Abstract

Keterampilan proses sains sebagai suatu prosedur ilmiah dalam pembelajaran sains. Pentingnya soal KPS dalam pembelajaran melatihkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik. Secara khusus, hasil belajar sains dipengaruhi oleh soal KPS untuk menemukan fakta dan konsep sendiri. Studi ini didesain untuk menghasilkan produk soal KPS yang valid dan reliabel dalam materi biologi kelas X SMA. Metode: Pengembangan soal KPS mengikuti langkah-langkah model pengembangan tipe formative research Tessmer (1993). Sejumlah 60 siswa diseleksi secara Cluster Random Sampling dengan kriteria telah mendapatkan materi yang diukur untuk dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Sebanyak 55 butir soal KPS pilihan ganda yang dikembangkan tersebar ke dalam indikator observasi, klasifikasi, komunikasi, prediksi, menerapkan konsep, hipotesis, interpretasi, mengajukan pertanyaan dan merencanakan percobaan. Skor nilai sebagai data kuantitatif dianalisis uji validitas (logis dan empirik), reliabilitas, daya pembeda, tingkat kesukaran, dan pengecoh dengan MS. Excel. Hasil: Temuan ini berdasarkan validitas empiris menghasilkan 49 soal yang valid (94,23%) serta reliabilitas menyatakan bahwa soal memiliki interpretasi sangat tinggi (0,87). Berdasarkan validasi logis oleh ahli memperoleh kategori sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 98,01%. Kesimpulan: Tahap menyusun tabel kisi-kisi soal sangat diperlukan dalam mengembangkan soal, sehingga antara indikator soal KPS yang dibuat dengan materi biologi, dapat tersebar secara merata untuk mengukur KPS siswa.

Abstract

Tahun 2019 Tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi   Legal Policy Reformulation of Law Number 19 of 2019 Concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission   Nayla Adelina Istika, Supardi Supardi Fakultas Hukum, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, Jakarta, Indonesia 2110611259@mahasiswa.upnvj.ac.id   Abstract   This article aims to analyze the existence and reformulation of appropriate legal policies towards Law Number 19 of 2019 on the Corruption Eradication Commission, in combating corruption. The symbolic action taken by numerous anticorruption activists in the context of the funeral of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) due to the ratification of Law No. 19/2019 reflects the integrity crisis of the institution. Several rules that have become polemic, namely the KPK's status as a State Institution, KPK’s status staff as a State Civil Apparatus, the presence of the Supervisory Board, and the rules regarding the Termination of Investigation and Prosecution. By applying the normative juridical research method, this study intends to provide a reformulation model for Law No.19/2019. Apart from not fulfilling all the principles in the Law on the Establishment of Legislation, which makes this regulation formally flawed, several articles in it can also harm KPK, some of those articles have been declared unconstitutional and conditionally unconstitutional based on the Constitutional Court's decision. Therefore, the implementation of reward and punishment within the KPK, along with personal evaluations supported by reverse proof of assets owned, should be an effective input for KPK to become a better institution.   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa eksistensi dan reformulasi kebijakan hukum yang tepat terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2019 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, dalam rangka memperkuat pemberantasan korupsi. Tindakan simbolis yang dilakukan oleh sejumlah pegiat antikorupsi dalam rangka pemakaman Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) akibat pengesahan UU No. 19/2019 mencerminkan adanya krisis integritas pada lembaga tersebut. Beberapa aturan yang menjadi polemik, yaitu status KPK sebagai Lembaga Negara, status kepegawaian KPK sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), hadirnya Dewan Pengawas (Dewas), dan adanya aturan mengenai Penghentian Penyidikan dan Penuntutan. Dengan menerapkan metode penelitian yuridis normatif, studi ini hendak memberikan model reformulasi terhadap UU No.19/2019. Selain dari tidak terpenuhinya seluruh asas-asas dalam Undang-Undang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan yang menjadikan peraturan ini cacat formil, beberapa pasal di dalamnya juga dapat merugikan KPK, di mana sebagian telah dinyatakan inkonstitusional dan inkonstitusional bersyarat berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Sehingga dengan ikut diterapkannya reward and punishment dalam lingkup KPK, juga evaluasi personal dengan pembuktian terbalik mengenai harta kekayaan mereka, seharusnya menjadi masukan yang efektif bagi KPK untuk dapat menjadi institusi yang lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

The research conducted at MAS Daarul Uluum Lido Bogor Jl. Mayjen Hr Edi Sukma KM 22, Ciburuy Village, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, aims to analyze the level of Mathematical Problem Solving Ability in the Sequence and Series Material of Class 11 at MA Daarul Uluum Lido through Google Form Media. The research method used is qualitative research with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The target population in this study were all class 11 students at MAS Daarul Uluum Lido. The accessible population in this study was only class 11 D MIA MAS Daarul Uluum Lido students. The research sample was 6 students, consisting of 2 students with low-level mathematical problem solving abilities, 2 students with medium-level mathematical problem solving abilities and 2 students with high-level mathematical problem solving abilities. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively qualitatively before and during the field, namely data reduction analysis, data presentation and drawing conclusions and data verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that students in the low category are 2 students with a percentage of 5.55%, 28 students with a percentage of 77.77% are in the medium category and 6 students with a percentage of 16.6% are in the high category. So the dominant ability of solving mathematical problems in the material of Sequences and series at MAS Daarul Uluum Lido is in the medium category with a percentage of 77.77%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Electronic Student Worksheets (E-LKPD) based on Liveworksheets in improving the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP Negeri 14 Kota Serang on the Earth and Solar System material. LKPD functions to connect teaching and learning activities so that effective interactions occur between students and teachers, which can increase student activity to improve academic achievement. This study aims to identify improvements in student learning outcomes using ELKPD liveworksheet. This study uses a quantitative research type with a Pre-experimental design that collects and analyzes numerical data using research instruments. One Group Pretest - Posttest Design is a written design used which is combined with library research, namely using various supporting literature references in the data collection process without going into the field. Thus, it can be concluded that E-LKPD Liveworksheet is effective as a learning medium to improve student learning outcomes on the Earth and Solar System material

