Abstract

SMK adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membekali lulusannya agar siap masuk ke dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, minat di SMK sangat diminati masyarakat. Tingginya minat masyarakat membuat banyak bermunculan SMK baik negeri dan swasta. Untuk bisa menarik minat masyarakat, SMK harus bisa memberikan layanan yang baik khususnya layanan akademik kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan siswa terhadap pelayanan akademik Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Swasta di Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional dengan satu variabel bebas yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik dan variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa dari empat sekolah menengah kejuruan swasta di Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Dari angket yang didistribusikan, terkumpul 371 data. Selanjutnya, data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan juga uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel bebas yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Variabel Terikat yaitu Kepuasan Siswa. Kesimpulan yang bisa ditarik adalah bahwa kualitas layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan siswa. Hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan dasar pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak-pihak terkait dan juga penelitian di masa yang akan datang

Abstract

The role of the principal as an education manager is needed to support the effective and efficient running of the education process in the school. Leadership is the activity of managing other people as subordinates. Leadership is seen as a trigger for various activities, processes, and willingness to change the point of view or physical mentality of a group of people, both in formal and informal organizational relationships. The effectiveness of school administration personnel needs to be assessed to see the extent to which the effectiveness of school administration personnel carries out their duties and functions. This effectiveness is certainly inseparable from the leadership role of school administration personnel as managers who provide motivation, encouragement and direction to those concerned. Effectiveness is a level of success achieved by a person or group of people in a certain way in accordance with the standard goals that have been prepared. In other words, the more plans that are successfully achieved, the more effective the activity can be said to be. Good administrative staff are administrative staff who succeed can be seen through the implementation of good and consistent responsibility tasks to support the achievement of effective performance. This research uses a type of literature review research, namely looking for theoretical references that are relevant to the topic or problem specified. School administrators are an important part of the education system that has the function of supporting the continuity of school operations. School administration personnel are responsible for managing staffing, finance, student affairs, infrastructure, public relations, and curriculum activities. The result of this study is that the leadership role of the school principal is considered important to improve the effectiveness of the performance of school administrative personnel. To create a productive and efficient work environment, it is very important for school principals to exercise leadership and improve the effectiveness of school administration staff performance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to equip and develop the basic leadership and organizational management skills of OSIS (student council) members who are responsible for leading their school organizations, as well as to address the challenges of the 21st century. This community service activity (PKM) was conducted at MA Unggulan Techno Scientist, located in the Karangploso sub-district of Malang Regency, specifically at Jalan Wonokoyo 95, Dusun Boro, Tawangargo Village, Karangploso sub-district, Malang Regency. The distance to the activity location is 16 km, with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes. The training participants consisted of 30 students, including OSIS members and representatives from each class. The supporting instruments for this service included pre-test and post-test sheets. Based on the results of the basic leadership and organizational management training for students at MA Unggulan Techno Scientist in Malang Regency, it can be concluded that the average competency significantly increased to 90.5, with the majority of students (76.67%) falling into the "very good" category. This indicates that the training successfully enhanced the students' leadership and organizational management skills significantly.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing the factors that influence students' decisions in choosing a State Vocational High School (SMK) as their further education institution. The factors to be analyzed include socioeconomic conditions, parental support, peer support, self-potential, learning motivation, parenting styles, and students' interests. The research method used is quantitative research using factor analysis as the data analysis technique. Questionnaires as the data collection technique. This research was conducted at all State Vocational High Schools in Malang City with X grade students. The results of the research show that there are four factors that influence students' decisions in choosing a State Vocational High School as their further education institution include student interest factors, parental support and parenting style factors, education and family income factors, and social environmental factors. Based on the significant influence, the dominant influencing factor is the student interest factor.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between quality/service variables and the satisfaction of parents of students in elementary schools throughout Diwek District. This research uses quantitative research methods with simple correlation analysis. The research sample was calculated based on the Slovin formula from the existing population, so that 100 parents of students were selected as the sample. The sample calculation was based on cluster sampling, namely the territorial division of the selected research locations from the north, west, south and east of Diwek District, Jombang Regency. Based on the calculation results obtained by the researcher, namely for hypothesis testing, the significance obtained for the two variables (Service Quality and Parental Satisfaction) was 0.000 where 0.000 < 0.05, "H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected" with the hypothesis conclusion being accepted. The meaning of the accepted hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between institutional service quality (X) and student parent satisfaction (Y). So the conclusion of the research results is that there is a significant relationship between service quality and satisfaction of parents of students in public elementary schools in Diwek District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the strategy of learning leadership of the elementary School Headmasters to keep the educational quality during the pandemic of Covid-19.  The three strategies of learning leadership to increase the learning were modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue.  This research has used qualitative approach.  The study population was 914 elementary school teachers in Kota Batu, province of East Java, Indonesia.  The used sample selection was random sampling, using 76 persons or 8.31 percent of population.  The sampling technic was performed through multistages technic which involving the distribution of population in sub-district groups.  