Abstract

The interest in the development of edible and biodegradable films has increased because it is every day more evident that non degradable are doing much damage to the environment. In this research, edible films were based on blends of janeng starch in different proportions, added of palm oil or glycerol, which were used as plasticizers. The objective was to study the effect of two different plasticizers, palm oil and glycerol of edible film from janeng starch–chitosan on the mechanical properties and FTIR spectra. Increasing concentration of glycerol as plasticizer resulted tend to increased tensile strength and elongation at break. The tensile strength and elongation at break values for palm oil is higher than glycerol as plasticizer at the same concentration. FTIR spectra show the process of making edible film from janeng starch–chitosan with palm oil or glycerol as plasticizers are physically mixing in the presence of hydrogen interactions between chains.

Abstract

Food is a basic need for every human being to grow and maintain life. In food there is what is called BTP or Food Additives. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 033 of 2012 concerning food additives , boric acid or borax is one of the types of food additives that are prohibited from being used in food products. However, in reality many people still use boric acid as BTP in producing food. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine boric acid levels in food samples. Quantititative analysis was performed using the liquid curcumamine addition method, while quantitative analysis used the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method at a maximum wavelength of 540 nm. The results of the identification and determination of boric acid levels showed that sample A had a color change from purplish red to brick red which indicated that the food sample was positive for containing boric acid. The average level of boric acid in sample A was 986.947 ppm. The %RSD value obtained is 1.583% which indicates that this test has good precision.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah metode pencatatan dan penilaian serta penyajian dan pengungkapan persediaan telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 14 Tahun 2018. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam metode ini yaitu Analisis Deskriptif Komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi pada metode penilaian dan penyajian persediaan dalam laopran keuangan pada PT Rapid Niaga International telah sesuai dengan PSAK NO. 14 Tahun 2018, sedangkan metode pencatatan dan pengungkapan persediaan dalam laporan keuangan pada PT Rapid Niaga International belum sesuai dengan PSAK NO. 14 Tahun 2018. Abstract

Human lifestyle is currently experiencing many changes that lead to unhealthy lifestyles. An instant lifestyle can trigger degenerative diseases, which are initiated by excessive oxidation reactions in the body, which can cause the formation of free radicals. Lemon juice, derived from the Citrus limon plant, is considered a functional beverage due to its antioxidant properties, which have the potential to counteract the harmful effects of free radicals. This study aimed to measure the antioxidant activity of lemon juice beverage based on the IC50 value. The present study adopted a descriptive laboratory approach, utilizing lemon juice beverages from three distinct brands as representative samples. The antioxidant activity test was carried out by adding DPPH and measured using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. The antioxidant levels obtained were 1,091.17 µg/mL for sample A, 1,114.50 µg/mL for sample B, and 527,261 µg/mL for sample C. All samples exhibited antioxidant activity values that fell within the "very weak" classification, as shown by IC50 values above 200 µg/mL.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis e-commerce yang sedang berkembang di Indonesia khususnya pada situs belanja online yaitu Lazada dan Shopee. Analisis ini meliputi kelebihan dan kekurangan dari Lazada dan Shopee serta analisis SWOT dalam situs tersebut. Hasil analisis ini menunjukan bahwa Lazada dan Shopee memiliki kekuatan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Dari hasil analisis tersebut menunjukan bahwa Lazada memiliki kekuatan dibidang pelayanan maupun jaminan keamanan transaksi. Namun juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya mengenai sistem keamanan, dengan masih banyaknya konsumen yang mengalami penipuan. Sedangkan kekuatan yang dimiliki Shopee yaitu mudahnya cara belanja di Shopee bagi pemula, serta fitur Shopee dilengkapi chat langsung dengan penjual atau seller, dan Shopee memiliki kelebihan bisa menawar harga barang yang akan dibeli. Adapun kekurangannya Shopee tergolong marketplace baru dibandingkan e-commerce lain yang sudah ada lebih dulu, Shopee juga masih kalah pengalaman dengan marketplace lain yang sudah ada terlebih dahulu. Setiap marketplace yang terbaik dan terpecaya di Indonesia pasti tidak ada yang sempurna. Masing-masing e-commerce punya keunggulan dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya.Kata kunci: E-commerce, Lazada dan Shopee

