Abstract

Konselor professional dituntut memiliki pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang berbagai persoalan multikultural di lingkungan sekolah dan mengembangkan program layanan BK. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguraikan bimbingan dan konseling nusantara; (2) menyajikan pendekatan multikultural dalam bimbingan dan konseling; dan (3) mendeskripsikan penguatan profil pelajar pancasila pada dimensi berkebhinekaan global melalui pendekatan multikultural dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penulisan dalam artikel ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis literature review. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi antara pendekatan multikultural dengan program penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila terutama pada dimendi berkebhinekaan global dapat dimuat dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling sehingga peserta didik mampu memiliki rasa toleransi yang tinggi terhadap sesama serta mampu untuk memahami latar belakang sosial budaya antar sesama. Kesimpulan dalam artikel ini yaitu layanan bimbingan dan konseling diimplementasikan melalui program penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dengan muatan nilai-nilai budaya nusantara dalam penerapannya. Abstract

Resilience is a critical psychological capability, particularly for students who also work. Given the complexity of problems they encounter, working students must possess resilience to tackle challenges. Low resilience can lead to negative outcomes such as depression, anxiety, and stress. Therefore, interventions are necessary to enhance this resilience, one of which is through guidance and counseling services. One effective approach is strength-based counseling. This study employs a literature review method, drawing on data sources like Research Gate, Mendeley, and Google Scholar. This article discusses how counseling approaches that emphasize individual strengths and positive potentials can help improve the resilience of working students. The results indicate that strength-based counseling is effective in enhancing the resilience of working students. Strength-based counseling focuses on empowering individuals by utilizing the positive energy within themselves and their environment, rather than defining them based on problems or illnesses. Through this approach, working students can better manage the pressures and challenges they face, thereby improving their mental health and academic performance.

Abstract

Burnout, sebuah fenomena yang terus menjadi fokus perhatian hingga saat ini, menunjukkan kompleksitas yang semakin meningkat dengan beragam kondisi penyebabnya. Studi ini, dengan mengadopsi metode systematic literature review dan mengkaji 23 artikel dari jurnal Scopus kategori Q1-Q3, secara rinci mengklasifikasikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Burnout berdasarkan bidang pekerjaan.. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pada bidang medis adalah kelebihan beban kerja, ketidakmampuan untuk work-life balance, kurangnya otonomi, kurangnya penghargaan dari pasien dan staf medis lainnya, dan kurangnya tidur. Sementara itu, di bidang pendidikan, terutama di lingkungan sekolah, kurangnya dukungan sosial diidentifikasi sebagai faktor dominan yang menyebabkan Burnout. Disisi lain berdasarkan jenis kelamin, yang paling banyak mengalami Burnout adalah perempuan dibandingkan laki-laki. Dalam perspektif paradigma organik-medis mengarahkan para peneliti untuk mempelajari sifat biologis-fisik manusia yang berkaitan dengan perilaku menyimpang, karena struktur dan susunan organisme itulah yang menyebabkan munculnya perilaku, dengan demikian dibutuhkan pendekatan konseling yang tepat dalam menangani Burnout.

Abstract

The Semeru eruption in 2021 had a traumatic impact for almost a year. People there live with anxiety and traumatic symptoms, including Children. This study aims to identify the post-traumatic conditions of children in this recovery stage. This research was qualitative research with a phenomenological design. The main subjects were 94 children in the Supiturang village, Lumajang, the closest village to Mount Semeru. Data were collected by observing and interviewing the children. Triangulation of data was carried out by in-depth interviews with six adults (the parents, the village elder, and the teacher of some children). The results showed that (1) anxiety and traumatic symptoms in some children were relatively high; (2) there was an increase in social support from the community for the children, and (3) religious activities made a deeper meaning in the children's recovery process. The results of this study underline that social support and religious approaches as the main factors in children's recovery process. The results of this study underlie the need for alternative treatments based on local wisdom with a collective and religious approach so that the community can do it independently and sustainably for the children.
