Abstract

Wabah pandemi akibat Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) melanda Indonesia sejak awal tahun 2020. Hampir 2/3 kasus covid-19 wilayah Provinsi Jambi berpusat di Kota Jambi. Hal tersebut mendorong Pemerintah Kota Jambi menetapkan Peraturan Walikota (Perwali) tentang pedoman penanganan covid-19. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas penerapan kebijakan Perwali Jambi nomor 21 tahun 2020 tentang pedoman penanganan Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) dengan tetap mempertimbangkan relaksasi ekonomi dan sosial kemasyarakatan di area publik atau lingkungan usaha dan masyarakat. Studi dilakukan dengan pendekatan mix method kuantitatif dan kualitatif, menggunakan rancangan explanatory. Studi dilakukan di Kota Jambi melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling, data dianalisis melalui uji chi-square, dilanjukan content analysis hasil wawancara mendalam pada 10  informan. Hasil studi bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat dengan efektifitas penerapan kebijakan. Aspek ketepatan kebijakan dan pelaksana dinilai telah sesuai, namun ada indikator aspek target, lingkungan, dan proses yang memerlukan evaluasi. Pemerintah perlu memberikan penguatan pelaksanaan teknis peraturan dan sosialisasi yang lebih luas pada masyarakat agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih peraturan yang menyebabkan kebingungan pada masyarakat serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran sehingga masyarakat menunjukkan sikap yang mendukung serta siap menerapkan peraturan dalam rangka relaksasi ekonomi dan sosial.

Abstract

The change in learning models from conventional to online due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way of thinking, methods used, paradigms and learning approaches that prioritize independent learning online with internet facilities. Through the internet all information is available, but it still has to be shared and sorted according to the needs and information to be taught to students. For this reason, competent teachers are needed, not only pedagogically, socially and professionally, but also required to master learning technology. This training is conducted to train teachers in planning, designing, developing and operating webside-based e-learning in the learning process that will be carried out with their students. The training method is designed with an online training and face-to-face approach. The approach uses hands-on exercises, tutorials and follow-up consultations. The results of the training showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers about learning media. Before the training, the average understanding of teachers about learning media got a value of 52, while after being given training it became 84. Then seen from the skills of making media, before training teachers could not create website-based media, but after being given training teachers could create and develop media webside based learning.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study that aims to categorize anxiety levels, confidence levels, and concentration levels in shooting athletes in Makassar city. There are three variables in this study are anxiety, self-confidence, and concentration of shooting athletes in Makassar city. The population in this study were all South Sulawesi shooting athletes, while the sample was Makassar city shooting athletes with a total of 30 athletes. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that at the anxiety level there are 36.7% of athletes have a low level of anxiety, 53.3% of athletes have a moderate level of anxiety, and 10% of athletes have a high level of anxiety, while at the level of self-confidence there are 86.7% of athletes have a high level of self-confidence, 13.3% of athletes have a moderate level of self-confidence and no athletes have a low level of self-confidence, and at the concentration level there are 3.3% of athletes have a very good level of concentration, 23.3% of athletes have a moderate level of concentration, 40% of athletes have a poor level of concentration and 30% of athletes have a very poor level of concentration.

Abstract

The problems to be studied in this research are: (a) How can you improve your ability to run short distances by applying reinforcement? (b) What is the effect of strengthening on short distance running? The aim of this research is (a) to find out how to increase short distance running ability by applying reinforcement. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of two stages, namely: design, activities and observations. Reflection and revision The target of this research is Class From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycles I to III, namely, cycle I (62%), cycle II (74%) and cycle III (91%). The conclusion of this research is that providing reinforcement can influence the short distance running ability of class X TKJ 1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Majene and the learning model can be used as an alternative in the PJOK learning process.

Abstract

Sebagai alat transaksi, uang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Namun, ekonomi Islam dan ekonomi konvensional memiliki perspektif yang berbeda tentang uang. Penelitian ini akan melihat bagaimana ekonomi Islam melihat uang dan bagaimana kita sebagai umat Islam seharusnya menggunakannya sesuai dengan ajaran ekonomi Islam. Tujuan Penelitian: Mempelajari sejarah dan evolusi uang sebagai alat tukar. Menggali perspektif uang Islam berdasarkan sumber utama Memahami uang dari perspektif ekonomi. mendiskusikan fungsi uang sebagai alat tukar dan bagaimana hal itu mempengaruhi stabilitas moneter. Hasil Penelitian: Penggunaan uang sebagai komoditas dapat merusak stabilitas moneter suatu negara jika digunakan sebagai alat tukar daripada sebagai komoditas yang diperdagangkan seperti dalam kapitalisme. Akibatnya, kita sebagai umat Islam harus memahami perspektif ini dan menggunakan uang dengan bijak.