Abstract

Mono-digliserida (MGDG) disintesis melalui reaksi transesterifikasi enzimatis menggunakan minyak inti sawit mentah (MISM) dan gliserol sebagai substrat. Reaksi berlangsung pada temperatur 30oC, rasio mol MISM : gliserol = 1:2 mol, waktu reaksi 8 jam dan rasio enzim Candida antartica : MISM = 0,05% (b/b). MISM dan gliserol tidak mudah larut sebab memiliki polaritas yang berbeda. Untuk meningkatkan homogenitas kedua substrat, maka ditambahkan n-heksan sebagai pelarut dalam berbagai rasio, yaitu 1:1 – 1:10 (% b/v) terhadap massa MISM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengamati pengaruh n-heksan terhadap aktifitas katalitik dari enzim Candida antartica untuk meningkatkan konversi substrat. Konversi substrat diukur secara kuantitatif berdasarkan persentase penurunan bilangan asam. Sebagai kontrol terhadap reaksi enzimatis, dilakukan reaksi non enzimatis dengan menggunakan kondisi reaksi yang sama. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa enzim Candida antartica mampu menahan n-heksan dalam sistem campuran reaksi hingga batasan tertentu. Konversi substrat optimal diperoleh pada rasio MISM : n-heksan = 1:3 (b/v) sebesar 58,3% dengan kadar bilangan asam akhir = 2,275%. Penggunaan rasio MISM : n-heksan diatas 1:3 (b/v) menunjukkan penurunan konversi substrat karena terjadi toksisitas pada enzim Candida antartica yang meningkatkan rigiditas sisi aktif enzim. Produk dengan konversi optimal kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode kromatografi gas dan diperoleh total yield MGDG sebesar 56,9116%, dengan komposisi MG = 8,9574% dan DG = 47,9542%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran dinas pariwisata dalam pengembangan wisata pantai kolo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi adalah kantor Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan kota bima. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama dua bulan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada kantor Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bima. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Obsevasi, Wawancara dan Dukomentasi. Teknis penentuan sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang merupakan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan tujuan penelitian. Tehnik analisis data reduksi data adalah bentuk analisis yang menajamkan, menggolongkan, mengarahkan, membuang yang tidak perlu dan mengorganisasi data sedemikian rupa sehingga kesimpulan akhir dapat diverivikasi. Tehnik penyajian data, penyajian data kualitatif dapat berupa teks naratis berbentuk catatan lapangan, matriks, grafik, jaringan dan bagan. Bentuk-bentuk ini mengabungkan informasi yang tersusun dalam suatu bentuk yang padu dan mudah di raih, sehingga memudahkan untuk melihat apa yang sedanag terjadi, apakah kesimpulan sudah tepat atau sebaliknya melakukan analisis kembali. Kesimpulan banyak strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dinas pariwisata Kota Bima dalam pengembangan wisata pantai kolo. Strategi-strategi itu dianggap sangat efektif dalam memperkenalkan kolo sebagai salah satu pariwisata unggulan yang ada di kota Bima ini. Namun dalam suatu strategi komunikasi dalam pengembangan wisata pantai Kolo ada empat poin utama yang harus digunakan Dinas Pariwisata yaitu: Produk (Product), Harga (Price), Tempat (Place) dan Promosi (Promotion).

Abstract

Generation tends to be more interested in foreign cultures than their own national culture, especially among students. Many foreign cultures have entered and flourished among the community, particularly the younger generation. This situation threatens and endangers national identity if left unchecked. A national identity crisis can occur, especially among the younger generation, particularly students, who are highly susceptible to the influences of globalization. Therefore, there is a need for awareness to preserve cultural values as national identity is increasingly fading. Additionally, there is a necessity for methods or actions to enhance the awareness of the younger generation, especially students, towards national identity while also considering the advancements in science, technology (IPTEK) in today's era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management on Customer Loyalty of Gopay Users on the Gojek App. The type of research in this study is quantitative with the population in this study being Gopay users in Tanjungpinang City. In the technique for sampling using the Slovin formula, with a total sample of 87 respondents. The results of this study are known that E-Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management simultaneously affect the variables of Customer Loyalty. The amount of contribution of E-Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management to the User Loyalty variable is 71.9%. And the remaining 20.7% is the influence of other variables that are not included in the regression model of this study.
