Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis strategi penguatan Numerasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendukung pemerintah dalam kebijakan kampus belajar di smp negeri 4 bengkulu selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka, yaitu memperoleh data, bahan dan rujukan dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, artikel, hasil penelitianProgram Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah salah satu program yang diselenggarakan oleh Kemdikbud. Program Kampus Mengajar merupakan salah satu program yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengajar, membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan membantu administrasi sekolah dan guru. Salah satu sekolah yang menjadi sasaran dari program Kampus Mengajar adalah SMP 4 Bengkulu Selatan. Program ini di keluarkan oleh Kemendikbud-Ristek untuk mengatasi infrastruktur yang tertinggal dalam dunia pendidikan baik dalam sarana dan prasarana, guru, akses yang terbatas dan lain sebagainya. Kampus Mengajar memiliki 3 tujuan utama, yaitu berfokus membantu pembelajaran yaitu peningkatan bidang Numerasi, penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan membantu administrasi. Kampus Mengajar Masuk ke dalam IKU ke dua, IKU kedua adalah mahasiswa mendapatkan pengalaman di luar kampus. Meliputi kegiatan magang kerja, riset, proyek desa, pertukaran pelajar, berwirausaha, dan juga lewat kegiatan mengajar. Melalui IKU ini diharapkan pihak kampus memberi fasilitas lebih kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan diri. Hasil dari program kampus mengajar yang sudah terlaksana ialah para peserta didik dan juga guru sudah semakin menerapkan Numerasi pagi 15 menit sebelum memulai pembelajaran.

Abstract

ABSTRACT As technology develops, information technology requires quality improvement and service mechanisms, one example of which is the school information system website. Human Resources produced from the world of education must provide information facilities and contribute to building technology in the field of education itself, so that it can present effective and efficient information for the entire academic community and the wider community. The research method used is the system development method, method The system development used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) where RAD uses an object-oriented approach for system development. This method aims to shorten the time in planning, designing and implementing a system repeatedly. The result of designing an information system website is the creation of an information system website for the 33rd State Junior High School in Rejang Lebong which is easily accessible by the academic community and the wider community. The conclusion from the information system website for SMPN 33 Rejang Lebong is to produce a website that can help process data and provide information about schools that can improve the performance of school equipment effectively and efficiently, as a means of delivering academic information. And it is hoped that further research will pay attention to the level of security and maintenance and improve the quality and credibility of the SMPN 33 Rejang Lebong website KeyWord : Website, RAD, SMPN 33 Rejang lebong.

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Bingin Kuning merupakan salah satu Kantor Urusan Agama yang berada di daerah Kabupaten Lebong Provinsi Bengkulu. Pada KUA Kecaqmatan Bingin Kuning proses pendaftaran pernikahan masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu calon pengantin datang langsung ke KUA dan staf KUA menulis pendaftaran di buku pendataan pernikahan. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan secara manual tersebut menjadi permasalahan yang menghambat pelayanan pendaftaran nikah,misalnya menumpuknya jumlah data, hilangnya data, kesalahan menginput nama calon pengantin dan sering tercecernya pasfoto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran nikah dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik di KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD), perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan sistem informasi pendaftaran nikah pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning dengan dengan 4 user yaitu admin, calon pengantin, kepala KUA, dan penghulu. Sistem informasi yang dibuat pada KUA Kecamatan Bingin Kuning berhasil mempermudah calon pengantin melakukan pendaftaran pernikahan yang bisa dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus datang langsung ke KUA dan bisa menghemat waktu.

Abstract

In a very modern era like today where life is already in the era of the industrial revolution or commonly known as the digital era which includes information technology as part of human life in accelerating and facilitating the delivery of information, for example websites. The problem that occurs is that Durian Besar Village does not yet have a website as a means of conveying information to the public quickly and efficiently as a form of transparency on what the village government has done. The effect is that the community also experiences difficulties in obtaining information by having to come and meet sources of information, in this case the village government. The website was successfully built by presenting a member page feature to the public in which there are complaints and correspondence features. In this way, on this website, besides the community being able to access information easily, the community can also send messages or submit letters to the village government easily without having to come to the village office. The website is built with WordPress cms and also uses the Ultimate Member, WpForms and Elementor Pro add-ons for the appearance design.

