Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of product quality, service quality, and social media marketing on customer satisfaction at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal method. A total 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling-specifically, customes who had visited the outlet at least twice within the last three months and followed The Coffee bean & Tea Leaf’s official social media account. Data were collected trough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression after passing classical assumption tests, including normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity. The result indicate the product quality, service quality, and social media marketing have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among the three variables, service quality contributes the most. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0,442 indicates that the three independent variables explain 44,2% of the variation in customer satisfaction. These finding highlight the importance of maintaining product quality, providing excellent service, and utilizing social media effectively to build positive relationships with customer.

Abstract

Stunting  remains a major global health issue, affecting over 160 million children under five. In Indonesia, the prevalence is still high, posing a threat to optimal child development. This study aims to determine the relationship between feeding patterns and the incidence of stunting in toddlers (aged 1-5 years) at Posyandu Mawar 5, Sukasari Village, Karangtengah District, Cianjur Regency. A cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study was conducted involving 53 toddlers and their mothers using total sampling. Data were collected through a validated questionnaire on feeding patterns and anthropometric measurements. Statistical analysis was performed using the Spearman rank test. The findings showed that 67.9% of toddlers received appropriate feeding, while 32.1% did not. Among toddlers with inappropriate feeding, all were stunted (32.1%). A significant relationship was found between feeding patterns and stunting (p < 0.001). Inappropriate feeding patterns are strongly associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Educational efforts for mothers regarding proper nutrition and feeding practices are essential in preventing stunting. Keywords: Toddlers, Diet, Stunting.

Abstract

Since the Ministry of Education and Culture launched the Independent Campus (MBKM) program, all universities in Indonesia have been encouraged to adapt their curricula to meet the needs of strategic government industries. One such program is the Independent Internship program, which requires a more extended period (4-6 months) than the 1-2 months of internships (PKL). During the implementation of PKL at the STTKD (Education and Training College), several findings emerged regarding dissatisfaction among users (the placement companies for PKL cadets) with the basic knowledge possessed by management program cadets. Therefore, an analysis of the basic knowledge readiness of management program cadets in ground operations and service is necessary to determine whether they align with the National Competency Standards (SKKNI) for the Transportation and Warehousing Category, specifically the Warehousing and Airport Activities, Ground Operations and Service Sub-Division. The research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques and simple linear regression to examine the 2018 management program curriculum achievements about SKKNI 226/2020. The research results showed that 23 Competency Indicators were needed for PKL Ground Operation and Service Air Logistic participants at the Airport Cargo Terminal before entering the field. Following the implementation of the 2018 curriculum, the CPMK Curriculum of the D4 MTU (Air Transport Management) and D3 MT (Transport Management) Study Programs had a 59.4% influence on the Competency Knowledge of SKKNI 226/2020 Ground Operation and Service Air Logistics. The remaining 40.6% of knowledge topics from the CPMK Curriculum needed adjustments to 10 D4 MTU and D3 MT Study Program courses to achieve the SKKNI 226/2020 competency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of auditor independence and time budget pressure on audit quality with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at a Public Accounting Firm in the Riau Islands. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents. This research is a quantitative study with data analysis techniques using SEM PLS with testing of the measurement model, validity test, reliability and then testing the structural model (inner model). The results of the study indicate that auditor independence has a significant positive effect on audit quality. The more independent the auditor in carrying out his duties, the higher the resulting audit quality. Time budget pressure has a significant negative effect on audit quality. Organizational commitment is able to moderate the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality. Auditors with a high level of organizational commitment maintain audit quality despite facing time pressure, while organizational commitment does not moderate the effect of auditor independence on audit quality. Auditor independence still has a positive impact on audit quality, regardless of the level of organizational commitment. This research has a novelty by presenting the organizational commitment variable as a moderating factor in the Indonesian context, especially at KAP in the Riau Islands which is still rarely explored in the literature. Practically, the results of this study can be valuable input for the auditor profession in improving audit quality through strengthening organizational commitment amidst the challenges of independence and time budget pressure.
