Abstract

AbstractThe hashtag #2019GantiPresiden was initiated by Dr. Mardani Ali Sera, a politician from the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) has become a trending topic on social media, the use of hashtags has increasingly colored political dynamics in the country's public sphere. The research aims to obtain an overview of the Political Branding of the #2019GantiPresiden hashtag in increasing the electability of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera in the realm of social media. This research uses a constructivist paradigm, a qualitative approach and a case study method. The results showed that the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera was able to make good use of social media as a campaign tool and was able to present its best politician to become national figures. One of them was Dr. Mardani Ali Sera who initiated the hashtag #2019GantiPresiden. The hashtag #2019GantiPresiden became a trending topic, the surface was present ahead of the 2019 Presidential election which presented only two candidates for the Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidate pairs. The public's desire for a replacement of the President is accommodated through the hashtag #2019GantiPresiden. The hashtag #2019GantiPresiden is affiliated with one of the Presidential Candidates and Vice-Presidential Candidates carried by the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. The hashtag #2019GantiPresiden benefits the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera because it is a politician of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera who initiated it. Political Branding Tagar #2019GantiPresiden contributes to increasing the electability of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera in the realm of social media so that it has implications for the vote acquisition of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera in the 2019 legislative elections.Keywords: Political Branding, Tagar, 2019 Change President, Prosperous Justice Party, Social Media Keywords: fPolitical Branding, Tagar, 2019 Change President, Prosperous Justice Party, Social Media  AbstrakTanda pagar #2019GantiPresiden di inisiasi Oleh Dr. Mardani Ali Sera, politikus Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) menjadi tranding topik di media sosial penggunaan tagar semakin mewarnai dinamika politik di ruang publik Tanah Air. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang political branding tagar #2019GantiPresiden dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas Partai Keadilan Sejahtera di ranah media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis, pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Partai Keadilan Sejahtera mampu memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana kampanye dengan baik dan mampu menghadirkan kader-kader terbaiknya menjadi tokoh nasional salah satu diantaranya adalah Dr. Mardani Ali Sera yang menginisiasi tagar #2019GantiPresiden. Tagar #2019GantiPresiden menjadi tranding topik, hadir kepermukaan jelang perhelatan pemilu Presiden 2019 yang menghadirkan hanya dua kandidat pasangan calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden. Keinginan masyarakat akan pergantian Presiden terakomodir melalui tagar #2019gantiPresdien. Tagar #2019GantiPresdien berafiliasi dengan salah satu kandidat Calon Presiden dan Calon Wakil Presiden yang di usung oleh Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. Tagar #2019GantiPresiden menguntungkan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera karena yang menginisiasinya adalah kader Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Pinjam Wifi's marketing communication strategy through Instagram using the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) model. Qualitative methods and case studies, data were collected through interviews, observations, and internal company documents. The results of the study indicate that Pinjam Wifi carries out the AISAS stages with strategies such as paid advertising (attention), promo and discount campaigns (interest), use of hashtags (search), creation of various types of content to form engagement (action), and customer reviews shared on Instagram (share). In addition, the push & pull marketing strategy is implemented through paid advertising, retail distribution, and business content. This strategy has succeeded in forming product sales and Pinjam Wifi's Instagram engagement rate.

Abstract

Pergaulan bagi anak akan berdampak positif karena membawa nilai-nilai kebaikan jika berada dalam koridor yang benar. Namun, pergaulan juga sering menyeret para remaja ke dalam perbuatan melanggar hukum, melakukan perbuatan asusila, amoral, bahkan tindakan kejahatan. apabila anak dibawah umur melakukan Tindakan pidana semisal pembunuhan, diatur dalam Undang-undang No.11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Bentuk sanksi terhadap anak yang melakukan tindak pidana pembunuhan tidak diatur secara eksplisit, namun dalam UU No. 11 Tahun 2012 diatur mulai dari Pasal 69 s/d Pasal 83 yang pada intinya mengutamakan upaya diversi dan pidana penjara ½ dari maksimum pidana orang dewasa yang dikenakan sebagai upaya terakhir, tergantung dari unsur-unsur tindak pidananya dan juga melihat apakah akibat dari perbuatan tersebut mengakibatkan korban meninggal ataukah masih hidup.

