Abstract

Banyak cara untuk perusahaan agar mencapai tujuannya salah satu caranya ialah dengan tercapainya kesejahteraan karyawan. Perusahaan yang baik ialah yang memperhatikan sumber daya manusianya yang mana dengan perhatian oleh perusahaan membuat karyawan perusahaan menjadi semakin loyal serta meningkat kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini dipilih kompensasi kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Karena ketiga variabel tersebut merupakan variabel utama bagi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja nya. Lalu lama kerja dipilih sebagai variabel moderasi untuk melihat kesinambungan antara lama kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Jumlah permintaan dan persediaan pada lingkup produksi tidak memiliki tren data sehingga bersifat kabur. Pengoptimalan jumlah produksi merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi terjadinya kerugian. Metode Mamdani dan Metode Sugeno adalah metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah produksi barang. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan metode Mamdani dan metode Sugeno pada kasus produksi. Digunakan dua kasus yang berbeda untuk melakukan perbandingan tingkat keakuratannya dan diperoleh dengan penghitungan MAPE. Pada kasus 1 yaitu produksi roti metode yang lebih akurat adalah metode Mamdani dan kasus 2 yaitu produksi eggroll metode yang lebih akurat adalah metode Sugeno. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa terjadinya perbedaan hasil keakuratan metode pada dua kasus yang dibahas bergantung pada karakteristik data, jenis distribusi, dan pembentukan aturan pada setiap kasus. Hasil penelitian tersebut memberikan efisiensi waktu dalam memilih metode dengan tingkat error terendah dalam mengoptimalkan produksi barang.

Abstract

Peramalan nilai tukar mata uang merupakan aspek penting dalam analisis ekonomi karena fluktuasi nilai tukar dapat mempengaruhi berbagai sektor ekonomi suatu negara, termasuk perdagangan internasional, investasi, dan kebijakan moneter. Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan perekonomian terbuka, sangat rentan terhadap dinamika ekonomi global. Oleh karena itu, memahami dan memproyeksi pergerakan nilai tukar mata uang menjadi krusial untuk perencanaan ekonomi dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproyeksi harga beli nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Yuan, Dollar Amerika, dan Dollar Singapura pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024 menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series Markov Chain dengan data historis tahun 2023. Metode ini menggunakan dua fungsi keanggotaan yakni sigmoid dan gauss untuk menangani kompleksitas data, karena kemampuannya untuk merepresentasikan tingkat keanggotaan dan menangkap perubahan secara lebih halus antara keanggotaan rendah dan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dengan error prediksi rendah (0-10%). Hasil Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) dengan metode FTS-Markov Chain untuk ketiga nilai tukar yakni Yuan, Dollar Amerika dan Dollar Singapura dengan fungsi keanggotaan sigmoid 1,127% sedangkan fungsi keanggotaan gauss 2,435%. Nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Yuan mengalami fluktuasi, terhadap Dollar Amerika diprediksi mengalami apresiasi, dan terhadap Dollar Singapura mengalami penurunan awal namun meningkat kembali.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perkuliahan yang efektif dan efisien merupakan tantangan utama karrena kompleksitas mengatur waktu, ruang, dan dosen yang sesuai dengan berbagai mata kuuliah dan jumlah mahasiswa. Algoritma genetika dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mencari solusi optimal melaui proses seleksi, crossover, dan mutasi. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pembuatan populasi awal secara acak dan dilanjutkan dengan evaluasi berdasarkan fungsi tujuan yang mempertimbangkan konflik yang terjadi. Proses seleksi digunakan untuk memilih individu-individu terbaik yang akan menjadi orang tua bagi generasi berikutnya.Crossover dan mutasi diterapkan untuk menghasilkan variasi dalam populasi, diikuti oleh mekanisme perbaikan (GeneRepair) untuk memastikan semua solusi yang dihasilkan valid dan layak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma genetika dapat menghasilkan jadwal perkuliahan yang lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan metode tradisional, dengan mengurangi jumlah konflik dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan ruang dan waktu. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak administrasi universitas dalam mengelola penjadwalan perkuliahan secara lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Using a variety of criteria, group decision-making is a popular method for rating possibilities. Here, we assess each choice based on the same standards. AHP and VIKOR techniques have been proposed to address the problem of creating detours to the historical tourism attractions of Medan City. This study modifies the VIKOR technique to identify a feasible solution while evaluating options with both narrow and broad requirements. This study provides numerical examples based on case studies to illustrate the application of the proposed model and assess the effectiveness of this approach modification. The results show that the updated strategy is effective and realistic.

Abstract

Human resources have an important role to support the activities, continuity and success of an organization or agency. Because human resources are the only resources that have reason, feelings, desires, skills, knowledge, encouragement, power, and work. Performance is referred to as an answer to the success or failure of the initial goals of the work program and policies that have been set. Matters regarding performance are very important, because performance is one of the most important measures of organizational quality. One of the factors that influence employee performance is individual characteristics and internal communication. In addition, work ethic is also an important aspect that affects employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of individual characteristics and internal communication on employee performance through work ethic. This research conducted inDeli Serdang Regency DPRD Office with a sample of 102 respondents. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis.The results showed that directly individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, internal communication had a positive and significant effect on work ethic, individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, internal communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ethic had an effect positive and significant to employee performance. Indirectly individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic and internal communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic.

Abstract

In facing competition in the global era, finance companies are required to work more efficiently and effectively. An efficient company must be able to run a business with targets that can be achieved according to company goals. Therefore, companies must have human resources or what are called employees, people who are commonly called employees to carry out household activities of the company's production so that the company generates maximum profits. Therefore employees are the most important element to achieve company goals. Employees must also be able to carry out the tasks determined by the company. Employee ability is reflected in performance, good performance is optimal performance. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of self-esteem in an organizational context, self-awareness on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at Astra Credit Companies (ACC) Medan Branch. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS version 3.0 analysis tool. The results showed that self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self-esteem in the organization had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, self-awareness had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment organization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then the results of the tests conducted show that work organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-esteem in the organization and employee performance, and organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between self-awareness and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer perceptions of the product and motivation on purchasing decisions for canako rice boxes with lifestyle as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the people of Medan City with 6 sub-districts including the sub-districts of Medan Barat, Medan Baru, Medan Polonia, Medan Johor, Medan Kota, Medan Selayang. The reason for using only 6 Medan Districts is that in terms of the distance from the Canako Rice Box outlet to the 6 Districts it is not too far away. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling as many as 138 respondents. The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that consumer perceptions of products have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Motivation influences and is significant on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle moderates consumer perceptions of products on purchasing decisions. Lifestyle moderates between motivation and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of omnichannel strategy and customer experience on repurchase interest through consumer satisfaction with Somehinc products at Sun Plaza Medan. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were 154 consumers who had purchased Somethingnc products. The sample size was drawn using non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a list of statements and documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 3.3 analysis tool. The research results directly show that omnichannel strategy has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, omnichannel strategy has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest and customer experience has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase interest. Then the results of tests carried out indirectly show that tourist satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between omnichannel strategy and repurchase interest, but consumer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between customer experience and repurchase interest..
