Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan hardskil guru-guru Jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran di SMKN 1 dan SMK Kosgoro 2 Kota Payakumbuh dalam hal: a) merancang pembuatan website, b) merancang prosedr pemasaran online dengan menggunakan/memanfaatkan e-mail dan media sosial, c) melakukan pemasaran melalui situs mobile, dan d) membuat blog. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini berjumlah 20 orang guru-guru jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran online SMKN 1 dan SMK Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan tanya jawab untuk menyampaikan materi yang bersifat teoritis tentang pemasaran online dan memasarkan produk menggunakan website dan blog. Serta metode latihan dan bimbingan individual terkait dengan pengimplementasian atau praktek membuat website dan blog. Metode resitasi atau pemberian tugas yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah: 1) Meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang pembuatan website. Ukuran peningkatan dapat dilihat dari 85% guru-guru peserta kegiatan dapat menghasilkan website. 2) Meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam merancang prosedur pemasaran online dengan menggunakan/memanfaatkan email dan media sosial. Ukuran peningkatan ini dapat dilihat dari 85% guru-guru peserta keigatan dapat merancang prosedur pemasaran online dengan menggunakan email dan media sosial. 3) Meningkatnya kompetensi guru dalam melakukan pemasaran melalui situs mobile. Abstract

It is necessary to provide ebooks as textbooks for the Introduction to Accounting course which is a learning medium to accommodate the diverse characteristics of students and is equipped with cases according to students' real lives in order to optimize their Critical Thinking. So that research was carried out in 2021, which produced an ebook with Flipbook Maker Based on E_Newspaper Literacy in Optimizing Critical Thinking for students in Higher Education which is valid and practical in the Introduction to Accounting course. To continue the 2021 research phase, it is necessary to carry out research in 2022 as a follow-up stage, namely the Assessment Phase, which is the stage of implementation and evaluation of the Ebook with Flipbook Maker that has been produced. Research activities in 2022 are assessing the success of using ebooks with E_Newspaper Literacy-based Flipbook Maker in improving students' critical thinking through action research. This classroom action research aims to implement an Ebook using a Flipbook Maker Based on E_Newspaper Literacy through the Case Method in an Introduction to Accounting class with 25 students. The successful use of Ebooks can be seen from the achievement of students' critical thinking skills which have exceeded the set target of ≥ 60%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of achievement motivation and teacher teaching style on learning achievement, determine the effect of achievement motivation on learning achievement, and determine the effect of teacher teaching style on learning achievement. The sample of this study were 92 students of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Pariaman. data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, f test, t test and R2. Based on the hypothesis t test, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between achievement motivation and teacher teaching style on learning achievement. there is an influence of achievement motivation on learning achievement and there is an influence of teacher teaching style on student achievement. The variable of achievement motivation and teaching style of teachers has an influence of 51%, while 49% is influenced by other variables. Keywords : achievement motivation, teacher teaching style