Abstract

Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 1999 merupakan lexs spesialis yang mengatur tentang kebebasan dan perlindungan hukum bagi Pers atau jurnalis dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Perlindungan hukum yang diberikan kepada jurnalis ke dalam bentuk yang bersifat preventif atau tindakan yang mengurangi kejadian di masa depan maupun yang bersifat represif atau pengendalian sosial yang dilakukan setelah terjadi suatu permasalahan. Perlindungan hukum jurnalis sesuatu yang terdiri dari hukum itu sendiri, konsep bahwa hukum memberikan suatu keadilan, ketertiban, kepastian, kemanfaatan dan kedamaian. Tindak pidana kekerasan terhadap jurnalis yang dilakukan baik oleh individu tau kelompok ataupun korporasi, itu dikenakan pasal berlapis, disamping Undang-undang Pers juga dapat dikenakan KUHP dan juga pelaku dinilai melanggar Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 8 Tahun 2009 tentang Mengimplementasi Hak Asasi Manusia.

Abstract

Menurut sejarah, pengakuan bersalah pada sistem peradilan pidana sudah dikenal sejak zaman kuno. Bahkan, pengakuan bersalah dapat dijadikan dasar yang kuat bagi hakim untuk memutus suatu perkara. Pengakuan terdakwa di dalam proses persidangan bisa berupa pengakuan secara lisan ataupun secara tulisan. Pengakuan terdakwa tidak menghapuskan kewajiban penuntut umum membuktikan kesalahan terdakwa, yang mensyaratkan bahwa pemeriksaan dan pembuktian lebih lanjut perlu untuk dilakukan. Dalam pasal 189 ayat (4) KUHAP yang berbunyi “keterangan terdakwa saja tidak cukup untuk membuktikan bahwa ia bersalah melakukan perbuatan yang didakwakan kepadanya, melainkan harus disertai alat bukti yang lain”. Bahkan Majelis Hakim dalam proses persidangan untuk menjatuhkan putusan minimal ada dua alat bukti sah yang dijadikan sebagai pijakan, sebagaimana dijelaskan pada Pasal 183 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana (KUHAP) juga menjelaskan bahwa “Hakim tidak boleh menjatuhkan pidana kepada seorang kecuali apabila dengan sekurang-kurangnya dua alat bukti yang sah ia memperoleh keyakinan bahwa suatu tindakan pidana benar-benar terjadi dan bahwa terdakwalah yang bersalah melakukannya”.

Abstract

Romanian President Klaus Werner Iohannis (KWI) was president for the first term from 2014 to 2019 and for the second term from 2019 to 2025. During his time in office, some populist groups in Romania said that joining the European Union (EU) brought economic problems, foreign culture, unhappiness with government, feeling like they lost rights, being unhappy with the EU, and worrying about losing control over their country. This kind of populism happened not only in Romania but also in other EU countries. The goal of this research is to understand what populism means, how people think about it, and how President KWI tried to get support from these populist groups while Romania was part of the EU. This study uses a mix of Heider's attribution theory and Dan Nimmo's political communication ideas. The study guesses that even though some groups were against the EU or Euroscepticism, by using political communication strategies, President KWI could deal with these issues and keep Romania in the EU. The results showed that populist groups kept pushing for anti-EU, anti-elites, anti-establishment, and anti-pluralism ideas to win public support. The public had mixed feelings about these campaigns. By the end of KWI's time in office, more people started to support populists because they lost trust in the government, which wasn't strong enough in fighting corruption. Still, by using political communication strategies, Romania stayed in the EU and joined the Schengen Area on January 1, 2025. Also, President KWI was able to serve two terms.

