Abstract

This 21st century information age Information and Communication Technology (ICT) becomes an integral part of our lives, especially educational institutions. All, including racing libraries to integrate ICTs to build and empower their knowledge-based academic community to compete in the global era. In this paper is presented about the condition of society in general that has made information and communication technology into the needs of every human being in every circumstance. The community's dependence on information and communication technology has changed the way people live and culture in everything. Information and communication technology has become a lifestyle, a human lifestyle. In this paper also presented some examples of information and communication technology applications in various fields including in the field of libraries. In response to that the library must appear by applying information technology and communication in providing services to users. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lansia menjalani proses degeneratif biologis, psikologis dan social, salah satunya adalah pola tidur yang kurang berkualitas. Langkah konkret yang telah banyak digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah penurunan kualitas tidur tersebut adalah metode farmakologi. Untuk mengurangi toksisitas obat dipilih metode alternatif yang mudah yaitu dengan relaksasi otot progresif dan senam.Tujuan penelitian: Menemukan  perbedaan efektifitas relaksasi otot progresif dengan senam terhadap kualitas tidur lansia .Metode: Desain penelitian adalah  quasy eksperimen yaitu sebanyak 41 orang,dengan 21 lansia kelompok relaksasi otot progresif dan 20 lansia untuk senam, sample diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pada penelitian diukur dengan kuisioner PQSI. Analisa data yang dipakae adalah Wilcoxon test dan Mann Withney. Hasil: Rerata skor kualitas tidur preperlakuan relaksasi otot progresif yaitu sebesar 9,10. Rerata skor kualitas tidur posperlakuan sebesar 5,05. Hasil p value diperoleh 0,000 ( < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kualitas tidurlansia antara sebelum dan sesudah  perlakuan relaksasi otot progresif. Rerata skor kualitas tidur preperlakuan senam lansia sebesar 9,15. Dan rerata skor senam lansia setelah diberikan senam lansia yaitu sebesar 5,00. Hasil p value diperoleh 0,000 ( < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan kualitas tidur sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan  senam lansia. Hasil kedua perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa p value sebesar 0,968 (p value> 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan  bahwa tidak ada perbedaan  yang signifikan antara teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengan senam lansia di Dukuh Sendang tahun 2018. Kesimpulan: tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara teknik relaksasi otot progresif dengansenam lansia di Dukuh Sendang tahun 2018dengan p value sebesar (0,968; α = 0,05). Kata kunci: Lansia, kualitas tidur, relaksasi otot, senam lansia.

Abstract

Kebersihan pada gigi dan mulut ialah suatu keadaan dimana di dalam mulut seseorang terbebas dari kotoran dan karies gigi. Tingginya prevalensi penyakit kesehatan gigi dikarenakan anak sekolah belumpaham mengenai dampak dari tidak menggosok gigi yang dapat mempengaruhi metabolisme didalam tubuhnya. Dari hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Belangwetan didapatkan bahwabeberapa anak usia sekolah masih kurang memahami tentang perilaku menggosok gigi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku menggosok gigi pada usia sekolah di SD Negeri 2 Belangwetan. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SD N 2 Belangwetan yang berjumlah 89 siswa/siswi, teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisoner yang berisi 18 butir pertanyaan. Analisa data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh tingkat perilaku anak sekolah tentang menggosok gigi sebagian besar memiliki tingkat perilaku baik sebanyak82 responden (92,1%) dan tingkat perilaku buruk sebanyak 7 responden (7,9%). Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan penelitian yaitu perilaku menggosok gigi pada anak usia sekolah di SD N 2 Belangwetan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar memiliki perilaku dalam kriteria baik. Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Menggosok Gigi, Anak Usia Sekolah.

