Abstract

Abstract : Supervision is part of school-specific management. The principal's leadership is essential to understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the school. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure and improve the quality of teaching, especially in schools. Ensuring and improving the quality of education cannot be separated from quality management. Improving quality does not have to be public schools, private schools must also improve the quality of their education to support better education in Indonesia. In this case, quality control measures are always needed. The weak commitment of principals, teachers and lecturers to the implementation of quality assurance and the limited number of competent employees make the school quality assurance system ineffective. Currently, school counseling can be done not only offline, but also online through digital media. The use of digital media requires employees who manage digital media. The purpose of this study is to find out how human resources can be prepared to improve the quality of education with the help of digital counseling in schools.  Abstrak : Pengawasan merupakan bagian dari manajemen khusus sekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, khususnya di sekolah. Menjamin dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tidak lepas dari manajemen mutu. Meningkatkan kualitas tidak harus sekolah negeri, sekolah swasta juga harus meningkatkan kualitas pendidikannya untuk mendukung pendidikan yang lebih baik di Indonesia. Dalam hal ini, tindakan pengendalian mutu selalu diperlukan. Lemahnya komitmen kepala sekolah, guru dan dosen terhadap pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu serta terbatasnya jumlah pegawai yang kompeten membuat sistem penjaminan mutu sekolah tidak efektif. Saat ini konseling sekolah dapat dilakukan tidak hanya secara offline, tetapi juga secara online melalui media digital. Penggunaan media digital membutuhkan karyawan yang mengelola media digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber daya manusia yang dapat disiapkan untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan dengan bantuan penyuluhan digital di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract Improving the quality of education is one of the triggers for a strategy in management to improve the quality and strength of school. Every school must have a desire to compete so as to obtain quality school quality quality that can be seen as good by the wider community. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management concept that helps an organization to improve quality. In this article, the aim is to finf out school management in improving the quality of education in schools includes: (1) Programs that can improve the quality of schools; (2) Planning programs that can improve the quality of education in schools; (3) Implementation of school programs that can improve school quality management; (4) Evaluation of programs in improving the quality of education in schools. UM Laboratorium Middle School has various excellent programs that bridge schools to high quality educational institutions. One of these programs is the Creativity Event (JANGTAS). In this article using the research method is a qualitative research type where research data is obtained through observation and interviews as well as various other literature as a basis for conducting research. It is hoped that the planned program can improve the quality and qualitu of education in schools. Abstrak Peningkatan mutu pendidikan merupakan salah satu pemicu adanya strategi dalam manajemen untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kekuatan pada sekolah. Setiap sekolah pasti memiliki keinginan dalam bersaing sehingga memperoleh kualitas mutu sekolah yang dapat dipandang baik oleh masyarakat luas. Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan konsep manajemen yang membantu dalam sebuah organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas. Dalam artikel ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui manajemen sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di sekolah meliputi: (1) Program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah; (2) Perencanaan program yang dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah; (3) Pelaksanaan program sekolah yang dapat meningkatkan manajemen mutu sekolah; (4) Evaluasi program dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. SMP Laboratorium UM memiliki berbagai program unggulan yang menjembatani sekolah menuju lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu tinggi. Salah satu program tersebut yaitu Ajang Kreativitas (JANGTAS). Dalam artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara serta berbagai literatur lain sebagai landasan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. Diharapkan dalam program yang telah direncanakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta mutu pendidikan pada sekolah.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces various challenges in an effort to improve its quality, which is greatly influenced by the leadership of school principals and the management of administrative staff. This study aims to analyze the contribution of these two elements in efforts to improve the quality of education. The method applied in this research is a literature study, by collecting data from various articles and relevant research. The findings show that the synergy between the principal's leadership with a clear vision and effective administrative management is crucial to creating a supportive learning environment. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of harmonious collaboration between principals and administrative staff in improving the effectiveness of school operations, which in turn contributes to improving the overall quality of education. Therefore, capacity building and communication between the two parties should be continuously improved to achieve better educational goals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of school administration personnel (TAS) competencies in improving school services. TAS competencies include technical, managerial, interpersonal, and professional abilities. Through the literature study method, this study reveals that mastery of information technology and effective communication skills are the key to the success of administrative services in schools. Adequate TAS competencies not only improve the operational efficiency of the school but also contribute to the positive image of the school and the satisfaction of the parties involved. Therefore, the continuous development of TAS competencies is very important to support the achievement of educational goals. TAS competence is a key factor in elevating school services and ultimately achieving educational success.

