Abstract

The lack of technology and information utilization in the making of learning media by teachers is the main factor in this community service activity. It is a challenge for teachers to create an interactive and varied learning media that can stimulate students to be more active, stimulate students' critical and creative thinking. To increase students' concentration and interest is audio-visual media, which is able to stimulate their senses of sight and hearing together. This designing audio-visual learning media based IT training uses the Powtoon application and the Screencast O Matic application. Direct and mentoring training made it easier for teachers to produce interesting and interactive learning media based on audio-visual. The aims of this training in community service are 1) provide teachers' knowledge and understanding of the nature of learning media, 2) developing audio-visual media training uses Powtoon application and Screencast O Matic application, 3) provide assistance related to audio-visual learning media based IT. The subjects in this community service are vocational high school teachers in Bangkalan and members of MGMP Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran (OTKP). The implementation of this community service uses a variety of lecture methods, discussions, question and answer, direct tutorials and direct practice of making an audio-visual learning media based IT. The result of this community service are that most trainees are able to practice and design learning media from the learning subjects using Powtoon or Screencast O Matic application.

Abstract

This study discusses how brand image, brand awareness and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty among users of Wardah beauty products in the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of brand image and brand awareness on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for users of Wardah beauty products in Surabaya. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling of 100 respondents who are users of Wardah beauty products in the city of Surabaya. The analytical test tool used is SPSS version 22.0 with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that brand image has an influence on customer satisfaction, brand awareness has an influence on customer satisfaction, brand image has an influence on customer loyalty, brand awareness has an influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and brand image on the purchase decision of Peach Makes Perfect lip tint Barenbliss products. Primary data was obtained through a survey using a questionnaire to 384 respondents who are followers of Barenbliss's social media. Data analysis was carried out with a descriptive quantitative approach using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study show that content marketing and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on the purchase decision of Peach Makes Perfect lip tint Barenbliss products. The practical implication of this research is the importance of companies in paying attention to attractive content marketing strategies in order to be able to create a good brand image to be able to influence consumer purchase decisions. This research is expected to contribute to understanding consumer behavior in the digital era and become a reference for companies in designing effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions for Glad2glow cosmetic products. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study are all consumers who buy or use Glad2glow, the number of which is not known with certainty. The sample used was 100 people using purposive sampling technique and using the Lameshow formula. Data collection using a questionnaire through Google Form with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, in this study using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that the brand image variable (X1) and the brand ambassador variable (X2) have an effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi pelatihan digital marketing yang ditujukan untuk UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. UMKM Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Usaha Mikro memiliki peran krusial dalam perekonomian lokal, namun banyak di antaranya masih menghadapi kesulitan memahami dan memanfaatkan potensi digital marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan digital marketing yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat pemahaman dan kebutuhan UMKM terkait digital marketing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman UMKM tentang strategi digital marketing, menghasilkan peningkatan penjualan online yang substansial, serta meningkatkan visibilitas produk mereka di platform digital. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di pasar digital. Implikasi praktisnya adalah memberikan panduan bagi pemerintah daerah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam merancang program pelatihan serupa untuk sektor UMKM lainnya. Sebagai hasilnya, penelitian ini bukan hanya menguntungkan para pelaku bisnis UMKM, tetapi juga memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan strategi digital marketing yang efektif. Kata kunci— Pengabdian Masyarakat, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal, Digital Marketing Abstract This research discusses the implementation of digital marketing training aimed at MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in Sidoarjo Regency. MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises have a crucial role in the local economy, but many of them still face difficulties understanding and utilizing the potential of digital marketing. This research aims to design, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing training tailored to the needs of each MSME. The research method involves an initial survey to identify the level of understanding and needs of MSMEs regarding digital marketing. The research results show a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of digital marketing strategies, resulting in a substantial increase in online sales, as well as increasing the visibility of their products on digital platforms. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to local economic development by increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market. The practical implication is to provide guidance for local governments and educational institutions in designing similar training programs for other MSME sectors. As a result, this research not only benefits MSME business actors, but also provides benefits to the community and local government in supporting local economic growth through the use of effective digital marketing strategies. Keywords— Community Service, Local Economic Development, Digital Marketing

