The design of didactic mathematics learning is designed by taking into account the learning barriers of students. This study aims to obtain a didactic design for learning algebraic expression from a linear pattern to reduce student learning barriers through the application of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). The type of this research is design research with three stages, namely the plan, do, and see. The research data was in the form of qualitative data with the research instruments used were Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT)on algebraic forms of linear patterns, student worksheet, pretest and posttest, observation sheets, teacher interview sheets, and student interview sheets which were then analyzed retrospectively. This research constructs a didactic design in the form of a learning trajectory divided into nine stages and packaged in four activities. The applied didactic design opens the thinking process for students to find the meaning of variables and algebraic forms of the mathematical activities themselves. This didactical design is proven to reduce students' learning obstacles.

This study aims to empirically examine the impact of false financial statements on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 using indicators from the hexagon fraud theory. Purposive sampling techniques were used to select samples for this investigation, which used 130 samples. The analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis in this study with SPSS software version 25. The F-SCORE assessment is used in measurement to assess financial statement fraud. Based on research findings, financial statement fraud is positively influenced by outside pressure, political connections, the nature of the industry, auditor turnover, and CEO dualism. Variable changes do not influence financial statement fraud in directors. This study shows how several indicators of the hexagon fraud theory can influence the likelihood of fraud. The study's findings are anticipated to be taken into account by the company in the future so that it can monitor all departments to guard against this fraud.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether work life balance and work stres partially affect employee performance, whether work life balance and work stres simultaneously affect employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch Office. Because every agency in carrying out its activities and to achieve goals is always faced with a problem both coming from within and outside the agency. This study uses a saturated sample where the population is used as a research sample of 36 samples. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with the aim of survey research. In collecting data the researchers used primary data in the form of questionnaire data addressed to employees of PT Bank Sulselbar Majene Branch Office. This study uses multiple linear analysis (Multiple regression analysis). The results show that: 1) There is a significant effect of work life balance partially on employee performance 2) There is a significant effect of partial work stres on employee performance 3) work life balance and work stres simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Sulselbar Branch Office Majene

This research was conducted at the public MTs School Polewali I Mandar. The total population in this study was 68 and all populations were sampled so that the sample in this study amounted to 68 people. This study uses a questionnaire to collect data and has passed the validity and reliability test stages while data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis normality test, multicollinearity test and coefficient of determination test and T test and F test. The results of the study at MTs Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar found that (1). Sharing knowledge has no effect on teacher performance because teachers do not use other people's opinions in teaching even though this method is very good for students and teachers also cannot combine several knowledge processes that can become new knowledge for students. (2). Teacher commitment Partially influence on teacher performance. Because teachers have a strong commitment to become teachers and teachers are also proud to be teachers at MTs Negeri I Polewali Mandar so they motivate themselves so that students can excel at the regional and national levels (3). Knowledge sharing and commitment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the public MTs Polewali I Mandar school together. Because teachers already know that a good way to share knowledge is by interacting with students. In addition, the explanation of the material must also be precise so that students can understand the lesson, firmly to students who do not pay attention to the lesson. After that, it motivates students to be more active in learning so that they can get achievements at the district and national levels

Artikel ini ditulis dengan tujuan memberithukan bahwasannya pendampingan ekstrakulikuler pencak silat memiliki beberapa dampak yang positif. Selain itu juga, dengan adanya ekstrakulikuler pencak silat ini dapat menjadi ajang dala melestarikan budaya asli Indonesia. Diperlukannya belajar pencak silat ini selain dari pada olahraga, tetapi juga sebagai salah satu stategi dalam menanakan nilai kedisiplinan, nillai kerohanian , kesopanan dan juga adab.Adapun diperlukannya pengabdian pada ekstrakuler pencak silat di Mts Hidayatul Muhajirin ini sebagai pendamping dalam pelatihan pecaksilat dan sebagai pembimbng dalam mencapai tujuan dari ekstrakulikuler itu sendiri. Yang mana dalam pelatihan pencak silat ini terdiri dari beberapa langkah,dan disitulah peran pembimbing diperlukan.yang mana hasil dari penelitian ini bahwasannya dengan mengikuti ekstrakulikuler pencak silat dapat menumbuhkan nilai positif pada siswa. Seperti, meningkatnya ketakwaan pada Tuhan,cinta kepada bangsa, kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, meningkatkan ketahanan mental, meningkatkan rasa waspada, membina sportifitas, meningkatkan jiwa kesatria, meningkatkan nilai-nilai disiplin dan meningkatkan keuletan.