Abstract

Public speaking is an essential skill in the era of globalization that enhances self-confidence, academic competence, and career opportunities. However, Indonesian migrant workers' children in Penang, Malaysia, face challenges in developing this skill due to a lack of training, limited access to communication education, and fear of speaking in public. Therefore, the Public Speaking Enhancement Workshop for Children of Migrant Workers in Penang, Malaysia is designed to equip participants with effective speaking skills through the Participative Active Learning (PAL) method. This two-day workshop, scheduled for May 4-5, 2025, will employ an interactive approach that includes speech exercises, simulations, and social media-based evaluations. The training have covered voice modulation techniques, speech style selection, and topic development. The POBC (Planning, Opening, Body, Conclusion) method were applied to help participants structure their presentations persuasively. Additionally, the evaluation process have involved monitoring participants' social media activities and assessing their short speech videos. This program supports higher education institutions' key performance indicators (IKU), particularly regarding lecturers' engagement outside the campus. The program’s sustainability will be ensured through post-workshop monitoring and collaboration with the local community. Expected outcomes include publications in national and international journals and the improvement of participants' communication skills in professional settings. With a systematic and participatory approach, this workshop is expected to create a lasting positive impact on migrant workers' children by enhancing their public speaking skills and preparing them for future challenges.

Abstract

The entire spectrum of the nation's colors is a media target that is carefully considered. News programs or political information are presented to audiences of all ages, including the youth. The fact is that news programs and political information also target the youth as an undeniable market. Furthermore, the youth serve as educators for their children. A competent successor generation is needed in various fields, and this also requires the role of parents, especially the youth. The issue of the ability to use media is also one of the crucial aspects in the media literacy education process. To ensure this, it is not enough to only disseminate information but also to actively and continuously ensure the implementation of media literacy education to enhance the activities of citizens, both individually and collectively. The title of this community service is Information Literacy Training on Political "Hoax" for Youth in the Indonesian Community Organization (PERMAI) of Penang Island.

Abstract

The emergence of the AUR Party on September 19, 2019, led by George Simion, is a socio-political picture of Romania. AUR was established ahead of the 2020 local and parliamentary elections. In the local elections, AUR received 1 percent of the vote and in the parliamentary elections received 9 percent of the vote. AUR campaigns on four programs: family, nation, orthodox Christians, and freedom. In the 2024 parliamentary elections, AUR received 18 percent, the second largest after the PSD Party with 22.8 percent. The purpose of this research is to uncover the meaning, explore understanding, and analyze George Simion's efforts to gain the support of the Romanian people within the framework of Ramania's membership in the EU by using the integration of Heider's attribution theory with Dan Nimmo's political communication theory. The results of the study explain that there was an increase in votes in the Parliament. George Simion's campaign received increased public support in the parliamentary and presidential elections. On the other hand, there was resistance from the community which was manifested in the second round of the presidential election which was won by Nicorsur Dan, from the independent pro-EU group. George Simion 's defeat in the presidential election was analyzed through George Simion 's political communication attribution theory.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu Kelompok Tani Buluh Serumpun sebagai mitra untuk mengurangi limbah jeruk siam pascapanen dengan mengembangkan produk turunan yang tidak terserap oleh pasar. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan PKM ini yaitu dengan participatory approach. Metode ini menekankan bahwa mitra terlibat aktif dari tahapan perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Uraian dalam tahapan PKM yang dilakukan mencakup identifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi program, pelatihan dan peningkatan kapasitas, penerapan teknologi tepat guna, uji coba produksi, pendampingan produksi dan pengembangan pasar dan evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Jumlah peserta yang terlibat adalah 25 orang (7 orang laki-laki dan 18 perempuan), Sedangkan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan mitra yaitu dengan melakukan pre-post test. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pre test dengan rata-rata nilai 54,08 dan post test sebesar 74,78. Hal ini menunjukan adanya daya terima positif dari masyarakat selaku mitra  terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan dengan peningkatan nilai yang didapat sebesar 38,27%. Dan secara wawancara langsung bahwa kegiatan ini membantu masyarakat dalam mengolah jeruk siam yang tidak diterima oleh pasar dan mitra mendapatkan pengalaman baru dalam pengolahan jeruk siam dari pelatihan yang telah dilakukan
