Abstract

Tingginya angka perokok aktif di Indonesia yang berdampak pada kesehatan, ekonomi, dan sosial masyarakat, khususnya di kota-kota besar seperti Medan, belum diimbangi dengan pendekatan analitis yang mampu memetakan tingkat kebiasaan merokok secara terstruktur karena keterbatasan data berlabel. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan semi-supervised dengan menggabungkan algoritma K-Means Clustering untuk membentuk label tingkat perokok, dan Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) untuk melakukan klasifikasi multikelas dengan tiga target kelas, yaitu perokok Ringan, Sedang, dan Berat, berdasarkan karakteristik individu seperti pengaruh sosial, tekanan psikologis, dan kebiasaan merokok harian. Data dikumpulkan dari 638 responden perokok aktif berusia 20"“40 tahun di Kota Medan melalui dua metode, yaitu survei lapangan dengan kuesioner cetak (33 responden) dan survei daring melalui Google Form (605 responden), yang selanjutnya melalui proses validasi dan prapemrosesan sebelum dianalisis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model XGBoost mencapai akurasi sebesar 98%, dengan precision 1,00, recall 0,94, dan f1-score 0,97 untuk kelas Ringan; precision 0,90, recall 1,00, dan f1-score 0,95 untuk kelas Sedang; serta precision 1,00, recall 0,98, dan f1-score 0,99 untuk kelas Berat.

Abstract

Nur Hidayah Mosque in Dusun III, Tuntungan I Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency, faces challenges in financial management, which is still conducted manually using cash books and printed reports. This manual system leads to delays, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring and evaluating finances. To improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency, this study designs and develops a web-based financial management information system using the incremental development method. The system allows mosque administrators, particularly the admin and treasurer, to digitally record income and expenses, generate automatic financial reports, and store data in a structured and easily accessible format. Features such as automatic recap and digital archiving further support transparency and accountability. The implementation of this system is expected to significantly enhance the performance of mosque financial management by providing faster and more organized data access while minimizing manual recording errors. This system contributes to the modernization of mosque financial administration and can serve as a reference for similar future research

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the digitalization program for business location registration on Google Maps as a form of digital education integration and strengthening the creative economy in Timbang Lawan Village. The background of this research departs from the low public understanding of the use of digital technology for local business development, which has an impact on the limited market reach, promotion, and competitiveness of MSMEs. The method used in community service is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The PAR method was chosen because it emphasizes active collaboration between researchers and the community so that the resulting solutions are more in line with local needs and can be applied sustainably. The results of the activity show that there is an increase in digital literacy among business actors, especially in the use of digital maps for promotion. Based on documentation, observations, and interviews, a number of MSMEs have successfully registered their business locations on Google Maps, verified by Google, and have begun to receive benefits in the form of increased business visibility, customer numbers, and opportunities for product development and wider business networks at the regional level.

Abstract

Medan City Tourism Office in providing tourism location information is currently still using the official website that only displays explanations about tourism and mapping of tourist location points only, the current system is less efficient and makes tourists or the public not know much about the location or route to be passed and search for tourist attractions in the city of Medan. Researchers try to solve the problem by implementing a geographic information system implemented with OSM (Open Street Map). In this study, data collection using qualitative methods and applications was developed using waterfall methods. The results of the analysis will be described using UML (Unified modelling language). The results of this study show that the geographical information system of tourism to find out the location point and the nearest route can provide benefits to tourists and local people to travel in the city of Medan.

Abstract

PT Herbal Penawar Alwahida Indonesia, known as HNI-HPAI, is one of several companies in Indonesia as a Halal Network business that focuses on providing various quality and halal consumer goods products. With the number of partners spread throughout Indonesia, human resource management is important for the development and progress of the company. Along with its development, the selection of outstanding partners has so far been done manually, which is directly selected by the mentor from the partner and does not pay attention to the criteria. Therefore, we need a decision support system (DSS) in determining partners who excel by taking into account the weight of the criteria. That way it produces a clear and time-consuming calculation where the calculation begins to determine the variables used to calculate the value of errors or optimize the estimation or selection of the highest and lowest values.

