Abstract

Pada proses pengambilan keputusan akan ada berbagai faktor pendorong konsumen dalam pembelian, faktor teman sebaya dan media sosial menjadi bagian dari pendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menjabarkan pengaruh teman sebaya dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk lip cream. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat tulungagung pengguna produk lip cream. Adapun sampel berjumlah 100 responden, dimana sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google form, yang kemudian data diolah dengan program SPSS, untuk menganalisis uji regresi. Hasil penelitian pada uji parsial didapatkan ada pengaruh positif variabel teman sebaya dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel teman sebaya dan media sosial secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dimana kedua variabel independen mampu mempengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian dengan persentase 46,1% dan 53,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selainr variabel penelitian.

Abstract

Covid 19 pertama kali muncul di kota Wuhan, Cina. Virus ini membawa pengaruh yang sangat besar di berbagai bidang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pandemic covid 19 di Indonesia salah satunya yang tidak terlihat tapi sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat yaitu tingkat perekonomian yang semakin lemah. Banyak pekerja yang dirumahkan bahkan di PHK sehingga tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia bertambah.  PKM ini memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan diatas adalah peningkatan gizi kepada masyarakat melalui pemberian bahan sembako kepada masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19. Manfaat yang diharapkan PKM ini adalah membantu perekonomian khususnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan pokoknya, dan mensejahterakan masyakat yang terdampak covid 19 di wilayah Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang diterapkan adalah dengan memberikan bantuan sembako langsung kepada masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19 khusunya di daerah Kecamatan Sedati, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat terdampak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of teaching factory-based mobile e-comic learning media on Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects with e-commerce menus in improving student learning outcomes and entrepreneurial interest in Vocational High Schools. The type of research used is experimental research using the Pretest-Posttes Control Group design. The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 12 Surabaya with the research subjects of class XI Metal 1 as the experimental class and class XI Metal 2 as the control class. Using the analysis technique of independent t-test test and N-gain test to measure the effectiveness of learning outcomes, as for measuring the effectiveness of interest in entrepreneurship, it was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcokson test because the data results were not normal so using non-parametric data analysis. The results of this study are (1) the average pretest value of the experimental class is 64.75 and the posttest value is 80.50 while in the control class the average pretest is 65.50 and the posttest value is 70.00 (2) Independent t-test shows the results where Tcount > T table is 3.438 > 2.024 (0.<0.05) and the significance value is 0.001 <0.05; (3) The N-gain test for experimental class students' learning outcomes is 0.4 and the control class N-gain is 0.1; (4) Mann Whiteny Test with Posttest results for both classes obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) Wilcokson's test with a significance result of 0.000 <0.05 with an average value of 10.50 for the experimental class while in the control class of 8.50.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada CV. Rahmad Rizkilah ngimbang Lamongan. Metode yang pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non probability sampling pada sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 66. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan CV. Rahmad Rizkilah ngimbang Lamongan, (2) Penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan ngimbang Lamongan, (3) Komunikasi dan Penilaian Kinerja berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap Kepuasan kerja Karyawan CV. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a teaching material product, namely a project-basedthat is suitable for use for class X BDP students on learning outcomes of consumer behavior, sales service, and customer satisfaction. The basis for this development is because the subject of marketing basics is a new subject in the prototype curriculum at SMK N 1 Lamongan so that there are not many learning resources available to support learning activities. The development procedure uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that the teaching materials developed had met the appropriate and effective aspects. The results of the validity test show that the based learning84% in the very feasible category. The average result of the pretest of students reached 55 and the number of students completed was 0%, and the results of theposttest -based module project-based learning experienced an average increase of 85 and the students who completed 90%. gain score module project based learning is known to have an average gain score of 0.72 which is described or categorized as high. So it can be said that student learning outcomes increase because the gain score is > 0.3. module project-based learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

This study intends to investigate the relationship between brand image, content marketing, and product quality in influencing Surabaya consumers' decisions to purchase J-GLOW skin care and cosmetic items. This study employed a quantitative survey methodology. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze an association between brand image and purchasing the J-GLOW product. The content marketing variable has no relationship with J-GLOW product purchase decisions. Meanwhile, product quality influences the choice of the J-GLOW skin care product. It is indicated by the fact that the F-count value is greater than the F-table value (22,763 3,10), and the actual value is less than the alpha value (0.000 0.05). It demonstrates that characteristics such as brand image (X1), content marketing (X2), and product quality (X3) have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. According to the findings of the study, the brand image (X1), content marketing (X2), and product quality (X3) variables had a 45.7% impact on the decision to purchase J-GLOW products. Additional factors influenced the remaining 54,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of millennial lifestyle compatibility and the role of influencer endorsers on buying interest on TikTok Shop. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach method, the sampling technique used in this research is using the lameshow formula with a total of 100 TikTok users aged 17-33 years and has shopped at the TikTok Shop. Collecting data using a questionnaire via google form. Statistical analysis in this study using SPSS with SPSS version 22 for Windows. The results of this study have a positive and significant effect. However, the results of the study show that the match between millennial lifestyles and buying interest has a greater direct influence than the influence of the endorser's role on buying interest. This research can help online stores or companies that have problems with some systems to do promotions. First of all, the researcher suggests online stores or TikTok to pay regular attention to the content produced by their users so that they can encourage endorser users to submit videos that are interesting and based on product benefits more clearly

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much e-recovery service quality influences repurchase intention through e-customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Shopee users at the State University of Surabaya. This study used a population of 150 active students and a sample of 108 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9. The results of the study prove that the direct relationship of e-recovery service quality is able to affect e-customer satisfaction with a value of 13,218 and the direct relationship of e-customer satisfaction is able to influence repurchase intention with a value of 8090, while the direct relationship of e-recovery service quality is not able to affect repurchase intention because it is only worth 0.285. However, in the indirect relationship, e-customer satisfaction has succeeded in being the perfect mediation for e-recovery service quality on repurchase intention with a value of 6,701. The results of this study can be used as a reference for students in learning activities and further research development.

Abstract

Today the development of technology and the internet has a great influence on the marketing sector. People are getting used to digital marketing carried out by sellers to market their products. The diversity of products sold with digital marketing makes people more interested so that there is interest in buying to online shop. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of digital marketing and product diversity on buying interest in Shopee e-commerce application users study in the community of Margomulyo Village, Margomulyo District, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with sampling using non probability sampling and sampling methods using accidental sampling techniques with a total of respondents 91 people who own and use the Shopee e-commerce application to shop. The data source uses primary data in the form of questionnaires with a likert scale. Data processing is carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22 for windows application with multiple linear regression test analysis. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence on digital marketing variables and product diversity on buying interest
