Abstract

In the current era of globalization, there are many changes in financial behavior, therefore financial intelligence is absolutely necessary for a student. Because, financial intelligence includes how a person manages their finances well, including expenses, investments, savings, and other financial aspects. This study aims to determine how much influence financial literacy, financial inclusion, and Financial Technology have on financial behavior and to determine how much Lifestyle moderates it in generation Z students at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. This research method is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 160 students in generation Z at Prof. Dr. Hazairin SH University. Sampling techniques that use non-probability sampling techniques.. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the analysis show that partially Financial Technology, Financial Literacy and Lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Conversely, Financial Inclusion does not have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. And Lifestyle as a moderating variable shows a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Inclusion and Financial Behavior. Meanwhile, Lifestyle as a moderating variable does not show a significant influence in strengthening the relationship between Financial Literacy and Financial Technology.

Abstract

The hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), "Whoever lies about me intentionally, let him take his place in Hell" (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim), is a stern warning to maintain honesty, especially for educators. This study aims to examine this hadith in relation to a teacher's competence. Hadith, as a source of Islamic teachings after the Qur'an, serves as a guideline in various aspects of life, including education. Teachers as educators are required to convey knowledge correctly, without reducing or misleading the teachings. This study uses a library research approach and content analysis techniques to examine the meaning and relevance of the hadith. The results of the study indicate that this hadith has a close relationship with four teacher competencies, namely pedagogical, professional, personality, and social. This hadith emphasizes the importance of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in carrying out a teacher's duties, while also making him a role model for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, team work and work life balance on employee performance at PT Finance Multi Finance (Credit Plus) Bengkulu City. Self efficacy, teamwork and work life balance are the variables of this study. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a scale likert instrument. The entire PT Employee Multi Finance Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City is the study population. Using the saturated sample method 38 samples This research uses the SPSS 22 analysis program. Multiple linear regression analysis Classical hypothesis test t test F test multiple correlation, the coefficient of determination is also used techniques used for data analysis. The results only show that (1) self efficacy affects the performance employees of PT Finansia Multi Finance. (2) Team work at PT Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) does not affect employee performance (3) Employee Performance PT Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City is influenced by work life balance. (4) self efficacy, team work and work life balance have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Finansia Multi Finance (Kredit Plus) Bengkulu City employees.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyse the cultivation of religious character through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at MTsN 1 Lima Puluh Kota. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the tahfidz programme in superior VIII grade has had a positive impact on the formation of students' religious character. The cultivation of religious character is carried out through various methods, such as exemplary teachers, habituation, advice, and punishment. Exemplary teachers, such as examples of polite behaviour and dressing according to sharia, provide good examples to students. Habituation, such as praying together before learning and praying zuhur in congregation, forms positive habits in worship. Brief advice from teachers helps students understand the importance of discipline and obedience in religion. Meanwhile, punishment, such as repeating one page of memorisation backwards, is used as an effort to correct the behaviour of students who do not comply with the rules. This study also shows that the Qur'an memorisation programme not only improves students' ability to memorise the Qur'an, but also forms a better person in worship and morals. However, there are still some obstacles in the implementation of this programme, such as students' lack of awareness of religious obligations and lack of religious attitudes. Therefore, it is recommended that the tahfidz programme continue to be improved and supported by all relevant parties to achieve the goal of forming better religious characters in students.

Abstract

HIJAS is a school support program at the MUS Candung Islamic Boarding School. This research aims to determine the implementation of HIJAS and the values ​​that are instilled. Using qualitative methods, the key informant is the HIJAS coach as the implementer. Supporting informants: students and OSMUS as participants. Based on the results of observations and interviews, it is true that the HIJAS program instills religious values ​​such as: congregational morning prayers, discipline values, diligent recitation of the Koran and social.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Ar-Rasyid Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA), Tanjungpinang City, Riau Islands, to overcome problems in learning the Al-Qur'an, especially the pronunciation of hijaiyah letters, recognition of dignity, and the science of recitation. Teachers try to guide children in reading the Koran correctly, assisted by the cooperation of parents at home. The teacher uses the question and answer method to motivate students to understand and instill the laws of recitation. This research is qualitative field research with descriptive methods. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using the steps of collecting, editing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing was carried out through triangulation. The research results show that the tahfidz teacher's strategy in improving Al-Qur'an reading includes utilizing time to read the Al-Qur'an before learning, muroja'ah strategies, and implementing systematic learning procedures. Teachers also carry out final assessments every semester. Implementation techniques include the jama' method for collective memorization and the Iqra' method for reading practice. The Tahfidz teacher evaluation strategy shows the existence of supporting factors and investors, such as laziness and donor coordination between the head of the foundation, teachers and students. The solutions implemented include good time management, motivation and support from TPA, teachers and parents so that students are more enthusiastic about learning the Koran at TPA Ar-Rasyid.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah yang berkaitan dengan peranan orangtua dalam memotivasi anak melaksankan shalat lima waktu di Jorong Bungo Tanjuang Kenagarian Sungai Janiah. Hal ini akan digali atau dicari informasi mengenai apa yang membuat anak di Jorong Bungo Tanjuang Kenagarian Sungai Janiah itu banyak yang meninggalkan shalat dan ada juga yang tidak melakukan shalat limawaktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif, dengan menggunakan informan kunci orangtua. Informan pendukung dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang ada di Jorong Bungo Tanjuang Kenagarian Sungai Janiah. Dalam pengumpulan data, pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisi data yang di gunakan adalah menelah seluruh data, reduksi, penyajian data. Adapun teknik keabsahan data yaitu membandingkan data hasil pengamat dengan data hasil wawancara, membandingkan data yang dikatan orangtua dengan data yang dikatakan anak.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa malasnya anak shalat yang ada di Jorong Bungo Tanjuang Kenagarian Sungai Janiah, dikarenakan kurangnya peranan orangtua dalam memotivasi anaknya untuk shalat. Orangtua hanya mengingatkan tetapi tidak melihat apakah anak itu benar-benar sudah melakukan atau belum melakukan shalat.

Abstract

Legal protection is an effort made by the government to protect its citizens in accordance with legal regulations that aim to realize justice, legal certainty, and benefits. The application of law is a system that aims to regulate and protect every action or behavior that occurs within the scope of society with various norms and sanctions that are binding and coercive in order to prevent problems from occurring. Every person who commits a crime will certainly be held accountable in the form of sanctions for the violations committed. In this writing process, the normative legal research method or normative juridical method is used using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and a comparative approach. A crime in general can also be caused by actions or deeds that are not directly carried out with an element of intent in the form of protection or self-defense. Accountability for criminal acts on the basis of self-defense in this case can be justified as long as it meets the requirements and limitations according to legal provisions. Thus, self-defense efforts in the criminal act process cannot be punished if they meet the elements of self-protection because there is no way out, meet the unlawful nature, for the benefit of oneself, others and public order issues, and do not go against the norms that live in society.
