Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung masyarakat di Desa Sumbersekar Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang yang tergabung dalam industri rumahan dalam pengelola usahanya melalui pembentukan rest area. Dengan adanya rest area ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah yang mendukung dan memfasilitasi para pelaku usaha dalam memasarkan produknya. Produk yang dihasilkan memiliki ciri khas tersendiri berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki di desa tersebut. Antusias masyarakat menjadi motivasi untuk Desa dalam mengembangkan rest area ini sampai berhasil dan mampu mendukung para pelaku usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini antara lain survei lokasi rest area, focus group discussion (FGD), sosialisasi dan pendampingan para pelaku usaha industri rumahan dalam pemasarannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini cukup signifikan terlihat dari pendampingan yang dilakukan, karena adanya antusiasme masyarakat dan juga dukungan desa dalam mengembangkan para pelaku usaha yang tergabung daam kelompok industri rumahan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan rest area ini hingga rest area ini dapat terkonsep dalam sebuah desain lokasi dan kesiapan para pelaku usaha di kelompok usaha Desa Sumbersekar. Kata kunci— Industri Rumahan, Pemasaran, Rest Area  Abstract This community service activity aims to support the community in Sumbersekar Village, Dau District in Malang Regency, which are members of the home industry in managing their business by establishing a rest area. This rest area is expected to become a forum that supports and facilitates business actors in marketing their products. The resulting product has its characteristics based on the potential in the village. The community's enthusiasm is the motivation for the village to develop this rest area until it is successful and able to support business actors. The methods used in this activity include surveys of rest area locations, focus group discussions (FGD), socialization, and assistance to home industry business actors in marketing. The results of this activity are quite significant, as can be seen from the assistance carried out in the enthusiasm of the community and also village support in developing business actors who are members of the home industry group to realize the construction of this rest area so that this rest area can be conceptualized in a location design and the readiness of the community members business actors in the Sumbersekar Village business group. Keywords— Home Industry, Marketing, Rest Area

Abstract

Penelusuran ragam potensi unggulan di Indonesia tidak akan pernah terlepas dari keindahan alamnya. Masyarakat perkotaan khususnya era millenial saat ini menggandrungi objek wisata yang berkonsep alam atau biasa dikenal dengan ekowisata. Terutama banyaknya potensi wisata alam yang ada di Kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur. Salah satu yang sudah ada yaitu wisata bumi perkemahan bedengan yang terletak di kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang. Sesuai dengan bidang dari sebagian besar tim pelaksana, maka disepakati untuk mengembangkan desain Eco-Smart Mini Lab berbasis solar cell sebagai konsep wisata alam edukasi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan daya tarik wisatawan di area bumi perkemahan Bedengan. Eco-Smart Mini Lab berbasis solar cell merupakan bangunan laboratorium mini berkonsep alam yang di dalamnya berisi pengetahuan dan informasi terkait dengan wisata yang ada di Desa Selorejo seperti wisata Bumi Perkemahan Bedengan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini yaitu metode demonstrasi dengan pendekatan diskusi kelompok dan studi kasus. Metode demonstrasi dipilih dikarenakan telah tersedianya alat sarana dan prasarana pendukung untuk melakukan pelatihan. Diskusi kelompok dan studi kasus dipilih untuk menentukan permasalahan (trouble) yang akan diambil pada kegiatan ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pegabdian ini meliputi: 1) kegiatan yang telah dilakukan terdiri dari pembuatan Eco-Smart Mini Lab, sosialisasi, dan pelatihan perawatan; 2) adanya peningkatan pendapatan wisata Bedengan meningkat; 3) terjadi peningkatan tata nilai masyarakat terkait dengan lapangan pekerjaan; dan 4) peningkatan wawasan pengunjung terkait dengan pembudidayaan jeruk di Bedengan. Urban communities, especially the millennial era, currently love tourist objects with a natural concept or commonly known as ecotourism. Especially the large number of natural tourism potentials in Malang Regency. One that already exists is a tour of the bed campground located in Dau sub-district, Malang district. In accordance with the areas of most of the implementing team, it was agreed that a solar cell-based Eco-Smart Mini Lab design would be developed as a concept for educational nature tourism in increasing knowledge and tourist attraction in the Bedengan campground area. Eco-Smart Mini Lab based on solar cell is a mini laboratory building with a natural concept which contains knowledge and information related to tourism in Selorejo village such as Bumi Perkemahan Bedengan. The method used in this activity is the demonstration method with a group discussion approach and case studies. The demonstration method was chosen because of the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure for conducting training. Group discussions and case studies were selected to determine problems (trouble) to be taken up in this activity. The results of service include: 1) activities that have been carried out consisting of making an Eco-Smart Mini Lab, socialization, and maintenance training; 2) increased tourism revenue for Bedengan increases; 3) there is an increase in community values related to employment; and 4) increasing visitors' insight related to citrus cultivation in Bedengan..Keywords— Bedengan village tourism, nature tourism, citrus cultivation, regional superior potential

