Abstract

Internship program skills and quality of student learning internship is an educational strategy to combine theory with practical work in the industrial world. This program aims to analyze the impact of internship programs on the development of skills and improving the quality of learning of students participating in PT Sujaya Processing Food, this internship program is a learning approach that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience in the industrial work environment. This study shows that student internship programs can effectively develop student skills. This includes technical skills, such as operating production machines, quality control in the food industry, and a better understanding of industrial work systems. In addition, soft skills such as discipline in working, effective communication, and teamwork have increased significantly for students.

Abstract

Internship is a key component of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program, aiming to enhance students’ practical skills in real work environments. This article presents the internship experience of a Management student from Institut Shanti Bhuana in the warehouse logistics division of PT. Intitama Berlian Perkebunan, West Kalimantan. Over a four-month period, the student was involved in inventory receipt, recording, distribution, reporting, and other operational support tasks. The results show improved technical and soft skills, along with a deeper understanding of logistics management within the plantation industry.

Abstract

The internship program is one of the essential activities to enhance students’ competencies through direct field experience in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. Internship activities at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Bengkayang Regency offer a strategic opportunity to bridge academic theory with real- world practices in the fields of public service and licensing. Through this program, students are able to experience the service process firsthand, improve their communication skills, and develop essential soft skills such as teamwork. The internship also helps cultivate students' character and work ethics. This study aims to evaluate the quality of services at the Public Service Mall (MPP) and explore how students' participation contributes to improving public service delivery. Moreover, MBKM-based internships not only enrich students’ learning experience but also prepare them to face real-world challenges and become more job-ready. The goal of MBKM is to ensure that graduates possess not only academic knowledge but also practical experience to serve as a valuable foundation for their future careers. Student involvement in this program can also contribute to service quality improvements, such as offering input on procedures and enhancing communication between officers and license applicants. MBKM optimizes the development of student competencies through practical experience in collaboration with government and industry, allowing them to simultaneously enhance both soft and hard skills.

Abstract

The trade war started with the policies of Donald Trump's presidential administration. The current political situation can affect stock returns, as well as economic policies that can affect stock price movements. This research is a quantitative study that has the purpose of this study to observe banking stocks by comparing stock prices whether it affects BBRI and BBCA after the trump tariff policy. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method as a research approach. The calculation for data analysis techniques uses fundamental analysis by observing the comparison of standard deviation, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Data sources were obtained from stockbit.com. in this study the value of BBRI and BBCA shares is still within the average value of 4000 & 8000, meaning that as an investor this stock is worth buying. Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan literasi kewirausahaan digital kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) binaan UPT Balai Penyuluhan Pertanian Kecamatan Bengkayang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui dua tahap utama yaitu pengenalan literasi kewirausahaan digital dan pendampingan pembuatan katalog digital menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Program ini melibatkan KWT Tomat Intan dan KWT Karya Tani dengan fokus pada peningkatan kemampuan pemasaran hasil tani melalui platform digital seperti Facebook dan WhatsApp. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui presentasi interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan workshop pembuatan katalog digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk pertanian. Program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kemandirian ekonomi kelompok wanita tani dalam jangka panjang melalui optimalisasi pemasaran digital hasil pertanian mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis media tanam dan dosis pupuk kandang yang tepat serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kamboja jepang. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Reuleut Timur, Kecamatan Muara Batu, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, pada Desember–Maret 2025, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah media tanam: M1 (tanah : pasir : humus, 2:1:1), M2 (tanah : pasir : kompos trembesi), dan M3 (tanah : pasir : humus bambu : kompos trembesi). Faktor kedua adalah pupuk kandang: P0 (tanpa pupuk), P1 (100 g/polybag), dan P2 (150 g/polybag). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (90 HST), jumlah daun (30 HST), dan berat segar berangkasan. Media terbaik adalah kombinasi tanah : pasir : humus bambu : kompos trembesi (1:1:1:1). Pupuk kandang juga berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman (60–90 HST), jumlah daun (75 dan 90 HST), diameter batang (90 HST), panjang akar, serta berat segar berangkasan, dengan dosis terbaik 150 g/polibag. Namun, interaksi keduanya tidak memberikan pengaruh yang lebih optimal terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kamboja jepang

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja perawat SH Hospitals Metodologi/Pendekatan: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan teknik analisis data, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji korelasi, uji regresi, signifikansi dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian pada SH Hospitals Purwakarta mengungkapkan bahwa pelatihan yang dirasakan Perawat di SH Hospitals Purwakarta adalah sebesar 75,54%. Sedangkan kinerja yang dirasakan perawat adalah 74,26%. Besarnya pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja adalah 44%, dan 56% lainnya disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi Praktis: Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pihak manajemen rumah sakit terkait urgensi perlu diadakannya pelatihan dalam rangka pengembangan sumber daya manusia Kebaruan: Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur mengenai manajemen dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada konteks rumah sakit.

Abstract

This study explores the effects of job characteristics, discipline, and human resource development on employee job satisfaction at UPT Medan Embarkation Hajj Dorm. The research targets all 60 employees of this facility, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis to examine the data. The results reveal that human resource development has a moderate impact on employee performance, while discipline also plays a partial role. However, job characteristics are found to have a significant influence on employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the study highlights that the combination of effective human resource development, consistent disciplinary practices, and well-defined job characteristics dramatically enhances employee performance. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to managing human resources, suggesting that integrating these elements can lead to improved job satisfaction and overall employee effectiveness. This comprehensive analysis provides valuable insights for organizational strategies aimed at boosting employee engagement and productivity.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an effort to create a safe and healthy working environment. The company, which is engaged in power generation, experienced many near-miss cases from 2016 to 2023. Near-miss incidents are an early signal of the potential for severe accidents in the future if not resolved immediately. Identifying and addressing potential hazards early is necessary to prevent fatal work accidents. This study aims to analyze the reporting pattern of near-miss incidents by company employees through the IZAT application (Zero et al.) with a social network analysis (SNA) approach. This method identifies relationships and interaction patterns between employees in reporting near-miss incidents, thus revealing objects that need special attention. Data was obtained from September 2020 to July 2023. The analysis showed that 276 employees actively reported various near-miss incidents through IZAT (Zero Accident Assistant Application). This pattern reflects employees' sensitivity to potential hazards in their work environment. The findings of this study make a positive contribution to the improvement of the occupational safety and health management system in the company regarding the mitigation of potential hazards based on incoming report data. The recommendations provided are related to occupational safety aspects that need to be prioritized for management improvement. The implication of this research is to increase employee awareness in identifying and reporting potential hazards so as to prevent work accidents in the future.
