Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product bundling and perceived value on continuance intention through satisfaction among non-subsidized mortgage debtors at Bank BTN, Medan Branch. Using a quantitative approach with 81 respondents selected purposively from 417 debtors, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results show that product bundling has a positive but not significant effect on satisfaction and continuance intention. In contrast, perceived value significantly affects both satisfaction and continuance intention. Satisfaction also significantly influences continuance intention. Additionally, perceived value has a significant indirect effect through satisfaction, while product bundling does not. These findings highlight the critical role of perceived value and satisfaction in encouraging continued use of banking services.

Abstract

Logistics distribution is vital for enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of Indonesia. This research focuses on logistics distribution by introducing temporary depots in strategic locations to address the growing demands of the rapidly expanding e-commerce and transportation industries. As consumers increasingly expect faster and more efficient deliveries, logistics systems must adapt with flexible solutions. Temporary depots offer a practical approach to reducing delivery time, optimizing vehicle routes, and improving service efficiency to meet modern distribution challenges. The Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem model developed focuses on optimizing depot locations, vehicle allocation, and delivery routes while minimizing total distribution costs, including shipping, vehicle usage, depot construction, and travel from the distribution center to temporary depots. This research addresses how to minimize operational distribution costs, considering logistical demand, vehicle capacity, region visits, and flow conservation, while adhering to non-negative and binary constraints. The model aims to contribute to more efficient logistics planning, operational cost savings, and enhanced supply chain sustainability in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Language services managed by the Language Center include TOEFL-ITP tests, ECT (English Competency Test) tests, English courses, Japanese courses, Arabic courses, Mandarin courses, and translation services for English, Japanese, Mandarin, and ethnic languages. This research aims to identify the factors (antecedents) that influence user loyalty to the Language Center at USU. The data analysis technique used is quantitative causal with multiple linear regression methods and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The population in this research consists of service users from April 2024, with a sample size of 110 respondents. The independent variables are tangibles, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. The dependent variable is user loyalty, with the moderating variable being the availability of digital and non-digital facilities. The results indicate that service quality significantly influences user loyalty, while the availability of digital and non-digital facilities does not significantly affect user loyalty at the Language Center at USU. The implications of this research suggest that the Language Center at USU must maintain professionalism to sustain user loyalty.Keyword: Antecedents, Loyalty, Service Users

This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population in this study is an employee of the Prof. Dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis Teaching Hospital. The number of samples in this study is 120 respondents. The data analysis used is structural equation modeling. The results of this study show that work conflicts directly have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment and self-awareness directly have a positive and significant effect on the work and performance of employees. Indirectly, work conflicts have a negative and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment and self-awareness indirectly have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The rapid growth of startups in Medan City offers significant opportunities for Generation Z to enter the workforce. However, many startups face challenges in optimizing performance due to limited understanding of Gen Z’s unique work styles and preferences. This study examines the influence of Gen Z’s work style and preferences on performance, with organizational culture as a moderating variable, using a quantitative approach through Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study surveyed 160 Gen Z employees from various startups in Medan. Results show that work style positively and significantly impacts performance. A flexible, collaborative, and tech-oriented approach enhances task completion. Preferences such as work-life balance, technology use, learning opportunities, and meaningful work also improve performance by increasing engagement and productivity. Moderation analysis reveals that organizational culture negatively moderates the effect of work style on performance—rigid, procedural cultures reduce the benefits of supportive work styles. Conversely, organizational culture positively moderates the influence of preferences on performance. Cultures that value flexibility, collaboration, and innovation strengthen the impact of Gen Z’s preferences. This research supports the Person-Environment Fit and Self-Determination Theory, offering practical insights for startup leaders. Aligning organizational culture and work styles with the values of Generation Z can enhance performance, productivity, and long-term success in the digital era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ease of use and security on the interest in using Gojek with the level of trust as a moderating variable in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and obtained 122 respondents. The analysis method used was Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that ease of use and security of Gojek had a significant positive effect on interest. However, the level of trust did not moderate the relationship between ease of use and security when using Gojek. The implication of this study is that PT Gojek Indonesia should continue to improve the usability and security of the application, in addition, researchers should also consider other factors that can affect users' desire to use Gojek. Abstract

This study uses financial literacy as a moderating variable to investigate how potential harms associated with mobile banking affect customer trust. The quantitative descriptive approach is the methodology used, and data were collected through questionnaires filled out by approximately 308 respondents. SmartPLS 3.0 software will then be used to analyze the data using partial least squares. According to the study findings, customer trust is positively and significantly influenced by the variable of mobile banking usage, positively and significantly influenced by potential risks, positively and significantly influenced by financial literacy, and positively and significantly influenced by potential risks. The impact of mobile banking on customer trust cannot be reduced by the variable of financial literacy. The potential threats to customer trust cannot be reduced by the variable of financial literacy. The variable of customer trust can cover 59.5% of the independent variables, according to the results of the R Square test, and the remaining 40.5% in other studies using other variables. Abstract

This study aims to obtain a forecasting model and compare PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk share price using the time series method, ARCH-GARCH model. The data used is historical data for the period December 2021 – December 2022. The initial steps are the stationarity test, identifying the ARIMA model, and checking the heteroscedasticity effect of the best ARIMA model. Then from this model, identify the ARCH-GARCH model. After the model has been formed, compare those models that have been assumed by using the smallest AIC and SBC values and checking the model's heteroscedasticity effect. The last step is forecasting for January 2023 using GARCH (1,0). The equation is .