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif merupakan fenomena modern yang mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat dan berujung pada peningkatan pengeluaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Studi ini menggambarkan dan membahas situasi saat ini. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Ukuran sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah 96 peserta, dipilih secara acak. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian ini, literasi keuangan berpengaruh baik namun cukup besar terhadap konsumsi, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi. Universitas Negeri Padang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 58,5% terhadap penelitian Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract : Implementation of Problem Based Learning Model in Crafts and Creative Products Subject. The world of education currently requires innovative learning models, one of which is the Problem Based Learning model. This research is action research which aims to: 1) Find out whether the implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve student learning outcomes. 2) Knowing whether the implementation of the PBL model can increase student learning participation. 3) Knowing of the implementation of the PBL model can improve the ability to convey ideas. The research subjects were XI grade students in the subject of Crafts and Creative Products at SMK 1 Padang Panjang. This research was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation/ evaluation, and reflection by implementing the Problem Based Learning model. This research resulted in the implementation of Problem Based Learning  which has an effect on increasing learning outcomes, student participation, and the ability to giving ideas. The implementation of the PBL  model is effectively applied by teachers in learning that aims to improve student learning experiences. Suggestions for the future so that teachers can use a more varied learning model.Keyword : Problem Based Learning, Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Action Research. Abstrak : Penerapan Model Pembalajaran Problem Based Learning dalam Pembelajaran Parakarya dan Produk Kreatif. Dunia pendidikan saat ini memerlukan model pembelajaran yang inovatif salah satunya model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk : 1) Mengidentifikasi  implementasi model pembelajaran PBL apakah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, partisipasi belajar, dan kemampuan menyampaikan ide/ gagasan siswa, . Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran Prakarya dan Produk Kreatif di SMK 1 Padang Panjang.  Penerapan PBL ini dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/ evaluasi, dan refleksi dengan mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran PBL. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penerapan pembelajaran PBL berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar, partisipasi siswa, dan kemampuan menyampaikan ide/ gagasan. Sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran PBL efektif diterapkan guru dalam pembelajaran yang betujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Saran untuk kedepannya agar guru dapat menemukan, mengembangkan dan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang lebih variatif.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Kewirausahaan, Kreatifitas, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes and student activity in the PKK (Produk Kreatif dan Kewirausahaan) subject by introducing project-based learning. The model used in implementing this research is the classroom action research model developed by John Elliott. The research population was 34 students of class XI OTKP 2 SMK Negeri 3 Padang. This research was conducted through two cycles where each cycle consisted of two sessions. Observations, documentation and tests were carried out in collecting the data. In analyzing the data used descriptive, comparative and critical methods. From the research that has been done in class, it shows that the activities and learning outcomes of class XI OTKP 2 students at SMK Negeri 3 Padang have increased. In Cycle I, the average student learning activity was 56.16 percent, increasing to 73.47 percent in Cycle II. For learning outcomes in Cycle I the average was 77.94 percent and increased to 82.53 percent in Cycle II. From this it can be concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of class XI OTKP 2 OTKP 2 SMKN 3 Padang students can be further improved if project-based learning is integrated with creative and entrepreneurial product learning.

Abstract

Interactive multimedia assists teachers in bringing the outside world into the classroom. Abstract and unfamiliar ideas become concrete and easy to understand by students, so if financial accounting subjects are delivered using interactive multimedia, abstract financial accounting concepts will be easy to convey. This research aims to produce interactive multimedia that is valid, practical and effective for use in economic learning activities. The research method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model which includes: 1) Analysis Phase; 2) Design Stage; 3) Development Stage; 4) Implementation Stage; and 5) Evaluation Stage. This research was carried out at one of the state high schools in Medan City. Product validation is carried out by a validator each for material experts and media experts. The research sample was all class XI students. Research instruments include interview sheets, observation sheets, validation sheets, practicality sheets, and test sheets. The research results show that the use of interactive multimedia in economic learning activities has proven to be valid, practical and effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of bank health level ratios on profit growth of state-owned banks listed on the IDX between 2008 and 2021. This study employs a quantitative approach to examine samples and populations through data analysis using panel data analysis and the statistical software Eviews version 12. Four State-Owned Commercial Banks used as research samples in this study. The results of this research is (1) the independent variables of banking health (NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, and CAR) have no effect on the dependent variable of profit growth of state-owned bank companies for the 2008-2021 period, (2) the Non Performing Loan (NPL) variable has no effect on profit growth at state-owned banks for the 2008-2021 period, (3) the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable, has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (4) the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (5) the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period, (6) the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable has no effect on profit growth at BUMN banks for the 2008-2021 period.

Abstract

This study plans to investigate: (1) local taxes on the implementation of regional financial performance (2) regional levies on financial performance (3) separate regional wealth results on financial performance (4) other PAD on financial performance. This exploration delegated a similar causal examination. The information used is the regional government financial plan (APBD) report and the 1990-2019 APBD revenue report distributed by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK). The exploration subjects are local taxes, regional levies, and the original PAD used is a quantitative investigation, with different relapse models. Speculation testing uses the F test, the measured t test is 5% and the straight difference test. Exploration shows that local revenue (PAD) has so far influenced the implementation of regional finance. However, to some extent, only other closest unique income affects financial performance, while environmental costs, necessitating isolated local organizational properties and resources have no effect on financial performance in Solok District