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a primary issue, and the educational sector has responded to this issue by providing various alternative learning activities to provide the indifference essence as in the normal situation. In more specific, this study aims to examine the implementation of blended synchronous learning-based and its impact on students’ critical thinking in economics. This study applied mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to determine the different changes during the experimental period. The findings of the study indicate that in addition to diminishing tedium in the classroom, blended synchronous learning outraces the conventional learning and can explain an increase in critical thinking abilities of students. Additionally, this study demonstrates the remarkable different between treated students and control group in the term of critical thinking from the perspective of SOLO taxonomy.Keywords—blended synchronous learning, critical thinking ability, blended learning, learning management system

Abstract

Increasing the quality of education has been a global challenge. The Indonesian government has responded this issue by reforming new curriculum that focuses on students’ activities and critical thinking ability. This study aims at investigating the implementation of synchronous learning with STEM and its impact to students’ critical thinking ability. This research adopted mixed methods, quasi-experimentally by using non-equivalent control group design research to gain a deeper understanding during experiment. The result of this work notes that synchronous learning with STEM slightly out performs the conventional learning activities and it can moderately illustrate the enhancing of students’ critical thinking skills. The introduction of STEM in social sciences, primarily in an economics course, faces some challenges and adjustments as well as its implementation using live synchronous learning This result suggests to more comprehensive planning and materials in adopting STEM in social sciences as well as an effort to increase students’ activities.Keywords: Critical Thinking Skills, STEM Education, Economics Students, Synchronous Learning

Abstract

This research aims to know the improvement of learning outcome and learning motivation of students by using Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method. This research was included into Classroom Action Research which conducted on 2 cycles in which each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages. The12th Grade of Office Administration SMK PGRI 6 Malang for 27 students as research subject. Data of learning outcome obtained from post-test and data of student learning motivation obtained from questionnaire. The research result showed average score of cognitive and affective learning outcome was increase significantly as well as student learning motivation in the category of very satisfying. The research result explained that Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method proven to improve learning outcome and learning motivation of students. It is suggested to the teachers to apply this method, especially to the active learning focuses on student.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the public relations activities of vocational high schools (SMK) in connecting between schools and the community, one of which is DU/DI. The purpose of this study was to determine public relations activities at SMK, forms of partnership with DU/DI and forms of public relations activities in supporting partnerships with DU / DI at SMK. This type of research was qualitative research. Collecting data was from a natural setting by using the researcher as a key instrument. Sources of data in the study were the results of interviews, documents, and social environment. The form of vocational partnership with DU/DI consisted of 9 cooperation forms and forms of public relations activities in support of partnerships with DU/DI was to conduct industry visits regularly, renewed the form of cooperation with DU/DI, as well as being an intermediary between Internship students and DU/DI. Overall results illustrated that school public relations activities in collaboration with DU/DI had been going well, but it had not been maximized.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to produce, to know the validation, and effectiveness of e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model that is produced by researcher. The product resulted from this research and development is e-module based flipbook with Discovery Learning Model in archival with basic competencies Applying Archive Maintenance Procedures.  This research and development uses Lee & Owens consisting of 4 steps: (1) Assessment/Analysis; (2) Design; (3) Development and Implementation; (4) Evaluation. Subjects of this research and development are product technology experts, material experts, and learners. The average product technology expert validation is 95.4 percent, material expert validation is 97 percent, and student validation is 91.6 percent. The e-module is effective to be used in learning activities in the classroom as indicated by the normalized gain test > 0.7 of 0.75.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mendeskripsikan Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai di Lingkungan Pemerintahan Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian  deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tunjangan kinerja diberikan kepada Pegawai yang mempunyai tugas/pekerjaan/jabatan tertentu di lingkungan Kota Mojokerto. Hal ini dapat diatur mulai dari besaran tunjangan, besaran pengurangannya, dan juga monitoring serta evaluasinya. Masing-masing pegawai ditetapkan Kelas Jabatannya  dengan keputusan Kepala UPT masing-masing. Dengan kelas jabatan yang berbeda besaran tunjangan yang diterima juga berbeda (2) Dalam memberikan motivasi dapat diwujudkan dengan motivasi materiil maupun inmateriil. Pada aspek materiil motivasi dapat diwujudkan dengan pemberian Tunjangan Kinerja di organisasi (3) Sebagian besar para Pegawai Pemerintah Kota Mojokerto menjelaskan bahwa pemberian beban kerja karyawan sedikit lebih berat dibandingkan dengan tunjangan kinerja karyawan. Terkadang karyawan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak dari waktu yang diperkirakan melalui TUPOKSI (Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi) Pegawai. Sebagian karyawan menjelaskan bahwa dengan adanya tunjangan kinerja yang mereka miliki, mereka dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka dikarenakan tunjangan yang mereka miliki sesuai dengan beban kerja yang mereka tanggung. Sehingga, pengoptimalan kinerja mereka dapat terjadi dengan baik (4)Dalam Implementasinya, diharapakan dengan adanya tunjangan kinerja di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Mojokerto dapat mendorong pegawai untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang berdampak pada maximalisasi pelayanan publik. Kata kunci : Tunjangan Kinerja Pegawai, Pemerintahan Kota Mojokerto, Tunjangan Kinerja