Indonesia is an agrarian country and requires the development of improvements in soil productivity. The decline in soil productivity for agriculture is currently caused by several factors, namely land conversion to a decrease in the quantity of ground water. The actual frequency pattern of irrigation water needs with the application of dielectric sensor technology is carried out in cultivation in order to create efficiency in the provision of irrigation water. This research was conducted using a single factor experimental method with repeated measurements on three types of land use, namely land without vegetation, soil with grass vegetation, and soil with tomato cultivation. Measurements were carried out using an automated application of soil moisture monitoring based on dielectric technology with two measuring periods. Each measuring period consists of two weeks or fourteen days. Soil sample analysis was carried out at the Bengkulu University soil laboratory. The results of the observations were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) on the 5% F test table, the BNT test was carried out at the 5% level on data that had a significant effect. The results showed that the frequency of giving irrigation water on the 1st day to the 14th day in the 2 observation periods on the Bera land was the most common compared to the use of grass vegetated land and the use of tomato cultivation land, which was 5 times in the 1st and 4th periods. times in the 2nd period with 14 days each. Provision of irrigation water will stop automatically when the dielectrometer shows the field capacity so that it can show the frequency of giving different water to each field.Key words : Dielectric; Frequency; Irrigation water

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh flash sale online customer review dan gratis ongkir terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan perilaku konsumtif pada e-commerce tiktok shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Struktural Equation Modelling (SEM) AMOS 22. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mhasiswa/i Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi Brebes dengan jumlah 200 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap online customer review dengan nilai CR -0.239 (CR ≥ 1.96) dan nilai probabilitasnya 0.811 (P 0.05). Variabel keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh terhadap gratis ongkir dengan nilai CR 0.278 (CR ≥ 1.96) dan nilai probabilitasnya 0.781 (P 0.05). Variabel Keputusan pembelian tidak berpengaruh terhadap flash sale dengan nilai CR 2.156 (CR ≥ 1.96) dan niali probabilitasnya 0.031 (P 0.05). Variabel Perilaku konsumtif tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap flash sale dengan nilai CR 1.201 (CR ≥ 1.96) dan nilai probabilitasnya 0.230 (P 0.05). Variabel Perilaku konsumtif tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap online customer review dengan nilai CR -0.866 (CR 1.96) dan nilai probabilitasnya 0.387 (P 0.05). Variabel perilaku konsumtif tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap gratis ongkir dengan nilai CR -0.754 (CR 1.96) dan nilai probabilitasnya 0.451 (P 0.05).

The Lagadar Village Office still uses a manual approach to calculate taxes on acquiring goods and services. This condition involves using a calculator and recording the calculations in a notebook. Consequently, the Treasurer frequently made errors while performing computations, whether misclassifying the tax type or inaccurately incorporating the tax rate. Moreover, the requirement to input tax computation data again before printing creates a challenge for the Treasurer in locating the necessary information in the notebook for monthly reporting to the leadership. Hence, there is a requirement for a system that can simplify the Treasurer's task of calculating and summarizing the tax data. This project aims to develop apps that can accurately compute value-added tax, income tax 22, and income tax 23 for the acquisition of goods and services. The employed research methodology is the descriptive research method. The system development method employed is the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) model system development method. The system design employs a web programming language integrated with the Codeigniter framework, utilizes a MySQL database, and employs the Visual Studio Code text editor for development purposes. A research study has led to developing an application at the Lagadar Village Office. This application, designed to calculate Value Added Tax, Article 22 Income Tax, and Article 23 Income Tax for procuring goods and services, is a significant step towards more efficient tax calculations. Its purpose is to assist the Treasurer in efficiently calculating, collecting, recording, and reporting tax calculation data, ensuring accurate and organized records in the system. Research-based recommendations for further development of the application include the creation of an application landing page that provides information on taxation. This will enable application users to stay updated on the latest government regulations pertaining to taxation, particularly for Village Offices. This application not only simplifies the Treasurer's tasks but also ensures accurate and up-to-date tax calculations, instilling a sense of optimism for the future of tax management at the Lagadar Village Office.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of interpersonal intelligence on PPKn learning outcomes for class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkatan Kab. Labuhanbatu. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Quantitative data was used to see how much influence interpersonal intelligence has on the PPKn learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Pangkatan Kab. Labuhanbatu. The total population is all class X students of SMA Negeri 2 Pangkatan Kab. Labuhanbatu as many as 157 people. The sampling technique uses a formula from Slovin. Based on the Slovin formula, for a population of 157, and a degree of error d of 0.05, the research sample size was 113 people. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.536 and the determination coefficient (r2) is 0.288. Based on the results of data calculations, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.536, this means that the interpersonal intelligence variable (X) has a positive effect on the PPKn learning outcomes of class X students. The better the interpersonal intelligence, the better the PPKn learning outcomes of class Regency. Labuhanbatu

