah melalui proses roasting lalu dilakukan penghalusan dan pengemasan menjadi kopi bubuk robusta. Nilai tambah yang diperoleh De Karanganjar Koffieplantage dalam mengolah kopi biji roastbean tergolong sedang (15-40%) yaitu sebesar Rp 2.469/kg dengan persentase 22,34%. Sedangkan nilai tambah dari pengolahan kopi bubuk robusta tergolong tinggi (>40%) yaitu Rp 491.523/kg dengan persentase 98,25%.

Abstract

This study examines the consumer preferences for kiwi fruit at Hypermart. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of consumers of kiwi fruit, analyze the attributes of kiwi fruit that are considered by consumers, and analyze the level of consumer satisfaction when buying kiwi fruit at Hypermart. In this study, using the purposive sampling technique, we obtained as many as 50 respondents. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Fishbein, and Likert scale analysis. The results of this study are: 1) The characteristics of kiwifruit consumers are dominated by women, aged 21–30 years; the latest education is a bachelor's degree (S1); they work as private employees with a monthly income of > 5,000,000. 2) The most important attribute to be considered by consumers is the taste attribute, and consumers give a positive attitude towards all attributes of kiwi fruit. In addition to the taste attribute, the other two attributes that are considered by consumers are benefits and nutritional content. 3) Consumers give very satisfied responses when shopping for kiwi fruit at Hypermart. Among the six elements of the proposed statement, the one most highly satisfied by consumers is the quality of the kiwi fruit at Hypermart.Keywords: Attributes, Characteristics, Consumer Preference, Consumer Satisfaction, Kiwi Fruit