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan bagi UMKM agar dapat memanfaatkan program Insentif Pajak yang diberikan Pemerintah pada UMKM di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Kegiatan ini berguna untuk memberikan wawasan, pemahaman dan juga keterampilan bagi UMKM yang taat pajak dan mampu memanfaatkan kesempatan bebas pajak di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui (1) Sosialisasi dan pemahaman taat pajak UMKM; (2) Pendampingan perhitungan dan pemanfaatan insentif pajak UMKM dan; (3) Pelaporan Insentif Pajak UMKM. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan rata-rata pelaku UMKM belum sadar pajak untuk melakukan pelaporan pajak atas aktivitas usahanya. Kesempatan pemanfaatan insentif pajak memang tidak banyak diketahui pelaku usaha UMKM sehingga hal ini sesuai dengan data dirjen pajak yang menyatakan bahwa hanya 9 persen UMKM Indonesia yang telah memanfaatkan program insentif pajak di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, mampu mendorong para pelaku UMKM di Malang Raya dan Kabupaten Blitar untuk mulai sadar pajak dengan aktivitas mendaftar sebagai wajib pajak, menghitung hutang pajak dan memanfaatkan program insentif pajak UMKM di masa Pandemi COVID-19. Selanjutnya, diharapkan para pengusaha UMKM menjadi lebih taat pajak dan secara continue melaporkan kondisi keuangan dan lapor pajak dengan kondisi usaha apapun.

Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakan program English Breakfast (EB) untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris melalui pemberian kosa kata bahasa Inggris secara rutin yang nantinya berdampak terhadap hasil belajar siswa khususnya siswa Suntisart Wittaya School, Kabang District, Yala Province, Thailand. Program ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 3-4 kali setiap minggu dengan alokasi waktu 8-9 menit di pagi hari. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan pada program ini yaitu: perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun metode yang dilakukan dalam pelaksanaan EB yakni tanya jawab antara guru dengan siswa menggunakan berbagai media visual. Program English Breakfast menghasilkan data banyaknya kosa kata yang diberikan pada setiap pertemuan.  Selain itu, pengaruh program English Breakfast terhadap pembelajaran juga menghasilkan data rata-rata nilai harian siswa pada mata pelajaran English Conversation setelah pelaksanaan program English Breakfast. Program ini berjalan dengan lancar dan berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran English Conversation. Jika program ini terus dilaksanakan secara rutin, maka kemampuan bahasa Inggris siswa semakin meningkat. Akibatnya, hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran English Conversation juga menjadi optimal.
