Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the factors of people's business credit (KUR), business development, workforce, productivity, distribution, business location, selling price, length of business relevant to increasing the income of MSME customers in Aceh Province. The factors studied are people's business credit (KUR), business development, workforce, productivity, distribution, business location, selling price, length of business relevant to increasing the income of MSME customers in Aceh Province and these relevant factors have a positive and significant effect on MSME customer income. With a sample size of 253 respondents, the data was collected by distributing questionnaires and processing the data using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis methods. This research is motivated by the development of the potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia which cannot be separated from banking support in channeling financing to MSME entrepreneurs. To reduce the problems faced by MSMEs, the government is trying to issue a People's Business Credit (KUR) program. Based on the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test in the KMO and Bartlett's test tables, it shows that selling price, productivity, distribution and length of business have a significant effect on the income of MSME customers in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh. And the results of multiple linear regression testing show that the results of partial hypothesis testing show that selling price, productivity, distribution and length of business have a significant effect on the income of MSME customers in Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the exchange rate and inflation of Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia. Where there is a Bound Variable, namely Gross Domestic Product and there are two Independent Variables, namely Exchange Rate and Inflation. This study uses secondary data by searching for data through the websites of BPS (Central Statistics Agency) and the World Bank. The data analysis model in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that exchange rate variables and inflation have a significant effect on Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic development and expansion are the driving forces behind this research, and one way to achieve these goals is through participating in the capital market by purchasing and selling shares. The purpose of this study is to identify the following variables as confounding factors: company value, inflation, and the bi-ratio of sharia stock prices. This study makes use of historical data, with 17 companies that are listed on the BEI-Mes serving as the population. Multiple linear regression analysis and route analysis are used in data analysis. The findings of the partial test data analysis (t test) indicate that firm value has a positive and significant impact on sharia share prices, while bi rate has a negative but not statistically significant impact. Inflation also has a partial positive impact on sharia stock prices. Whereas inflation has a huge and negative impact on firm value, the bi rate has a positive and considerable impact on it. Furthermore, path analysis findings indicate that the bi rate and inflation have a major impact on the price of sharia stocks, with company value acting as a mediating factor

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merubah persepsi yang umumnya berkembang di kalangan masyarakat terhadap ruang terbuka di bawah fly over. Selama ini, ruang tersebut sering dianggap sebagai tempat kumuh yang dijadikan lokasi pembuangan sampah liar, atau bahkan menjadi tempat berkumpulnya preman dan gelandangan. Hal ini menghasilkan citra negatif yang mengelilingi area tersebut. Melalui pengabdian ini, upaya dilakukan untuk mengubah pandangan masyarakat terhadap ruang terbuka tersebut dan mengilhami mereka untuk melihat potensi yang ada. Pusat perhatian dalam pengabdian ini adalah konsep mengubah ruang terbuka di bawah fly over menjadi sebuah taman kota yang ramah masyarakat, yang dapat digunakan sebagai tempat berkumpul, berkegiatan, dan berinteraksi bagi masyarakat sekitarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mencakup sosialisasi yang dilakukan kepada masyarakat sekitar tentang alternatif desain yang mungkin diimplementasikan dalam memanfaatkan ruang tersebut. Dengan pendekatan ini, masyarakat diajak untuk ikut serta dalam merancang taman kota yang diinginkan, sehingga proyek ini tidak hanya menjadi suatu inisiatif dari pihak eksternal, tetapi juga melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat setempat. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini adalah berupa simulasi alternatif desain taman bawah fly over yang dihasilkan melalui kolaborasi antara para ahli desain dan masyarakat. Simulasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi gambaran nyata tentang potensi perubahan yang dapat terjadi dalam ruang terbuka tersebut, serta mendorong masyarakat untuk mendukung dan terlibat dalam upaya mengubahnya menjadi sebuah aset yang bernilai bagi komunitas setempat. Dengan demikian, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan perubahan positif yang berkelanjutan dan merangsang pemanfaatan ruang terbuka publik yang lebih baik

Abstract

This research to analyze and identify the international financial system with the highest inflation rate in three G20 member countries (Argentina, Turkey and Russia) using simultaneous methods. Data was obtained from worldbank and tradingeconomic using eviews 12 software. The research results show that there is an influence between inflation and the exchange rate, namely if the inflation rate increases it can disrupt the stability of the exchange rate. Inflation has a positive influence on the exchange rate in a country over a long period of time in the countries of Argentina, Turkiye and Russia. To control the inflation rate, this is done by monitoring the amount of money in circulation and interest rates to control the inflation rate. Advises the government through Bank sentral Indonesia to maintain the amount of money in circulation in an effort to recude the inflation rate which will then be able to maintain exchange rate stability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse access to capital and technology responsiveness at the inflation rate as a mediating variable on the income of household businesses in the Glugur Rimbun area (Case Study: Sampe Cita Village). The specific target of this study is to analyse the level of inflation rate as a mediating variable on the income of household businesses in the Glugur Rimbun area (Case Study: Sampe Cita Village). So that it can show the value of the influence of the inflation rate on the income of household businesses in the Glugur Rimbun area of Sampe Cita Village. The hypothesis in this study is the level of inflation rate as a mediating variable on the income of household businesses in the Glugur Rimbun area (Case Study: Sampe Cita Village). Access to capital and responsiveness to technology influence the income of household business owners in Sampe Cita Village, with the inflation rate serving as a mediating factor. This study will utilize quantitative data to assess how the inflation rate mediates the relationship between capital and technology access and the income of household entrepreneurs in the Glugur Rimbun area, specifically focusing on Sampe Cita Village. The data analysis used was quantitative analysis, which consisted of path analysis and sign test. The findings of this study indicate that, in sub-structure I, the variable for capital access has a direct positive impact on the business income of household entrepreneurs in Sampe Cita Village. Conversely, in sub-structure II, the technology response variable has an indirect negative effect on their business income, with the inflation variable serving as a mediator.

Abstract

The research aims to find out the history of development and monetary policy of the Central Bank of Indonesia in financial stability. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with a literature study research method through literature study. The results of this study explain that the Central Bank is an institution that has an important role in the economy of a nation, especially in the fields of monetary, finance and banking. The purpose of the central bank as stated in the Indonesian Law No. 23 Year 1999 Chapter 3 Article 7 is to achieve and maintain rupiah stability. Another role of Bank Indonesia is in terms of channeling money, especially currency or paper and metal where Bank Indonesia has the sole right to distribute currency. Bank Indonesia has three pillars which are its three areas of duties: setting and implementing monetary policy, regulating and maintaining a smooth payment system, and regulating and supervising banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to detect the policy mix of five emerging markets in determining economic fundamentals—mechanisms of monetary policy, fiscal policy, and macroprudential policy in the economy. The SVAR (structural vector autoregression) model shows that inflation, interest rates, and tax revenues influence gross domestic product in the short and long term. Inflation shows positive results on interest rates and negative results on tax revenues and the balance of payments. At the same time, government spending has a positive effect on tax revenues, interest rates, and gross domestic product. The balance of payments also affects gross domestic product. Monetary policy, fiscal policy, and macroprudential policy have a mutually influential relationship to maintain economic fundamentals.