Then, it was seleced ramdomly every sub-district.  The used approach was method of survey.  It has grouped the data using questionnaries and analyzed by technic of analysis of multiple regression.  The study results showed simultaneously that the strategies of modeling, monitoring, and professional dialogue of learning leadership of elementary school headmasters had influences to keep the educational quality during the pandemic of Covid-19. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi fiskal dan sistem manajemen pendidikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan hipotesis. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 195 sekolah dasar neger di Kota Malang, Jawa Timuri. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak berstrata dan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas di mana total populasi dibagi menjadi kelompok berdasarkan kecamatan yang homogen. Jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan sejumlah 22 sekolah dasar negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan desentralisasi fiskal berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah tetapi terdapat pengaruh signifikans positif sistem manajemen pendidikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, desentraliasai fiskal dan manajemen pendidikan adalah faktor yang menentukan hasil pendidikan dan gabungan dampak keduanya bersifat sinergis dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of the research designed was to describe teacher competence in writing scientific papers based on Classroom Action Research (PTK) articles which can be published in electronic journals. This research was conducted at SDIT Ar Ruhul Jadid with a sample design of 70 respondents, but the data obtained by researchers was 42 respondents. Researchers used 2 methods which were carried out simultaneously, namely action research and descriptive quantitative. There are several achievement indicators that researchers want to explore in this study, including respondents' understanding of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method; understanding related to scientific work; Furthermore, Classroom Action Research (PTK) is part of scientific work; as well as understanding regarding the Open Journal System (OJS) from the respondents. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan ambidextrous terhadap perubahan digital dan produktivitas guru di sekolah dasar negeri Kabupaten Blitar. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada urgensi kepemimpinan adaptif dan inovatif di era digital, ketika kepala sekolah dituntut mampu menyeimbangkan antara dorongan terhadap inovasi baru dan optimalisasi praktik yang sudah ada untuk meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis regresi. Populasi penelitian meliputi 20 sekolah dasar negeri yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling (pengambilan sampel bertujuan), dengan total sampel sebanyak 169 guru yang ditentukan melalui proportional random sampling (pengambilan sampel acak proporsional). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner tertutup berisi 75 butir pernyataan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan ambidextrous kepala sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan apresiasi lebih positif dari guru berstatus pegawai negeri sipil serta guru berusia di atas 36 tahun. Tingkat perubahan digital juga berada pada kategori tinggi, terutama diapresiasi oleh guru senior dan pegawai negeri sipil. Produktivitas guru dikategorikan tinggi, lebih menonjol pada guru perempuan, pegawai negeri sipil, dan kelompok usia di atas 36 tahun. Analisis lebih lanjut menegaskan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan perilaku kepemimpinan ambidextrous terhadap perubahan digital maupun produktivitas guru. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan ambidextrous berperan penting dalam membangun ekosistem sekolah yang inovatif dan efisien. Implikasi dari temuan ini mendorong pengambil kebijakan, institusi pendidikan, dan penyelenggara pelatihan guru untuk memperkuat kapasitas kepemimpinan, mendukung adaptasi teknologi, serta meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan digital.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana santri di PESMA Al Mukmin mengelola waktu dalam menyeimbangkan peran akademik di perguruan tinggi dengan kewajiban kepesantrenan, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri mampu menerapkan strategi manajemen waktu yang adaptif, terencana, dan fleksibel. Mereka memanfaatkan berbagai pendekatan seperti penyusunan to do list, penetapan prioritas, serta pemanfaatan media digital, dengan dukungan budaya disiplin dan fleksibilitas aturan pesantren yang memungkinkan sinergi antara kegiatan kampus dan kepesantrenan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen waktu yang baik berdampak pada pencapaian prestasi akademik, peningkatan soft skills, serta kemampuan menjaga keseimbangan emosional santri. Namun, berbagai kendala seperti benturan jadwal, beban aktivitas yang padat, serta tekanan fisik dan psikologis tetap menjadi tantangan yang harus dihadapi, sehingga dibutuhkan strategi adaptasi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan hasil ini, disarankan agar santri terus mengembangkan keterampilan manajemen waktu dengan konsistensi yang lebih tinggi, pengasuh pesantren memperkuat ruang dialog dan pendampingan personal, serta perguruan tinggi menjalin koordinasi dengan pesantren agar kalender kegiatan lebih sinkron. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya lingkungan yang mendukung dalam membentuk kebiasaan manajemen waktu santri, sementara implikasi akademisnya memperkaya kajian tentang manajemen waktu dalam konteks pesantren mahasiswa yang memiliki dinamika berbeda dari mahasiswa pada umumnya. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya menegaskan keterampilan teknis manajemen waktu sebagai kunci keberhasilan, tetapi juga menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan santri sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem, budaya, dan dukungan sosial yang melingkupinya. Abstrak. This study aims to explore how students at PESMA Al Mukmin manage their time in balancing academic responsibilities at the university with religious obligations in the pesantren environment. The findings indicate that students are able to implement adaptive, planned, and flexible time management strategies. They employ various approaches such as creating to-do lists, setting priorities, and utilizing digital tools, supported by the pesantren’s culture of discipline and flexible regulations that allow synergy between campus and pesantren activities. The results further suggest that effective time management has a significant impact on academic achievement, the development of soft skills, and the ability to maintain emotional balance. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as schedule conflicts, heavy workloads, and both physical and psychological pressures, which require sustainable adaptive strategies. Based on these findings, it is recommended that students continue to strengthen their time management skills with greater consistency, pesantren supervisors enhance personal mentoring and dialogue spaces, and universities coordinate with pesantren to better align academic and religious schedules. The practical implications of this research highlight the importance of a supportive environment in shaping students’ time management habits, while its academic implications enrich the discourse on time management within the unique context of university-based pesantren students. Thus, this study not only emphasizes time management as a technical skill for success but also demonstrates that students’ achievements are strongly influenced by systems, culture, and social support surrounding them.