Abstract

Laundry arion merupakan usaha yang bergerak di pelayanan terima cuci bersih perlengkapan rumah tanggga berupa pakaian, bed cover dan perlengkapan lainnya. Laundry Arion melakukan pencatatan manual dalam manajemen laundry seperti pembelian perlengkapan laundry, pengolahan data konsumen, pencatatan pengeluaran serta pemasukan laundry. Laundry arion mengolah data masih menggunakan buku pencatatan. Pelayanan konsumen yang bagus dapat memperoleh keuntungan, sehingga konsumen akan selalu melakukan laundry pada Laundry Arion. Sehingga, diperlukan sistem penilaian konsumen terhadap pelayanan dengan pengisian angket secara online sehingga Laundry arion dapat mengetahui hal-hal apa saja yang akan ditingkatkan dalam pelayanan yang ada. Maka demikian dibutuhkan sistem yang baru dalam manajemen laundry dan penilaian berupa sistem ECRM yang dapat mempermudah dalam pembuatan pembukuan yang ada dan memperoleh hasil survey tiap pelanggan. Dengan sistem ECRM Diharapkan sistem yang dihasilkan dapat membantu Laundry arion mengetahui jumlah perlengkapan yang akan disediakan dan mengetahui perlengkapan yang telah digunakan dan menghasilkan laporan laundry yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengajuan judul proposal skripsi, banyak mahasiswa yang judulnya ditolak dikarenakan adanya kesamaan judul atau tema penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Proses ini dilakukan secara manual dimana judul skripsi direkapitulasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sehingga membuka peluang kekeliruan dalam pemeriksaan yang disebabkan oleh tim penyeleksi memeriksa judul secara manual baris per baris. Selanjutnya dirasa perlu melakukan penelitian untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dengan harapan memudahkan pengelola program studi dalam menentukan judul skripsi yang potensial dan berkualitas pada mahasiswa. Selanjutnya mempercepat proses penentuan judul skripsi mahasiswa dan tentunya juga akan mempercepat proses penyelesaian studi mahasiswa strata 1. Maka dirancanglah sebuah sistem yang mampu merekomendasi kelayakan judul skripsi yang diajukan melalui teknologi text mining menggunakan algoritma LDA. Algoritma LDA mampu untuk mendeteksi topik yang ada pada suatu koleksi dokumen beserta besarnya kemunculan topik tersebut.

Abstract

The Sawit Seberang Health Center as the technical implementation unit of the health service is responsible for carrying out health development in the Sawit Seberang area, both in terms of health services and providing health knowledge that is useful for medical personnel in particular and the community in general. The problem faced by the Community Health Center is the unavailability of a computer-based system that can be accessed online as a medium for storing and sharing knowledge and information about health, both knowledge for fellow medical personnel and knowledge for the community. This problem can be solved with the KMS application which can be accessed online. The method used is the Inukshuk KM Model Method. The Inukshuk Knowledge Management model is a framework that has been refined from the SECI model (socialization, externalization, combination and internalization) with the addition of components such as leadership, culture and technology. The relationship with Knowledge Management is that it can provide information about Tacit and Explicit Knowledge in the organization. The result of this research is the KMS Puskesmas application which can be accessed online as a medium for storing and sharing knowledge for fellow medical personnel as well as a medium for information and knowledge for the community.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities are vital for developing students' personalities, talents, and abilities beyond the standard curriculum. However, a lack of effective information dissemination about extracurricular activities poses a challenge. To address this issue, a decision support system using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods is needed, along with increasing students' awareness of the importance of extracurricular activities. This research aims to recommend extracurricular programs to students in vocational high schools. Specific issues include developing a literature review, designing a user-friendly system, tools for web-based decision support system development, and implementing AHP and TOPSIS methods for extracurricular recommendation systems. The research will be conducted at SMK Muhammadiyah 9 Medan, focusing on 93 selected Class X students. Recommendation criteria will include intelligence level, interests, concentration, memory, commitment, willingness, creativity, health history, and parental consent, based on the results of students' psychological tests. The AHP method will be used for criteria weighting, and TOPSIS will rank recommended extracurricular programs based on priority values. The research aims to provide 9 recommended extracurricular programs tailored to students' interests and talents, enhance researchers' skills in implementing AHP and TOPSIS methods, improve extracurricular program management efficiency, and increase student satisfaction with extracurricular activities. The decision support system developed in this research will benefit researchers, school administrators, and students, improving program management and student participation in extracurricular activities.The implementation results of extracurricular recommendations using the AHP and TOPSIS methods achieved an accuracy of 74%. Changes in accuracy may be influenced by the criteria used and inputted, as well as the minimum extracurricular activities inputted by the user.

Abstract

The ease of obtaining information and having complete functions in one hand makes an individual tend not to be separated from a smartphone even for a while because the individual has felt dependent on the smartphone function. Excessive smartphone use in children can have a negative impact on their psychological health, especially in terms of aggressive behavior. Excessive use of smartphones can make children more impulsive, irritable, and prone to aggressive actions. Therefore, a system is needed that can detect the tendency of aggressive behavior in children due to the influence of smartphones to prevent the encouragement of aggressive behavior in children that can make these children capable of committing criminal acts and other negative actions using an expert system. The methods used in this research are the certainty factor method and the Bayes theorem method. Bayes theorem is used to classify and calculate the probability value of a child's tendency to aggressive behavior due to the influence of smartphones. While the certainty factor method is used to determine the confidence value of the probability value obtained using the Bayes theorem. The results of this study illustrate the feasibility of the proposed framework in correctly recognizing the tendency of coercive behavior influenced by smartphone use among children. By utilizing Bayes' theorem and certainty factor, it is expected that this research can help in conducting early detection of the level of aggressive behavior tendencies due to the influence of smartphones. Based on the research that has been done, the system successfully detects 3 (three) levels of tendency, namely low, medium, and high with a percentage of 100% with the results of the Bayes theorem and certainty factor calculations showing in class P3 with a combination of CFcombine(CFold_4,CF_13) has a percentage of 94.17% confidence level and judging from the results of the calculation of the certainty factor combination formula above, it can be concluded that, the child has a tendency to High aggressive behavior.