Abstract

Educational administration has an important role in supporting the smooth learning process in schools. School Administrative Personnel (TAS), who are included in non-teaching education personnel, are responsible for administrative tasks that support all school activities. In an effort to improve the quality of education services, TAS play a role in various fields such as academics, student affairs, personnel, finance, infrastructure, and public relations. Each of these roles includes administrative activities that ensure the effectiveness of school operations. The quality of these administrative services reflects the quality of educational services provided, which directly affects the learning process and educational outcomes. Adequate competencies and skills are required for TAS to ensure the success of school administration, which in turn improves the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program and student participation in organizations on academic achievement at the State University of Malang (UM). Using a descriptive quantitative approach and proportionate random sampling technique, 94 respondents from 1,641 students. The results showed: (1) the implementation of the MBKM program at the State University of Malang can be said to be very high with FMIPA as a faculty that has a very high frequency; (2) student participation in organizations at the State University of Malang is in a very high classification with FMIPA as a faculty that shows a very high frequency; (3) the academic achievement of Malang State University students is in a very high classification with FMIPA and FS as faculties that have a very high frequency; (4) MBKM implementation has a positive effect on academic achievement; (5) organizational participation has a negative effect on academic achievement; (6) together, both have a positive effect. Abstract

Character education is a process of personality formation, ways of thinking and human behavior which will later become a moral foundation in social life. This is why the goals of education at all levels are closely related to the formation of students' character. The application of character education, especially at the elementary school level, is to form and develop potential in students so that they can have values and character both in terms of culture and nation. Abstract

Abstract : The use of digital information has become something that must be done by all groups and including educational institutions in carrying out various activities. One of the things that should use digital technology is archiving activities at school. Digital archives are an important activity for schools in storing archives that are still used by schools. Diarsy is an application from the development of Microsoft Excel which aims to make it easier for archivists to handle archives at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang, especially in handling incoming and outgoing letters so that they are more organized, effective and efficient so that the search for letters is faster. This research method uses a qualitative research type of research and development. Researchers collected this information using literature studies, interviews, observations, and direct documentation at SDN Merjosari 4 Malang.Abstrak : Penggunaan informasi digital telah menjadi hal yang wajib dilakukan oleh semua kalangan dan termasuk lembaga pendidikan dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan. Salah satu hal yang sebaiknya menggunakan teknologi digital yaitu kegiatan pengarsipan di sekolah. Arsip digital merupakan kegiatan yang penting bagi sekolah dalam menyimpan arsip-arsip yang masih digunakan oleh sekolah. Diarsy adalah aplikasi dari pengembangan Microsoft Excel yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan arsiparis dalam menangani arsip-arsip yang ada di SDN Merjosari 4 Malang terutama dalam penanganan surat masuk dan surat keluar agar lebih tertata rapi, efektif, dan efisien sehingga pencarian surat lebih cepat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian dan pengembangan. Peneliti mengumpulkan informasi ini menggunakan studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi langsung ke SDN Merjosari 4 Malang.

Abstract

Schools play a crucial role in achieving quality education per national standards. Classrooms include physical aspects like aesthetics, seating arrangements, and lighting. Comfortable seating enhances learning, increases motivation, and boosts student achievements. Proper management of facilities, such as school benches, is essential for effective learning. Peer interaction also influences learning enthusiasm. Supportive friends boost motivation, while poorly behaved peers can diminish it. This descriptive quantitative study targets high school students in public schools across Malang City. Primary data was collected via Google Forms questionnaires. Stratified random sampling, using the Slovin formula at a 10% error rate, resulted in a sample of 100 respondents from a population of 10,884 students. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 24 for Windows, incorporating classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and R² tests. Abstract

Currently para Teachers are faced with generation Z students whose characteristics tend to be more open to new things, interactive communication with fast feedback, liking global issue themes, and having the ease of accessing thousands of information sources from the internet. By integrating application technology, it is hoped that the learning and assessment process will be more effective and enjoyable. However, on the other hand, the digital-based learning process has not been fully implemented. These challenges stem from teachers' lack of skills in using technological tools, technological infrastructure in schools is not evenly distributed, the condition of students who do not have adequate technological tools, and school culture is still not open to the importance of integrating technology in learning. The research aims mdescribe the application of the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content and Knowledge) approach in curriculum and learning management, identify factors that influence the application of the TPACK approach, and evaluate the relationship between TPACK and relevant contextual factors. This research uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) qualitative approach method which uses literature studies as the basis for data collection, and begins with gap analysis using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses) method. The research results show that the application of the TPACK approach in learning has a significant influence on the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. However, there are still several obstacles such as the lack of adequate training for teachers, limited technological infrastructure, the condition of school culture and the readiness of the devices that students have at home.