Abstract

Academic Information System is a computer-based system built with the hope of academic interests which aims to increase the quality of academic services, performance and human resources, as well as the resulting competitiveness. The Academic information system makes it easy for students to access important information related to the University such as course lists, grades, administration, academic calendars, information about each department and others. With the development of information systems in the academic field, it is also necessary to test information systems to find out whether the development and objectives of the information system are as expected. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of academic information system services (SIKAMU) using The ServQual method provides recommendations for which variables need improvement in improving the quality of SIKAMU academic information system services. The research method used in this research is e-service quality or what is called e-servqual. From the research results, it was found that the gap or gap between expectations and reality is not too big, which means that the quality of the academic information system in the SIKAMU application is good, only a few small aspects need to be improved. Furthermore, from the aspect of student satisfaction, it can be concluded that Bengkulu Muhammadiyah University students are satisfied with the services provided by the SIKAMU information system. With an average overall rating of 80% (satisfied). This means that students' expectations regarding the five dimensions of service have been fulfilled even though they are not very in line with what students expected

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk memngimplementasikan sistem E-Learning sebagai sarana pembelajaran daring yang fleksibel dan efisien. Namun, keberhasi;am penerapannya memerlukan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik agar selaras dengan tujuan institusi serta mampu mengelola resiko dan sumber daya secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mnganalisis tingkat kematangan tata kelola sistem e-learning universitas muhammadiyah bengkulu menggunakan framework cobit 5. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner Manajement Awareness. Fokus evaluasi diarahkan pada proses APO 03, APO 08, BAI 08, MEA 01 yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan tertinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematangan tata kelola sistem E-Learning berada pada level 3 (established process), yang menandakan bahwa proses telah terdokumentasi dan dijalankan secara konsisten. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kesenjangan menuju level 4 (predictable proces). Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan tata kelola e-learning agar lebih terukur, proaktif, dan selaras dengan rencana strategi universitas muhammadiyah bengkulu 2023-2028.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam mendukung tata kelola perguruan tinggi, termasuk di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu melalu sistem informasi manajemem terpadu (SIMARU). Penerapan SIMARU membutuhksn tata kelola teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan sasaran strategis institusi agar mampu memeberikan nilai tambah secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata kelola Sistem Informasi SIMARU Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu menggunakan COBIT 5 serta menilai tingkat kematangan proses pengelolaanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner management awarenees. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematangan tata kelola SIMARU berada pada level 2 (managed), yang mengindikasikan bahwa proses pengelolaan telah berjalan secara berulang namun belum didukung oleh dokumentasi dan standar yang konsisten. Terdapat kesenjangan antara kondisi aktual dan kondisi yang diharapkan sesuai Renstra Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu 2023-2028. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi peningkatan tata kelola pada domain APO 04, APO 13, dan BAI 09 agar pengelolaan SIMARU dapat ditingkatkan menuju Level 3 (Established).

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Class 7 Teaching Campus students in increasing student learning motivation at SD Negeri 75 Bengkulu City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that Class 7 Teaching Campus students have a significant role in increasing student learning motivation at SD Negeri 75 Bengkulu City. They bring new enthusiasm and energy to the teaching and learning process, introduce innovative and interactive learning methods, and provide additional motivation through character building and educational counseling. Apart from that, the personal approach taken by students in building relationships with students also contributes to increasing learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Teaching Campus Program's influence in improving students' reading and writing skills at SDN 32 Bengkulu City. This program involves students as additional teachers in an effort to increase student literacy. The research methods used were direct observation, interviews, and analysis of reading and writing test results before and after the program. The research results show that the Teaching Campus Program has a significant positive impact in improving students' reading and writing abilities. The students showed increased learning motivation, self-confidence, and active participation in reading and writing activities. Apart from that, this program also received broad support from parents and school staff. Nonetheless, ongoing evaluation and adjustment of the program curriculum is necessary to ensure sustainability and continued improvement in student literacy. The Teaching Campus Program has great potential in improving the reading and writing skills of grade 1 and grade 2 students at SDN 32 Bengkulu City, provided that there is a need for continuous improvement and improvement through appropriate evaluation and adjustment.

Abstract

The development of social media, particularly YouTube, has generated a large amount of public opinion data that can be utilized to understand user perceptions of products. Samsung and iPhone are two smartphone brands with intense market competition and are frequently discussed in YouTube comment sections. This study aims to compare the performance of the Naive Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms in sentiment analysis of YouTube comments related to these two brands. The research data were collected through a YouTube comment scraping process using the youtube-comment-downloader library. The research stages included data collection, text pre-processing consisting of case folding, punctuation removal, number removal, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library. Furthermore, the text data were transformed into numerical representations using the Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) method. The classification process was carried out using the Naive Bayes and KNN algorithms and evaluated using accuracy, classification reports, confusion matrices, and the McNemar test to determine the significance of performance differences between the models. In addition, this study also analyzed word distribution based on sentiment and brand using WordCloud visualization. The results indicate that both algorithms are capable of classifying comment sentiments effectively and provide insights into user opinion characteristics toward Samsung and iPhone based on YouTube comments.