Abstract

This study aims to describe the utilization of the surrounding environment (compost) as a learning resource in the subject of science for grade III at MIN 21 Jakarta TimurDistrict. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The researcher collected data through observation, interviews and documentation related to the utilization of organic waste as a learning resource or learning media conducted with grade III teachers at MIN 21 Jakarta TimurDistrict. The results of the study showed that the utilization of the surrounding environment (compost) namely the use of compost as a learning resource can improve students' process skills in science subjects. Through the utilization of compost, students are more active in learning outdoors because it is more fun, students can also see directly what is being learned if they use real sources that are in the school environment. It is important to remember that students' learning preferences and levels of understanding can vary. Some students may be more responsive to this learning method, while others may need a different learning approach. Here are some recommendations for the utilization of the surrounding environment (compost) as a learning resource in science subjects, namely about the benefits of compost and experiments in making compost.

Abstract

Canva learning media is an online learning platform for graphic design in various creative designs to facilitate its users such as designing posters, infographics and presentations. Not only for designing but can be used as a learning medium for teachers, students and schools in classroom learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of perceptions on the use of Canva interactive media and students' learning interests on students' Mathematics learning outcomes at SMPN 2 Cianjur. This study uses a Quantitative Approach with the Survey method. The research design used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample was 35 students at SMPN 2 Cianjur. Based on the results of the research data analysis, 76% of responses were obtained based on the questionnaire distributed, respondents agreed that there was an influence of perceptions on the use of Canva interactive media and students' learning interests on mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Physics subjects in class XII MIPA 7 at SMAN 1 Cikalongwetan, where most students had not reached the minimum mastery criteria. The purpose of this research was to improve student learning outcomes through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Each cycle included planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through observations and written tests. The results showed an improvement in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the PBL model, as indicated by the increased number of students achieving scores above the minimum standard and a higher percentage of overall mastery. These findings suggest that the Problem-Based Learning model can be an effective solution to enhance student achievement in Physics. The implication of this study emphasizes the importance of the teacher’s role in designing student-centered learning and facilitating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Abstract

The study examines the effects of implementing the Creative Problem Solving (cps) instructional model integrated with Wordwall gamification on the mathematical problem solving abilities of eighth-grade Students at MTs. L-Bashriyah. The purpose of this research is to avaluate the impact of CPS combined with Wordwall on students’ Performance in Two-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLDV) compared to conventional methods. This research employs a Quasi-Experimental design with a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group. Using a quantitave approach. The sample consists of 40 eighth-grade students of MTs. AL-Bashriyah as the experimental group and 32 students of MTs. Nurul Huda as the control group. Selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis utilizes normalized gain scores and descriptive statistics with a 5% significance threshold. Results indicate a statistically significant improvement : the experimental group’s average postest score (81.16) markedly increased from the pretest (33.99). The control group showed moderate growth (66.45 from 32.91). Normalized gain analysis classifies the experimental group’s progress as high and the control group’s as medium. The findings demonstrate that CPS-Wordwall integration significantly enhances mathematical problem-solving skills. Thus, this model presents a viable innovative strategy for SPLDV instruction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, company size, and liquidity on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The food and beverage industry is one of the sectors that has a significant contribution to national economic growth, so understanding the factors that affect its financial performance is crucial. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to test the relationships between variables. The data used comes from the annual financial statements of companies that are included in the sub-sector for the past five years. The results of the study show that partially, the capital structure has a significant influence on the company's financial performance, which is shown by a calculated t-value of 6.414 and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). These findings indicate that the more optimal the capital structure managed by the company, the better its financial performance. On the other hand, company size and liquidity do not show a significant influence on financial performance. The company size has a t-value of -1.493 with a significance of 0.140 (> 0.05), while liquidity has a t-value of 0.765 with a significance of 0.447 (> 0.05). However, simultaneously, these three independent variables together have a significant effect on financial performance, as shown by a calculated F-value of 19,527 and a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The results of this study provide important implications for company management to pay more attention to the management of capital structure, as it is the dominant factor in influencing financial performance. Optimizing capital structure can be used as a strategy to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company in the midst of the dynamics of the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Matahari Department Store Mall Ciputra Cibubur. Using a quantitative method, data were collected from 100 employees through a census method via interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive impact on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction also positively affects employee performance. Path analysis shows that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. The conclusion of this study provides an overview that the development of transformational leadership can enhance job satisfaction and employee performance, contributing to increased company productivity. The practical implications of these findings provide a foundation for companies to implement leadership strategies that support employee well-being and optimal performance outcomes.
