Abstract

Berbagai bidang, termasuk pertanian dan kesehatan, mengalami masalah klasifikasi citra yang dapat diatasi melalui beberapa metode. Salah satu metode tersebut menggabungkan convolutional neural networks (CNN) dengan deep learning, tetapi hyperparameter, seperti fungsi loss, fungsi aktivasi, dan optimizers, memengaruhi kinerjanya. Hyperparameter ini memerlukan pengoptimalan, dan metode yang ada, seperti algoritma genetika dan pengoptimalan ant colony, dapat digunakan untuk tujuan ini. Pengoptimalan ant colony terbukti efektif dalam mengoptimalkan deep learning, dan penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penyetelan otomatis berbagai hyperparameter menggunakan ant colony untuk klasifikasi gambar. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan dataset MNIST yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi digit pada citra. Dataset yang digunakan terbagi menjadi 2, dataset pelatihan dan dataset validasi. Dataset pelatihan terdiri dari 33.600 gambar, dan dataset validasi terdiri dari 8.400 gambar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa optimasi ant colony mencapai akurasi 97,46% dengan data validasi dan 99,69% dengan data pelatihan, yang mengungguli algoritma genetika dengan akurasi masing-masing 94,60% dan 97,59% dengan data validasi dan pelatihan. Selain itu, pengoptimalan ant colony membutuhkan waktu 27,94 detik untuk dilatih, sedangkan algoritme genetika membutuhkan 22,25 detik.

Abstract

Universitas Ilmu Komputer dan Teknologi (STEKOM University) telah menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) sejak tahun 2018, namun hingga saat ini pengukuran kinerja Learning Management System (LMS) belum dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan Learning Management System (LMS) dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 4.1 pada domain Delivery and Support (DS) dan Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). Nilai tingkat kematangan pada kondisi eksisting berada pada level rata-rata 2, sedangkan kondisi yang ingin dicapai berada pada level rata-rata 3. Untuk mencapai level yang diharapkan, saran perbaikan mengacu pada Kerangka COBIT 4.1 perlu yang akan diberikan antara lain: pembuatan SOP (Standar Operasional dan Prosedur) LMS, kelengkapan isi LMS, tertib administrasi dokumentasi arsip penting, realisasi pelatihan LMS bagi dosen, alokasi biaya pemeliharaan dan pengujian sistem, penerapan reward and punishment, pembuatan dan penggunaan framework dan E governance - Pembelajaran dan semuanya dilakukan secara rutin minimal setiap 6 bulan sekali.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Jatim Cerdas and Sehat Program using a quantitative approach based on machine learning to deliver quick, accurate, and data-driven insights. By combining sentiment analysis with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the research uncovers public opinions, key issues affecting program implementation, and the spatial distribution of education and healthcare problems in East Java. The study employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data from Twitter through data crawling via the Twitter API. Sentiment analysis is conducted using the Naive Bayes algorithm, while spatial analysis utilizing GIS is employed to visualize the geographic spread of the issues. The sentiment analysis findings reveal that public perception of the program is largely negative. Key concerns identified include the unfairness of the education zoning system, confusing curriculum changes, high education costs despite promises of free education, and ongoing debates over the National Examination. In healthcare, complaints focus on disparities in healthcare facilities, inconsistent service delivery, and high treatment costs, including issues related to BPJS. Spatial analysis highlights priority areas, particularly rural and suburban regions, that require further attention regarding access to education and healthcare.