Abstract

This research is development research that collects quantitative and qualitative data through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The instrument used for data collection was a validation sheet in the form of a questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert scale which was used to assess whether the instrument created was valid or not. This validation sheet consists of four types, namely in this approach the researcher distributes questionnaires to media experts, material experts, product management teachers, and class XI students who are also provided with questionnaire answers. This research aims to create a product arrangement module as a form of education. This Product Setup module includes an instructional manual, resources, practice questions, summaries, and self-reflection. This product arrangement module is intended to attract the attention of class XI online business students in understanding content related to creating product display arrangements. Prior to testing, the media was validated by material experts and media experts, with "excellent" results. 86.5% of the 10 students at SMKN 4 Surabaya rated the learning material in the form of modules as "very good". In the field test, 93.3% of 34 class XI Online Business students at SMKN 4 Surabaya rated the Module as "very good". From the results of the field test it can be concluded that the module designed for class XI BD students at SMKN 4 Surabaya is an excellent tool for the teaching and learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

Abstract The change of the education curriculum in Indonesia to an independent curriculum requires adaptation in various aspects of learning activities, such as in terms of using teaching modules and learning strategies that are relevant and in accordance with the curriculum used. This study aims to develop and assess the quality of teaching modules and improve student learning outcomes, using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research subjects were students of class X Digital Business 2 SMKS Ketintang Surabaya. The research instruments included interviews, expert review and validation, student responses, and product effectiveness tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitative and quantitative. The results of the research are in the form of teaching modules based on differentiated learning with consumer behavior material in Marketing Basics subjects. The feasibility of the product was assessed as very feasible by material experts (83%), media (82%), and language (100%). The limited trial scored 87.37% (very feasible) and the large group trial 92.59% (very feasible). Product effectiveness showed a value of 0.78, with high effectiveness criteria. The teaching module developed can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and service quality on parents' decisions in choosing a school for their children. The research uses a quantitative approach with 49 respondents, who are the guardians of first-grade students at SD Labschool UNESA 1 Surabaya, utilizing the total sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and supporting school documents. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, as well as F-tests (simultaneous) and t-tests (partial). The results showed that partially, brand image has a positive and significant influence on parents' decisions; the more attractive and high-quality the school's brand image, the more parents choose the school. Service quality also has a positive and significant impact; the better the services offered, the more parents select this school. Simultaneously, these two variables have a positive and significant impact on parents' decisions, mutually supporting the decision-making process. In conclusion, improving the quality of these two aspects will enhance parents' confidence and decision to choose SD Labschool UNESA 1 Surabaya as the right educational institution for their children.

Abstract

Self-efficacy plays an important role in determining their readiness to enter the competitive world of work. This study is expected to provide a clear picture of the relationship between the three variables and their impact on the work readiness of DKV students. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through questionnaires distributed to students. The study results from the number of respondents were 100 (The number of respondents is 100). • Prob> F: 0.4597 (insignificant because p> 0.05). This shows that overall, the independent variables (self-efficacy and Et) of students of DKV expertise concentration of SMKN 1 Lamongan do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable (work readiness) Regress WorkReadiness Entrepreneurship Self Efficacy Entrepreneurship Leadership Every 1 unit increase in self-efficacy increases Work Readiness by 0.1051 points. However, this effect is not significant (p = 0.250 > 0.05) • Entrepreneurship Leadership (X2): o increases Entrepreneurship Readiness by 0.0665 points, but this effect is significant (p = 0.561 > 0.05). • Constant (_cons): o Coefficient: 4.2097 If all v. Overall, the regression model is not significant (Prob > F = 0.4597), which means that Entrepreneurship Self-efficacy and Entrepreneurship Leadership do not significantly affect Work Readiness. 2. The three independent variables have a minor influence on the dependent variable but are insignificant at the 98% confidence level (p > 0.05). 3. This model has a very low predictive ability (R-squared = 44%), so many other factors may significantly influence Work Readiness.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada para guru di Sekolah Indonesia Davao (SID), Filipina, dalam menyusun modul ajar yang berfokus pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Salah satu tantangan utama yang teridentifikasi adalah minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan individual siswa. Pelaksanaan Pk Mini dilakukan secara tatap muka, dengan menerapkan pendekatan pelatihan itensif yang menggabungkan sesi langsung dan pendambingan secara daring. Melalui pelatihan ini, terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep serta kemampuan teknik guru dalam Menyusun modul ajar yang berdiferensiasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mencakup modul ajar yang dibuat oleh para guru, artikel ilmiah yang mendokumentasikan proses dan hasil kegiatan, video sebagai dokumentasi visual, serta publikasi di media massa untuk menyebarluaskan informasi kepada Masyarakat luas.
