Abstract

This study aims to map the level of animal food security in Indonesia using multidimensional scaling method. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, namely the average data of consumption of animal protein (gram / capita / days) and the average data of consumption of animal protein (rupiah / capita / month) in 2015 from all provinces in Indonesia. The result of the research shows that group I is food resistant in all animal food commodities, namely West Sumatra, Riau, South Sumatera, Bangka Belitung Islands, Riau Islands, Banten, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan and North Kalimantan. Group II is food resistant in fish, eggs and milk, less food in the meat of North Sumatra, Bengkulu, West Nusa Tenggara, North Sulawesi, West Papua and Papua. Group III is food-resistant in meat, eggs and milk, lack of food in fish such as DKI Jakarta, West Java, DI Yogyakarta, and Bali. Group IV is food-resistant in eggs and milk, less food in fish and meat such as Lampung, Central Java, and East Java. Group V is food-resistant in eggs and milk, food-susceptible to fish, and less food for less meat, namely Aceh, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo and Maluku. Group VI status is susceptible to food in fish, less food in meat, eggs and milk of West Sulawesi and North Maluku. Group VII is under-food in all animal food commodities, namely East Nusa Tenggara. Stress value of 11.15% and R2 value of 95.01% indicate that multidimensional scaling method is suitable for use in this research. Keywords: animal protein, food security, multidimensional scaling method,

Abstract

This study aims to determine the capacity of the Bayah coastal area in dealing with the tsunami disaster. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. This study is a population study consisting of 4 villages, including Sawarna Village, East Sawarna Village, West Bayah Village, and Darmasari Village. The unit of analysis in this study is the region. In this study the instrument used was a questionnaire as a guide to interview respondents who represented the area under study. The assessment of regional capacity in disaster management is carried out by looking at the four priorities of disaster risk reduction programs. These priorities are adopted in the Hyogo Framework for Action (KAH). With the following priorities: 1). Disaster education 2). Early warning and disaster risk assessment 3). Reduction of basic risk factors 4). Development preparedness on all lines. The results of this study indicate that the Bayah Coast region in the face of tsunamis has a low capacity of 18.7% which falls into the level 1 category. The area has had small achievements in disaster risk reduction efforts by implementing several advanced actions in plans or policies . This shows that the regional capacity in implementing disaster management is still very lacking, requiring intensive capacity building. Keywords: Capacity, Hyogo Framework for Action, Tsunami

Abstract

The progress of Angkasa Pura II shows the rapid use and improvement of the airport service business through the addition of various infrastructure improvements and facilities at the airports managed by the company. In addition to providing the facilities needed by its passengers at the airport but also improving the performance of its officers. PT Angkasa Pura has a unit responsible for overseeing facilities at the airport, namely the Terminal Inspection Service (TIS) unit which is authorized to monitor and ensure the smooth operation of airport terminal facilities. The research method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to passengers as subjects. This research is quantitative in nature using purposive sampling technique in distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by simple linear regression as well as descriptive analysis. For data processing, researchers used SPSS version 27 software. Based on the research results, the regression coefficient value of the Performance variable is 0.631. This indicates that there is a positive influence between performance and passenger satisfaction. In other words, the higher the performance, the higher the level of passenger satisfaction that can be achieved. The t value is 7.921 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. For the coefficient of determination, it was found that the TIS Officer Performance variable had an influence of 39% on the Passenger Satisfaction variable. The results of the descriptive analysis of the performance of TIS officers have an average that shows a high score classification, which means that passenger satisfaction has reached a good standard suitability for supervision of terminal facilities at Banyuwangi International Airport.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar, Bali, is one of the busiest airports in Indonesia. The high volume of passengers has the potential to cause issues such as flight delays. Handling these delays requires serious attention, which falls under the responsibility of various airport units, one of which is the terminal service officer (TSO) unit. This research aims to analyze the standard operating procedures (SOP) implemented by the TSO unit in handling delays at the domestic terminal of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport by understanding the existing SOPs. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used includes both primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data comes from SOPs, photos, and regulations related to the issues being studied. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. To test the validity of the data, triangulation techniques are used.
