Abstract

Peningkatan volume sampah sebesar dua persen setiap tahun telah mendorong berbagai pihak secara aktif melakukan sosialisasi gerakan diet plastik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sosialisasi (socialization), kesadaran, dan sikap terhadap perilaku konsumen hijau di Kota Bogor dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan survei pada Google Form secara daring melalui media WhatsApp dan ditujukan untuk warga Kota Bogor. Teknik pengambilan contoh yang dilakukan adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Contoh penelitian yang terkumpul sebanyak 223 responden yang diperoleh dari Kecamatan Bogor Utara sebanyak 82 orang, Kecamatan Bogor Tengah sebanyak 49 orang, Kecamatan Bogor Selatan sebanyak 50 orang, dan Kecamatan Bogor Timur sebanyak 42 orang. Data contoh yang terkumpul kemudian divalidasi dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen hijau dipengaruhi oleh sosialisasi, kesadaran, dan sikap. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pemerintah Kota Bogor dapat lebih aktif meningkatkan sosialisasi sebagai variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan perilaku konsumen hijau warga Kota Bogor dalam pengelolaan sampah plastik.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menghambat program pencegahan dan pengentasan stunting sehingga dibutuhkan sarana yang mempermudah edukasi gizi di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji inovasi edukasi gizi masyarakat berbasis social media marketing pada Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, dan Twitter serta mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap perubahan kognitif, afektif, dan perilaku. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimental dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan September hingga Desember 2021. Responden berjumlah 89 orang yang tersebar pada lima media sosial. Data dianalisis dengan uji beda paired t-test. Secara keseluruhan untuk semua media sosial, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 13,88 poin, sikap sebesar 2,30 poin dan perilaku sebesar 5,81 poin. Pada ketiga variabel, dengan menjumlahkan delta perubahan, media sosial paling tinggi kenaikannya adalah TikTok (36,75), diikuti dengan Instagram (22,29), Twitter (20,25), Youtube (16,66) dan Facebook (12,61). Berdasarkan uji beda paired t-test, terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku. Media sosial yang paling menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan sasaran adalah TikTok, sedangkan perubahan sikap dan perilaku sasaran paling efektif melalui media sosial Instagram. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah hasil temuan dapat digunakan oleh stakeholder untuk melakukan promosi pencegahan dan pengentasan masalah stunting dengan lebih efektif dan berdampak luas.

Abstract

Online stores with more than 3000 reviews have made it difficult for consumers to find reviews that can be used as the main source of information to decide on a purchase. This research aims to investigate the credibility of reviews that consumers can be trusted. This research used mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) through sequential explanation. In this quantitative study, 300 respondents were collected using a voluntary sampling technique, and 900 reviews from three e-commerce sites in Indonesia were selected purposely. The qualitative approach used in-depth interviews with three consumers and a selected seller using a purposive sampling technique. The data was processed by multiple linear regression and descriptive using SPSS 25.0 and Nvivo 12. Research results confirmed that the motivation to read reviews and consumer attitudes toward reviews significantly affect online purchasing decisions, but a third of consumers still rarely provide reviews. Furthermore, based on source credibility, E-WOM quality, and recommendation rating, in the three e-commerce sites, almost half of the reviews studied were hard to be trusted. Based on these findings, this research summarizes the policy implications for consumers and governments and suggests future research.

Abstract

Di tahun 2021 pandemi Covid-19 kian melonjak tinggi sehingga pemerintah menerapkan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) yang dapat mengakibatkan pembatasan interaksi sosial dan perubahan model pembelajaran yang menyebabkan terjadinya kecemasan pada mahasiswa. Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan dan pengaruh tingkatan kecemasan, tingkatan efikasi diri akademik, serta motivasi belajar berlandaskan jenis kelamin. Riset ini menggunakan desain eksplanatori. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan dimulai dari bulan Juni 2021 sampai bulan November 2021 dibantu dengan kuesioner daring. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji independent t-test dan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) menggunakan fitur SPSS 25.0 serta Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil riset menunjukkan kalangan mahasiswa Laki-laki mengalami kecemasan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kalangan perempuan. Sementara itu, efikasi diri akademik dan motivasi belajar tidak berbeda antara kalangan mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil uji SEM menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh kecemasan melalui efikasi diri akademik baik pada kalangan laki-laki maupun perempuan. Hasil riset ini berimplikasi pada pentingnya upaya peningkatan efikasi diri akademik dan motivasi belajar untuk menurunkan kecemasan mahasiswa di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Understanding children's behavior and intentions to subscribe to YouTube channels are important for production companies and parents. This study analyzed factors influencing children’s behavioral intention to subscribe to YouTube channels using UTAUT 2 model and SEM-PLS analysis. The samples were 100 kids aged 7 to 12 who live in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results showed that habit and social influence significantly influenced children’s behavioral intention to use Kidz YouTube Channel. Children’s behavioral intention to use Kidz YouTube Channel significantly influenced children’s usage behavior. Moreover, children’s usage behavior significantly influenced their intention to subscribe to Kidz's YouTube Channel. The study indicated that children’s decision to subscribe to YouTube channels was simple and relied on their habits and social influence. Therefore, parents need to supervise children’s activities on YouTube. Meanwhile, the content creator company could optimize a routine schedule for uploading a new video based on selected themes and also needs to increase parents’ awareness of the safety of their program.