Abstract

Crackers are one of the biscuit are made through a fermentation process with yeast, thin in shape, salty taste, crunchy texture, and if broken the cross-section of the pieces is layered. The main ingredient of crackers is flour. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of varying concentrations of native and HMT modification of breadfruit flour on the physicochemical and organoleptic composition of crackers and to obtain the selected concentrations. This research was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design with six treatments and three replications. The treatment for this study were SK1 (50% native breadfruit flour), SK2 (75% native breadfruit flour), SK3 (75% native breadfruit flour), SK4 (50% modified breadfruit flour), SK5 (75% modified breadfruit flour), and SK6 (100% modified breadfruit flour). Flour physical test data were analyzed using the T-test, while the physical test data of crackers and organoleptic assessment were ANOVA and continued with duncan's multiple range test (DMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that the percentage of native breadfruit flour and modified breadfruit flour had a significant effect on bake loss, crispness, and sensory assessment. The best treatment in this study was SK4 with bake loss value of 18.27 g, crispness of 2.13kgF, moisture content of 7.42%, ash 2.76%, protein 7.85%, fat 13.40%, carbohydrate 68.57%, and fiber 3.05%. Hedonic sensory assessment with color score 4.06 (like), aroma 3.71 (like), taste 3.74 (like), crispness 3.78 (like), and overall assessment 3.79 (like).

Abstract

Bellshoes Laundry implements marketing communication activities in selling its services as an effort to deal with any problems that arise. In this way, they can ensure that information about their services is conveyed well to customers and potential customers, and ensure that good relationships are maintained. This helps Bellshoes Laundry to remain competitive in the market and maintain customer satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine marketing communication activities for Bellshoses Laundry services. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods. In accordance with the problems studied, data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation which were useful in providing facts and data regarding communication activities and their obstacles to being presented and analyzed. The research results show that the marketing communication activities carried out include advertising, packaging, merchandising and word of mouth activities.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi era new normal ini, kami melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair berbasis Sabut Kelapa. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah Sabut Kelapa yg tidak terpakai. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair dari Sabut Kelapa ini yaitu sistem fermentasi dengan menggunakan air 100 liter dan Campuran EM4 dengan perpaduan gula merah. Pertama yg perlu di lakukan adalah persiapan alat dan bahan, Selanjutnya siapkan air dengan Volume 100 liter, masukkan 10 kg Sabut Kelapa yg sudah di iris-iris, kemudian Larutkan gula merah ke dalam Larutan EM4 berkisar 300 ml, campurkan larutan EM4 tersebut ke dalam air yg sudah berisikan sabut kelapa, tutup toples hingga waktu yg sudah di tentukan yaitu 14 hari. Setelah fermentasi selama 7 hari buka tutup toples, coba di hirup apakah tercium aroma tape yg menandakan bahwa fermentasi tersebut berhasil di lakukan. yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu berupa satu produk pupuk organik cair berbasis sabut kelapa yg bertujuan untuk mengurangi limbah rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study discusses the stability analysis of mathematical models for the spread of Basar Stem Rot(BSR) in oil palm plants. In developing this mathematical model, several assumptions are taken to obtain a model that is suitable for the spread of BSR disease. The resulting model is a system of first-order nonlinear differential equations with three variables. This research includes both analytical and numerical analysis. Analytical analysis includes determination of equilibrium points and local stability analysis, while numerical analysis is conducted using Microsoft Excel application. From this study, two equilibrium points were found with stability conditions that depend on the fulfillment of certain conditions. One important result obtained is that the equilibrium point will be locally stable if and only if α > μ and b > √D, where D is the discriminant of a quadratic equation. After analyzing analytically, the study continued with numerical simulations to illustrate and test the analytical results. Numerical results in the form of graphs show that the solution of the system is stable, which indicates that the disease will be endemic under certain conditions and time. This research provides a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the spread of BSR and the conditions that affect the stability of the spread of the disease. With this analysis, it is expected to contribute to efforts to control BSR disease in oil palm plants. In addition, this research also opens opportunities for the development of similar mathematical models for other plant diseases.

Abstract

Saat ini, keberlanjutan bisnis UMKM di bidang pangan sangat tergantung pada kehalalan produk yang diproduksi. Hal ini sejalan dengan telah ditetapkannya sertifikasi halal sebagai salah satu prasyarat wajib dalam peredaran produk pangan. Sistem sertifikasi halal yang ketat telah diterapkan untuk memastikan bahwa produk makanan dan minuman memenuhi standar kehalalan yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah. Disisi lain, kurangnya akses informasi dan keterbatasan pengetahuan mengakibatkan pelaku bisnis UMKM kesulitan untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan kepada kedua mitra pengabdian, CV Fatma Bakery dan CV Olis Tempe dalam pengurusan sertifikasi halal untuk produk unggulan mereka. CV Fatma Bakery-Neusu memiliki produk unggulan bakery sedangkan CV Olis Tempe- Keutapang memiliki tempe sebagai produk unggulan. Kegiatan pengabdian terbagi dalam enam tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, sosialisasi sistem jaminan halal, wawancara dan diskusi mengenai ruang lingkup produksi, pendampingan teknis dan persiapan persyaratan dokumen sertifikasi halal, serta tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan selama bukan 3 bulan, dimulai dari September hingga November 2023. Kedua mitra pengabdi memberikan umpan balik yang sangat positif terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini. Proses pendampingan teknis dan asistensi dalam persiapan dokumen dinilai sangat memuaskan karena tim pengabdi dinilai mampu memberikan pemahaman yang sederhana mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal, memempermudah pengerjaan dan memberikan pemahaman yang jelas kepada kedua mitra.