Abstract: This study examines the contribution of Siti Maryam Salahuddin in preserving the manuscripts of the Sultanate of Bima. Preservation efforts include collecting, studying, documenting, and publishing manuscripts. The manuscripts of the Sultanate of Bima contain the history of Bima's journey from kingdom to sultanate, spanning from the 14th century. The aim of this research is to analyze the process and efforts made by Siti Maryam Salahuddin in preserving the manuscripts and texts of the Sultanate of Bima. Additionally, this study outlines the history of the manuscripts of the Sultanate of Bima, which includes the transition from the kingdom era to the sultanate era, the governance system, and the politics during the Sultanate of Bima. This study is important as discussions on Siti Maryam Salahuddin's contribution to the preservation of the Sultanate of Bima's manuscripts have received little attention. Siti Maryam's efforts have made significant positive contributions, particularly in the textual heritage of the Sultanate of Bima. She is a local philologist from Bima who is deeply concerned and has made valuable contributions to the study of manuscripts in Bima. Through this research, it is hoped to add to the collection of local historical research. The method used in this study is the historical method, comprising heuristic (data collection), verification (source criticism), interpretation, and historiography. Siti Maryam's efforts in preserving manuscripts have made significant contributions to the field of textual heritage. Thanks to her efforts, scattered manuscripts have been collected, studied, documented, and published. The results of the studies that have been published are stored in the Samparaja Museum, allowing these manuscripts to be read and understood by the public.Abstrak: Kajian dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang sumbangsih Siti Maryam Salahuddin dalam pelestarian manuskrip Kesultanan Bima. Pelestarian yang dimaksudkan mulai dari pengumpulan, pengkajian, pembukuan, dan penerbitan manuskrip-manuskrip. Manuskrip Kesultanan Bima memuat sejarah perjalanan Bima dari masa kerajaan hingga kesultanan, yang telah dilalui sejak abad ke-14. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis proses serta usaha yang dilakukan Siti Maryam Salahuddin dalam pelestarian manuskrip dan naskah Kesultanan Bima. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguraikan sejarah manuskrip Kesultanan Bima yang memuat transisi sejarah perjalanan Bima dari masa kerajaan ke masa kesultanan, sistem pemerintahan, juga perpolitikan yang terjadi pada masa Kesultanan Bima.Kajian ini penting dilakukan karena pembahasan tentang kontribusi Siti Maryam Salahuddin dalam pelestarian manuskrip Kesultanan Bima, masih belum banyak mendapatkan perhatian. Perjuangan Siti Maryam memberikan banyak sumbangan yang positif, khusunya dalam hal pernaskahan Kesultanan Bima. Siti Maryam Salahuddin merupakan seorang filolog lokal Bima yang sangat peduli dan berjasa terhadap kajian manuskrip yang ada di Bima. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat menambah koleksi hasil penelitian sejarah lokal, Metode yang digunakan pada kajian ini adalah metode sejarah. Pada metode ini, langkah yang pertama heuristik (pengumpulan data). Langkah selanjutnya verifikasi (kritik sumber), ketiga interpretasi (penafsiran), dan yang terakhir adalah historiografi. Usaha pelestarian naskah/manuskrip yang dilakukan oleh Siti Maryam memberikan sumbangan besar dalam dunia pernaskahan. Berkat usahanya, naskah-naskah yang masih tercerai berai berhasil dikumpulkan kembali. Tidak hanya dikumpulkan tetapi berhasil dilakukan pengkajian, pembukuan, dan penerbitan. Hasil dari pengkajian yang telah diterbitkan, disimpan di Museum Samparaja. Dengan demikian naskah-naskah tersebut bisa dibaca dan dipahami secara publik.
