Supply chains are starting to be more and more powerful in reaction to transforming company atmosphere as well as innovation. This has produced issues in coping with the flow of resources as well as produced increased probability of interruption. As such this particular analysis evaluates the effect of dynamism on interruption orientations, financial performance, and resilience. Whereas, an incorporated theoretical model is designed and afterwards analyzed utilizing survey information from a cross section of 345 workers from Indonesian manufacturing industry and partial least squares - structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The outcomes belonging to the research show that supply chain dynamism possesses a substantial favorable impact on supply chain disruption orientation and also supply chain resilience. Supply chain resilience also is afflicted with supply chain disruption orientation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the influence of store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the syariah syariah mini market 212 Jambi branch. Survey research using a questionnaire instrument, a sample of 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, aged 20 to 29 years, the last education occupations were dominated by students. Simultaneously store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so also partially store atmosphere variables, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study entitled "Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun". Tujun research is to know the Satisfaction Index of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. This research only focuses on Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of the head of Sarolangun Regency Of Singkut Sub-district. As for specific targets to be achieved from this research is attempting to menemukanseberapa the index of satisfaction of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. Research methods that will be used is survey research. Activities performed are researching using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The model in this study is the method of observation and documentation, and Interval Scale using a detailed questionnaire and the method of determination the sample as much as 150 samples. The method used is Descriptive Qualitative. The technique analysis of the data is performed using the community's Satisfaction Index value (IKM) are calculated using the weighted average value of each item of service. The results showed that the responses of the respondents against the Office of the head of service satisfaction Singkut Regency Sarolangun average fall into the category of good. Indicators satisfaction index on Servicing Sarolangun Regency Singkut Head Office which is the highest indicator keamananpelayanan NRR 3.12 or categories with safe. Service satisfaction index indicator Head Office Singkut the lowest Sarolangun Regency is an indicator of the speed of service or categories 2.11 NRR less quickly.Keywords: Community Satisfaction Index, Services, Office Head

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh langsung antara brand equity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (2) Pengaruh langsung antara service quality terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (3) Pengaruh langsung antara brand equity terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (4) Pengaruh langsung antara service quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan; (5) Pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; (6) Pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi brand equity dan service qualityi terhadap loyaltias pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada customer aktif atau outlet yang terdaftar pada PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk. . Populasi adalah 68 customer tetap dan data valid yang dijadikan sampel adalah 68 customer. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan kuisioner, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis kausal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis (Analisis Jalur). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) Pengaruh langsung antara brand equity terhadap loyalitas pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (2) Pengaruh langsung antara service quality terhadap loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (3) Pengaruh langsung antara brand equity terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (4) Pengaruh langsung antara service quality terhadap kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (5) Pengaruh langsung antara kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (6) Pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan dalam memediasi brand equity dan service qualityi terhadap loyaltias pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.

Salah satu upaya untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang efektif adalah melalui Cooperative Learning Tipe Jigsaw karena sangat sesuai untuk subjek-subjek seperti pelajaran ilmu social, literature, sebagian pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan ilmiah dan bidang-bidang lainnya yang tujuan pembelajaran lebih kepada penguasaan konsep dari pada penguasaan kemampuan. Metode pembelajaan kooperatif tipe jigsaw, mahasiswa bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama. Setiap anggota kelompok dituntut bertanggungjawab terhadap hasil belajarnya, karena keberhasilan kelompok didasarkan atas sumbangan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Dengan demikian, setiap mahasiswa termotivasi untuk belajar, saling mendorong dan saling membantu antar anggota kelompok untuk belajar secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Jigsaw mempunyai pengaruh yang positip terhadap hasil belajar (aspek kognitif). Hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa aktivitas dalam pembelajaan kooperatif teknik jigsaw berbeda dengan metode diskusi kelompok. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa dalam metode pembelajaan kooperatif teknik jigsaw, mahasiswa bekerja sama untuk mencapai tujuan yang sama. Setiap anggota kelompok dituntut bertanggungjawab terhadap hasil belajarnya, karena keberhasilan kelompok didasarkan atas sumbangan masing-masing anggota kelompok. Dengan demikian, setiap mahasiswa termotivasi untuk belajar, saling mendorong dan saling membantu belajar secara optimal antar anggota kelompok.

