Abstract

This study examines the impact of a Special Job Exchange (Bursa Kerja Khusus - BKK) information system service on the employment rate of graduates from Al-Manshuriyah Vocational High School (SMK). This research based on the quality of information services as the main influencing indicator overall benefits to workforce distribution institutions such as BKK in vocational schools. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study surveyed 162 respondents, including school staff, recent alumni, and current students. Findings revealed a significant positive correlation between the quality of the information system services provided by BKK and the successful job placement of graduates. Statistical analysis using SPSS showed a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.300, indicating a low yet positive relationship. Additionally, regression analysis confirmed that 5.3% of the variance in job placement success could be attributed to the quality of the information system services. These results underscore the importance of robust information system services in enhancing the operational efficiency of BKK and improving graduate employment outcomes. The study suggests further development and enhancement of these services to attract more company partnerships and diversify job opportunities for graduates.

Abstract

Organizational culture becomes an identity of a company. A good culture will have a positive impact on employee performance. This also applies when there is high employee motivation within a company. High employee motivation leads to improved employee performance. This research involved all 80 employees of PT Crea Cipta Cemerlang by distributing questionnaires to them. The sampling technique used was the study population, and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 with the multiple linear regression method. The results show that organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. Organizational culture and work motivation also have a partial influence on performance. Organizational culture is a more dominant variable influencing employee performance compared to the motivation variable

Abstract

The Depok government provides Employment application service standards, especially to overcome employment problems in its jurisdiction. However, in practice, there are still minimal critical issues, namely service standards that are not yet optimal. On this basis, this research aims to outline the problems of service standards that require appropriate correction in practice. Then, the method adopted is descriptive qualitative, which attempts to reveal the analysis results systemically and logically based on the content analyzed. The results found were that of the six dimensions analyzed, two of them still did not meet the expected standards, namely service procedures and competency of service providers. Meanwhile, obstacles such as server and network instability and some officers' lack of friendliness hinder the service process. However, four other dimensions are considered to meet the standards well, such as service completion times that meet expectations and no costs charged to the public during the service process.

Abstract

Akuntansi adalah instrumen strategis untuk mendukung ketahanan bangsa dari berbagai dimensi, mulai dari manajemen keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, hingga terciptanya keadilan sosial sesuai dengan sila kelima Pancasila. Dengan sistem akuntansi yang baik, bangsa dan negara dapat menghadapi tantangan ekonomi, politik, dan sosial dengan lebih tangguh. Identitas nasional sangat berharga karena dengan identitas nasional yang kuat, hal itu akan diakui oleh berbagai negara di seluruh dunia. Salah satu contohnya adalah produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM dan dikonsumsi oleh seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Dengan mempercayai produk UMKM, bangsa Indonesia akan memperkuat persatuan Indonesia dan meningkatkan ketahanan bangsa dan negara, sehingga negara asing ragu untuk memasarkan produk mereka di dalam negeri. Akuntansi adalah "bahasa" yang akan dikomunikasikan kepada pengguna. Dalam akuntansi, ada empat laporan yang akan dihasilkan: laporan laba rugi, laporan arus kas, neraca, dan laporan perubahan ekuitas. Oleh karena itu, standar akuntansi keuangan (SAK) diperlukan dalam penyusunannya agar laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan berkualitas baik. Ini berlaku untuk perusahaan yang sudah terdaftar di bursa, karena mereka akan diaudit oleh auditor eksternal. Bagaimana pencatatan dilakukan oleh individu yang bukan berasal dari industri, khususnya individu pribadi yang tidak memahami akuntansi, maka pencatatan cukup dengan laporan laba rugi menggunakan konsep "pendapatan-biaya-biaya operasional."

Abstract

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there has been a change in the efficiency and workload of Avsec, and after the Pandemic the number of passengers continued to increase and finally the pattern and workload of Avsec changed again. To understand the changes in Avsec performance, this research aims to determine the influence of workload and work discipline on the performance of Avsec. The research method uses a quantitative approach with primary questionnaire data and a sample size of 56 Avsec at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis. The research results show that workload and work discipline have different influences on Avsec’s performance in each assignment area. However, the results of the descriptive analysis in each area on average have very high criteria, which means that the workload and work discipline to achieve performance according to security targets/standards is optimal among Avsec at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate.