Abstract

Keluarga yang hidup dengan tiga generasi (keluarga sandwich) menunjukkan adanya pertukaran bantuan berupa barang dan jasa antargenerasi yang mempererat hubungan keluarga sehingga dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertukaran barang-jasa dan kualitas hubungan keluarga terhadap kualitas hidup keluarga sandwich. Desain penelitian cross-sectional study. Lokasi penelitian di Kota Bogor yang dipilih secara purposive. Penelitian dilakukan pada tipe keluarga sandwich yaitu keluarga dengan tiga generasi yang terdiri atas suami-istri (G2), anak (G3), dan lansia (G1). Keluarga dalam penelitian merupakan keluarga dengan sosial ekonomi menengah ke bawah. Responden adalah istri (G2) yang menjawab pertanyaan terkait kondisi G1, G2, dan G3. Jumlah contoh adalah 140 keluarga yang dipilih secara purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-PLS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pertukaran barang-jasa, kualitas hubungan keluarga, dan kualitas hidup keluarga sandwich termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa kualitas hidup keluarga sandwich dipengaruhi langsung oleh pertukaran barang-jasa dan kualitas hubungan keluarga. Keluarga dapat memastikan proses interaksi yang baik di dalam keluarga untuk menunjang pertukaran barang-jasa dalam mewujudkan kualitas hidup keluarga.

Abstract

Sustainable consumption behavior, namely making decisions that ensure the environment will not be damaged by SDG's goal 12. This research explores the relationship between respondent characteristics and sustainable consumption behavior and the influence of teacher socialization, parental socialization, and social media on consumption and sustainability values. This research was conducted cross-sectionally on 218 elementary school students using cluster random sampling. The data was processed using SPSS 25 and Smart-PLS 3. The results showed that sustainable consumption behavior among male students tended to be better and also tended to be better among children who had working mothers. The results of the SEM analysis showed a significant influence of parental socialization on sustainable consumption behavior. In addition, a significant positive indirect effect was found between teacher socialization, parental socialization, and social media exposure on sustainable consumption behavior through consumption values. Therefore, parents need to provide positive socialization to children regarding consumption values to encourage sustainable consumption behavior in children.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of the level of peer attachment, teacher support, parental support, self-concept, and planned career events on the career decision-making self-efficacy of high school and vocational school students. This research used a cross-sectional study design with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on 317 students, with 157 high school students and 160 vocational school students determined by cluster random sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS. SEM test results showed a significant positive direct influence between parental support, teacher support, and peer attachment on the self-concept of parental support, parental support, and self-concept regarding planned happenstance career, and teacher support and planned happenstance career on career decision-making self-efficacy. Apart from that, there was an indirect influence between parental support, teacher support, and peer attachment on career decision-making self-efficacy through self-concept and planned happenstance careers. Therefore, parents need to shape their children's promising planned careers so that they can have self-efficacy for making sound career decisions as well.

Abstract

This study examines the factors driving telemedicine adoption among physicians in Indonesia, employing an integrated framework based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The framework investigates the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, social support, and economic value on physicians behavioral intention and actual use of telemedicine, with attitude acting as a key mediating variable. Additionally, demographic characteristics, including age, practice type, and practice duration, are explored as potential moderators in these relationships. Data was gathered from a cross-sectional survey of 244 physicians across various specialties and regions in Indonesia. The study findings, analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), reveal that effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, social support, and economic value significantly influence both behavioral intention and actual use. In contrast, performance expectancy does not have a significant effect. Attitude plays a crucial mediating role in translating physicians perceptions into adoption behaviors. Moreover, practice type moderates the path from behavioral intention to actual use, with general practitioners more likely to adopt telemedicine than specialists. The results emphasize that telemedicine strategies should prioritize usability, economic value, social support, and institutional backing. This study contributes to the telemedicine adoption literature by extending TAM and UTAUT with attitudinal mediation and economic value, while highlighting emerging psychosocial factors in Southeast Asia. These insights offer practical guidance for healthcare managers and policymakers.

Abstract

The retail business in Indonesia, especially modern retail, is growing quite rapidly. Transmart Carrefour is now a brand that is widely known and recognized by the public by getting the highest TBI (Top Brand Index) score compared to others. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of marketing mix, store image, store atmosphere, shopping experience on consumer purchasing interest at Transmart Carrefour Indonesia. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with an online survey method to respondents. The population in this study is people who have made purchases at Transmart Carrefour throughout Indonesia. The number of samples used in research using Partial least squares-SEM analysis is at least 30-100 samples. So the researcher decided to use a sample of 100 consumers. The results of the study show that, 1). There is a significant positive influence of marketing mix on purchase interest. The mean value (average) is 4.345. This result indicates that the marketing mix at Transmart Carrefour has been running very well. 2). There is a significant positive influence of store image on purchase interest. The mean value (average) is 4.159. This result indicates that store image at Transmart Carrefour has been running well 3). There is a significant positive influence of store atmosphere on purchase interest. The mean value (average) is 3.934. This result indicates that the store atmosphere at Transmart Carrefour has been running quite well, 4). This result indicates that the store atmosphere at Transmart Carrefour has been running quite well. 4). There is a significant positive influence of shopping experience on purchase interest. The mean value (average) is 4.075. This result indicates that the shopping experience at Transmart Carrefour has been running well.
