Abstract

Pemilihan karyawan yang berkualitas merupakan aspek krusial dalam menunjang efektivitas kerja dan produktivitas suatu perusahaan. Namun, proses seleksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual kerap menimbulkan hambatan dalam hal efisiensi dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web guna mempermudah proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik di PT Interkraft. Sistem ini mengimplementasikan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) sebagai dasar dalam menghitung nilai preferensi berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria dan subkriteria, seperti kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, keterampilan, dan kehadiran. Perancangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan seperti pembuatan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), serta pengembangan antarmuka menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini menghasilkan peringkat karyawan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai utilitas dengan metode MAUT, sehingga membantu pihak manajemen dalam membuat keputusan secara lebih sistematis, objektif, dan efisien. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat mempercepat proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan dan meningkatkan transparansi dalam proses seleksi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyzes the effectiveness of integrating traditional games in primary and secondary school learning based on recent research. A systematic literature review (SLR) applied to 20 scientific articles from Sinta and Scopus-indexed journals published between 2020 and 2025. Findings consistently indicate that integrating traditional games significantly increases student learning motivation (average improvement of 25–40%), cognitive abilities, social skills, and numeracy literacy. Additionally, traditional games are proven effective in developing student character, preserving local culture, and supporting active learning. Key barriers include limited time, insufficient teacher training, and inadequate facilities. These findings underscore the importance of curricula that accommodate traditional games as a local-wisdom-based pedagogical strategy.

Abstract

This study analyzes research findings on the implementation of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) based on local wisdom in elementary school IPAS learning. The study addresses the limited integration of cultural context in classroom practices, which reduces the relevance and effectiveness of learning. The objective is to synthesize empirical evidence related to learning outcomes and cultural awareness. This research applies a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach. The initial search identified 500 articles, which were systematically screened and reduced to 20 eligible studies based on predetermined inclusion criteria. The findings indicate that local wisdom-based CTL consistently improves cognitive learning outcomes, student engagement, and cultural awareness. Most studies show a positive trend in strengthening both cognitive and affective domains. The integration of real-life cultural contexts makes learning more meaningful, relevant, and closely connected to students’ experiences. These results confirm that contextual learning based on local wisdom is effective in supporting IPAS learning in elementary schools. Future research is recommended to examine its implementation across diverse educational contexts and to develop adaptive learning models based on local characteristics.

Abstract

This study aims to map the trends, integration forms, effectiveness, and contribution of ethnomathematics in elementary school mathematics learning toward national cultural preservation. A systematic literature review (SLR) approach following the PRISMA 2020 protocol was employed. Searches across four academic databases (Scopus, Google Scholar, CrossRef, and Semantic Scholar) yielded 1,176 articles, from which 30 articles met the inclusion criteria. Results indicate that ethnomathematics research in elementary schools has increased significantly during 2023–2026, particularly following the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka. The three most dominant forms of integration are digital modules and media (53.3%), traditional games (33.3%), and ethnomathematics-based worksheets (13.3%). Geometry and measurement is the most researched mathematics topic (50.0%), and conceptual understanding shows the most significant improvement (40.0%). Beyond improving mathematics achievement, ethnomathematics integration contributes to cultural preservation through cultural contextualization in learning (60.0%), strengthening cultural identity and values (26.7%), and active local cultural preservation (10.0%). The study recommends teacher training, curriculum policy strengthening, cross-sector collaboration, and further research to sustain ethnomathematics implementation in Indonesian elementary schools.