Abstract

Tulisanaini membahas untukamengelola sumber daya yang diperlukan bagi anak usia dini pada pendidikanya. Manajemenasarana prasaranaipendidikan anakamencakup rencana, mengadakan, distribusi, pemeliharaan, penghapusan, dan mengawasi. Saat menjalankan manajemen sarana dan prasarana, beberapa hal harus dipertimbangkan. Ini termasuk jumlah siswa, kondisi sekolah, kontribusi wali murid, dan kemajuan teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan pengelolaan sarana prasarana pengembangan anak usia dini yang efektif maka kualitas pelayanan dan hasil pendidikan akan meningkat sesuai visi dan misi lembaga. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif adalah jenisnya. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah teknik yang digunakan. Selanjutnya, data yang sudah dikumpulkan kemudian diperiksa dan dibuat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PAUD di KB-TK Anak Pintar Ungaran merupakan instalasi dan pengelolaana sarana aprasarana yang meliputiaperencanaan, penyiapan, pendaftaran,ipendistribusian, pemeliharaan dan adopsi. Kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab mengelola sarana prasarana di bawah pengawasan yayasan sekolah. KB-TK Anak Cerdas Ungaran tidak hanya memiliki media pembelajaran yang memadai, tetapi juga memiliki ruang baca yang dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether celebrity endorsements, brand image and product quality affect consumer trust and consumer trust affect purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the consumers of the Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents with a purposive sampling technique, in which the researcher determined certain criteria to select consumers who would be used as respondents. These criteria make not all consumers of the Semarang Larissa Aesthetic Center able to be respondents in this study. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a confirmation approach and uses the AMOS program. The results of the analysis in te study are as follows: (1) celebrity support had a negative and significant effect on consumer trust. (2) brand image has a positive but not significant effect on consumer trust (3) product quality has a negative but not significant effect on consumer confidence (4) celebrity endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (5) brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (6) product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (7) consumer trust has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana pemasaran melalui social media dan bundling produk terhadap keputusan pembelian berdampak pada kesedaran konsumen. konsumen. Untuk penelitian ini, Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarata Raya melakukan survei terhadap 112 orang yang menggunakan Vaseline Hand & Body Lotion. Program SmartPLS Versi 4.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Seperti yang dijelaskan berikut ini, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel saling berpengaruh satu sama lain: social media marketing memiliki pengaruh yang s ignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; bundle produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap pemahaman merek; social media marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kesadaran merek; dan bundle produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kesadaran merek. Kesadaran merek berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian; social media marketing berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kesadaran merek; bundle produk berdampak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kesadaran merek.

Abstract

Situation Awareness (SA) is a person's perception or response to be able to understand conditions or circumstances in the surrounding environment. This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Situation Awareness on the performance of Airside officers and to find out if there is an influence, how much influence Situation Awareness has on the performance of Airside officers at the airport. This research uses a quantitative approach with the variables Situation Awareness (X) and Airside Officer Performance (Y). The population of PT Airside officers. There are 50 people at El Tari Kupang Airport's Angkasa Gate, including 15 AMC officers and 35 Ground Handling officers. Then samples were taken from the total population as a whole and analyzed using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS. The research results show that based on the test results obtained, it can be seen that Situation Awareness (X) influences the performance of Airside Officers (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport with the test results obtained with a calculated T value of 15.645 and a significant value of 0.01< 0.05. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.836 so it can be concluded that Situation Awareness (X) has an influence on the performance of Airside Officers (Y) at El Tari Kupang Airport by 83.6%.

Abstract

Humans are creatures that rely on nature as a place to meet their needs. However, often the exploration of nature turns into exploitation that destroys nature until it loses its usefulness. Some indigenous peoples are people who still hold fast to the noble values of their ancestors. One of these indigenous peoples is the indigenous people of Kampung Naga in Tasikmalaya. The main study conducted by the researcher is to identify the values of local ecological wisdom of the local culture of the Kampung Naga community which can be a reference in social studies learning in elementary school grade V. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach that studies the cultural values in Kampung Naga, through interview techniques with two informants, namely tourguides and experts in the fields of Geography, observation,  and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the traditional village community of Kampung Naga has local ecological wisdom values, both in terms of regional spatial planning, disaster mitigation, environmental conservation, daily consumption patterns, spring protection, prohibited forest protection, agricultural activities, and fisheries conservation. Unique ecological value can also be found by the separation of the area into the upper (sacred), middle (neutral), and lower (gross) areas. The value of disaster mitigation and environmentally friendly consumption patterns also exists in taboos or pamali which are still a guideline for the people of Kampung Naga.