Abstract

The completeness of information related to the transportation facilities of the Trans Jateng rapid transit bus is still minimal, for example, information related to the estimated departure and arrival times of the Trans Jateng rapid transit bus. This causes anxiety because during peak hours the bus capacity has been fulfilled and people who are halfway through the route are not picked up. People also have difficulty making decisions to wait for the next bus or choose other transportation to reach their destination. Therefore, a website-based information system was designed and used the waterfall method. Coding is done using HTML, CSS with Bootstrap framework, Javascript, PHP and MySql database. Information related to route data, bus stops data, bus schedules and bus capacity data will be implemented into the information system. The information system will be tested to prove that the functions of the information system can function as expected.Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit; Information System; Transportation; Website. AbstrakKelengkapan informasi terkait sarana transportasi bus rapid transit Trans Jateng masih tergolong minim sebagai contoh yaitu informasi terkait estimasi waktu berangkat dan tiba bus rapid transit Trans Jateng. Hal tersebut menimbulkan keresahan karena ketika pada jam sibuk kapasitas bus sudah terpenuhi dan masyarakat yang berada pada paruh rute tidak dijemput. Masyarakat pun kesulitan menentukan keputusan untuk menunggu bus berikutnya ataupun memilih transportasi lain untuk mencapai tujuan. Maka dari itu dirancanglah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website dan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Pengkodean dilakukan dengan menggunakan HTML, CSS dengan framework Bootstrap, Javascript, PHP dan basis data MySql. Informasi tekait data rute, data halte, data jadwal bus dan kapasitas bus akan diimplementasikan ke sistem informasi. Sistem informasi akan diuji untuk membuktikan bahwa fungsi yang ada pada sistem informasi dapat berfungsi seperti yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Piles of unused items continue to accumulate in homes and other places, resulting in problems caused by inconvenience due to the large number of new items. With these problems, an application for buying and selling used goods was developed for people who want to sell or buy used goods. This research uses the Waterfall method as a software development method. This application is made by integrating the responsibilities of sellers and buyers simultaneously, resulting in one account that can buy and sell at the same time. With this application, it is hoped that the community can be helped in finding used products or goods that are still suitable for use.

Naturally, this increases the likelihood that electronics like laptops and computers will sustain damage. Oz Computer Salatiga which provides laptop and computer services experienced an increase in customer services request due to the pandemic situation. As a result of the growing number of customers, Oz Computer Salatiga occasionally has trouble gathering information, recording the information, and notifying customers of service updates. This study will use the prototype method as a software development technique to create a web-based service information system at the Oz Computer Salatiga shop in order to solve these issues. It is hoped that this service information system will assist the Oz Computer Salatiga shop in optimizing data collection, recording, and notification of service information to customers.

Abstract

The research was conducted to reveal the effect of LQ45 stock on the accuracy of stock price index fluctuations using the C4.5 algorithm with Correlation-Based Feature Selection (CFS) and Information Gain (IG) techniques. This study used the superior C4.5 algorithm using a combination feature selection technique between Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) and Information Gain in the hope of getting accurate results. Analysis conducted on the LQ45 index through various stages that include data collection, manual pre-processing, validation methods, process features, decision tree model result, and classification accuracy performance. The result of test revealed that the implementation of the C4.5 algorithm using correlation-based feature selection (CFS) and information gain techniques can be applied well to LQ45 stocks. The accuracy generated from the original data (without the selection feature) was 77.857%, while the addition of features to the combination of Correlation-Based Feature Selection (CFS) and Information Gain had a large influence on the results of increasing data accuracy from the accuracy of the original data by 77.857% to 78.333%. Thus, the C4.5 calculation process with the Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS) feature selection technique alone cannot improve the accuracy level, while when combined with the Information Gain technique, the accuracy processing results will be better (higher).

Abstract

Focus of central government program in order to sustain tenacity of food is to align charging of barns of food society. This paper would examine the Gravity Location Model algorithm which is part of the network development strategy of supply chain management to determine the location of a facility (such as warehouse or factory). This algorithm is used theoretically to determine location of food barn in Southeast Minahasa. Determination of location food barm for society using Gravity Location Model is based on the rate of Normative Consumption Ratio per capita in a year. Sample location of 12 districts were taken using GPS and had been adjusted with digital map from Google Map. The result of calculation has get that food barn of society is in North Tombatu district in geographically located at 124° 41' 38.00'' east longitude and 1° 2' 28.39'' north latitude. Based on division 2 regions for the placement food barn society from 12 district. Alternative location of the first area is Ratahan in geographically located at 124° 47' 46.62'' east longitude and 1° 3' 17.71'' north latitude, and for the second alternative location area is at Tombatu in geographically located at 124° 41' 3.49'' east longitude and 1° 2' 18.33'' north latitude. Keywords— Food Security, Gravity Location Model, Normative Consumption Ratio, Supply Chain Management.