Abstract

Dukungan spiritual sebagai dukungan yang diterima individu dalam hubungannya dengan hubungan mereka dengan Tuhan. Dukungan spiritual ini terdiri dari memfasilitasi kedekatan pasien dengan Tuhan.Pengalaman psikologis pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis menjelaskan bahwa gagal ginjal kronis merupakan penyakit yang tidak dapat disembuhkan yang mempengaruhi kualitas hiduppasien, termasuk masalah mental. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan emosional terhadap kesiapan hemodialisis pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) di RSU Islam Klaten.Jenis penelitian pra-eksperimen ini menggunakan desain kelompok pre-test dan post-test. Populasi penelitian adalah 20 pasien gagal ginjal kronis. Alat ini menggunakan survei. Analisis data oleh Wilcoxon.Karakteristik responden berdasarkan usia rata-rata 35,75 tahun, jenis kelamin 55% atau kurang, pendidikan menengah hingga 40%, SMA hingga 40%, pekerjaan responden hingga 60%, dan durasi hemodialisis rata-rata 3,4 tahun. Kesiapan hemodialisis sebelum dukungan emosional pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) adalah 60%. Setelah mendapat dukungan emosional sebanyak 80%. Ada pengaruh pemberian dukungan spiritual terhadap kesiapan menjalani hemodialisa pada penderita GGK di RSU Islam Klaten dengan p value = 0,025 (p<0,05). Pemberian dukungan spiritual terhadap kesiapan menjalani hemodialisa pada penderita GGKKata Kunci: Dukungan Spiritual, Kesiapan, Hemodialisa, Gagal Ginjal Kronik

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to know (1) the ability of the leadership of Principal in increase the motivation of teachers, (2) the job motivation of teachers in carrying out their duties in accordance with the position and function, (3) Factors that become barriers for principal in increasing job motivation of teachers. The data source of the study was all of the teachers and education personnel on the state elementary school of Mangkujajar in 2016 which amounted to 10 people. The study used the description facultative with the instruments used are the result of performance of teachers and education personnel in the form of SKP or DP3 of the principal and the results stuffing covered respondents and interviews. Analysis of the data used was the qualitative and quantitative analysis using a statistical correlation. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the leadership of the Principal with teachers’ work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the argumentation abilities of students in class VIII-1 in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at SMP Negeri 57 Palembang in the material of style and motion using the Toulmin's Argumentation Pattern (TAP) model. The Toulmin argumentation model is an instrument used to process arguments presented by students which consists of 6 indicators namely Claim, Data, Warrant, Backing, Qualifier, and Rebuttal. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out in two stages, namely tests in the form of description questions and non-tests in the form of interviews with subject teachers. The results of the test research show that the level of students' argumentation abilities is low, where they are only at level 1 with a percentage of 58.10%, level 2 with a percentage of 30.95%, and level 3 with a percentage of 10.95% but no one is at level 4 yet and level 5. These results indicate that argumentation skills are still in the low category. The research results obtained that students have not been able to connect between material and concepts correctly. Then, learning activities carried out for some time were constrained by adjustments to the end of PPKM which had lasted for 3 years. Students are still adapting to the learning process that has begun to be carried out face-to-face. A teacher expected to be able to immediately provide the right learning process with the existing conditions

Abstract

This research is aimed at measuring the direct and indirect effects of work stress on work productivity through motivation. This research implements quantitative research with the subject of wholesale traders who work at Mall The sequence used in this analysis is hypothesis testing using SPSS version 26 statistical tools. The results of the research state that the work stress variable partially influences work productivity with a calculated t value of 6,403 > 1.98217, work stress partially influences motivation with a calculated t value of 8,557 > 1.98217, motivation partially influences work productivity with a t value calculated 5,875 > 1.98217, and the indirect influence of work stress on work productivity through motivation has an influence with a total influence value greater than the direct influence value of 0.838 > 0.525.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance through work discipline significantly on employee performance at PT.Sebastian Jaya Metal. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, the sample of this study amounted to 100 employees. Data collection techniques used with questionnaire, observation and interview methods. Data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis test, instrument test and hypothesis test, the result of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on work discipline, work discipline is significant to employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline can mediate leadership to employee performance at PT Sebastian Jaya Metal.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether discipline has an effect on employee performance through compensation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees at the PT Employee Cooperative. Archipelago Bonded Zone (Persero). Determining the sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled, amounting to 100 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25. The methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, and path analysis test. The research results show that discipline has an influence on compensation, compensation has an influence on employee performance, discipline has an influence on employee performance. The results of the path analysis test are Discipline on Employee Performance through Compensation at the PT Employee Cooperative. Archipelago Bonded Zone (Persero)

Abstract

This study aims to measure the direct effect and indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation. This study uses quantitative research methods with the subject of PT Logistics Palletindo Group employees. The population in this study were 57 employees and the sample size was 57 respondents using the saturated sampling technique formula. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using the statistical tool SPSS version 26. The results showed that organizational culture affects employee performance with a t value of 3.416> 2.00404, organizational culture affects motivation with a t value of 3.664> 2.00404, motivation affects employee performance with a t value of 11.814> 2.00404, and the indirect effect of organizational culture on employee performance through motivation has a significant effect with a total effect value greater than the direct effect of 0.375> 0.793.