This study aims to analyze public satisfaction index at Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sarolangun Kabupaten Sarolangun. This study took a sample of 150 respondents by Kepmen PAN No. 25 / KEP / M.PAN / 2/2004. The method used in this research using mixed qualitative descriptive study to determine community satisfaction index of services in the Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sarolangun Kabupaten Sarolangun. To measure the level of satisfaction of the people use the value of Community Satisfaction Index (HPI), which is calculated using the weighted average value of each element of the service. The results showed that there are 3 (three) dimensions in both categories, namely: dimensions service procedures, the ability of service personnel and environmental safety. While the dimensions are not good category there are 2 (two), namely fairness of service and assurance service charge. The dimensions in the unfavorable category there are nine (9) that the terms of service, clarity of service personnel, service personnel discipline, responsibility for care workers, speed of service, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk, the reasonableness of the cost of service, service schedule certainty, and comfortable environment.

This study aims to analyze the influence of sharia bank products and the principles of sharia banks on customer decisions with perception as an intervening variable in Bank Jambi Syariah. Questionnaires were distributed to 301 customers. Analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that sharia bank products, principles of sharia banks, and customer perceptions significantly influence both partially and simultaneously on the decision of Bank Jambi Syariah customers. Indirectly, products and principles of sharia bank significantly influence Bank Jambi Syariah customer decisions through customer perception. The dominant variable influencing customer decision is the principles of sharia bank. The originality of the model is reflected on the addition of an intervening variable, showing that there is a greater impact on the customer decision by including perception compared to the impact without including customer perception

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of human resources competencies and entrepreneurial characteristics on the performance of the small-medium-sized food industry with the intervening variable of competitive advantage. This research is verification in nature, basically wants to test the truth of a hypothesis which is carried out through data collection in the field. The unit of analysis in this research is the food SMIs (Small and Medium Industries) actors in Jambi Province. The data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 378 SMIs food entrepreneurs. The data analysis used was quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The analysis results concluded that the respondents' responses to the variables of human resources competence, entrepreneurial characteristics, competitive advantage, and SMIs performance obtained the average number included in the good scale range. The variables of human resources competency, entrepreneurial characteristics, competitive advantage significantly influence the performance of food SMIs in Jambi Province, either partially or simultaneously. Human resources competency and entrepreneurial characteristics variables have a significant indirect effect on SMIs performance through the intervening variable of competitive advantage. The entrepreneurial characteristics variable is the dominant variable affecting the SMIs performance. The research model by adding the competitive advantage variable as an intervening variable resulted in a better effect on the SMIs performance.

The development of entrepreneurship in a country is inseparable from the participation and role of women.Women's participation as an entrepreneur has increased quite sharply over the past decade and it turns out that the role is increasingly significant not only in developed countries but also in developing countries.This research aims to analyze the influence of Moslema entrepreneur and product innovation on market orientation and performance of SMEs.The research design uses a sample survey design with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Islamic women entrepreneur who engaged as business owner called Moslema entrepreneur. Total sample amount of 86 people.The data analysis tool uses pathways analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence between product innovation on performance and entrepreneurship on performance. Meanwhile this study stated that market orientation variables do not act as intervening variables. Thus, Moslema entrepreneurship needs to improve to increase performance. Moslema entrepreneurs must always innovate in marketing their products to consumers. Moreover, this research is expected to contribute empirically to strategic decision-making by SMEs.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial technologi dan niat berperilaku terhadap perilaku keuangan pada saha kecil menengah di Kabupaten Tebo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survey, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Tebo yang berjumlah 1.537 orang, sedangkan sampel adalah responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan pendekatan Yamane atau rumus Slovin berjumlah 94 orang. Variable independen penelitian adalah financial technologi dan niat berperilaku sedangkan variable dependen adalah perilaku keuangan. Jenis data adalah data primer dan data skunder, sumber data dari studi pustaka dan studi lapang dan online. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan perangkat kuesioner. Sebelum dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner maka dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap kueioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan alat analisis deskriftif sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Fintech berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan, Fintech berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap niat berperilaku, Niat berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan Fintech berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan yang dimediasi oleh niat berperilaku
