This study purpose is to decide the profitability effect, structure of asset, and risk of business on the structure of capital on firms in the apparel and textiles subsector listed on Exchange of Stock in the Indonesia”. This research is classified as research of causative. The study population are all firms in the apparel and textiles subsector listed on exchange of stock in the Indonesia in 2017-2020. The study sample was determined by purposive sampling so that a sample of 13 companies was obtained. Data secondary data was used obtained from www.idx.co.id.The data analysis technique used is analysis of multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that profitability, asset structure and business risk together have a positive effect on the structure of capital on firms in the apparel and textiles subsector listed on the exchange of stock in the Indonesia. Profitability has a positive effect on the structure of capital on the firms in the apparel and textiles subsector listed on the exchange of stock in the Indonesia. Asset structure has a negative effect on capital structure of textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the exchange of stock in the Indonesia, while business risk has no effect on structure of capital on textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the exchange of stock in the Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the impact of motivation on the completion of the thesis of students of economics at the country college of Padang. This research was conducted because many college students in economic education at the Faculty of Economics at Padang Country College had been restricted and had difficulty finishing their very last assignments, so they did not graduate on time. This kind of study is descriptive-associative. The population is economic education college students at the School of Economics, Padang State University, in 2015, 2016, and 2017, and the total sample size is 109 college students. The sampling strategy is probability sampling with proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection techniques in the shape of a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, necessities analysis, simple regression, F check, determinant coefficient, and the t test are all used in information analysis. The results showed that motivation affected the overall thesis in a significant and pervasive way. shown via the F test value obtained by using an F count of 3.93 with an R square of 0.068 (6.8%) and a tremendous level of 0.000<0.05. And the result of the t-count is greater than the t-table of 2.978>1.982, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is generally believed or recognized to be valid or correct.

The objective of this study is to see how profitability affects firm value in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as how liquidity affects firm value in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is referred to as comparative causal research. The population of this study consists of transportation sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2020. The sample size for this study was 13 businesses. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling technique. Profitability is measured by Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity by Current Ratio (CR), and firm value by Price to Book Value (PBV) (PBV). The data analysis technique employs panel data analysis with the Eviews 9 software. The study's findings show that profitability and liquidity both have an impact on firm value. Profitability has a marginally negative impact on firm value. Liquidity has a marginally insignificant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of parents' attitudes on students' interest in becoming teachers in Economic Education. This is survey research that employs quantitative research methods. This study's population consists of Economics Education students from the Faculty of Economics of Universitas Negeri Padang from 2017 to 2021, with up to 85 students selected as samples. In this study, probabilistic sampling with proportional stratified random sampling was used. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze data that had previously been tested for conventional assumptions, normality tests, linearity tests, heterogeneity tests, and hypothetical t-tests. According to the findings of this study, parents' attitudes have a significant impact on their children's desire to become teachers.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of liquidity ratio, return on equity, on stock prices of companies listed in the transport sub-sector of the Indonesian Stock Exchange from Q1 2020 to Q3 2021. The study lists companies in the transport sub-sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, with a total of 37 companies listed for the third quarter of 2020-2021. The sampling technique used was targeted sampling. The information used is secondary information extracted from the documentation methods. Method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on our findings, we know that the return of the stock variable partially negatively impacts the stock variable with a significant value of 0.002<0>0.05, and increased sales volume has no impact on price. The meaningful part 0.657 > 0.05. The influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 10.7%.

The purpose of this community activity is 1) increasing knowledge of administrative officers in District 2 x 11 Enam Lingkung concerning the creation and reception of the archives, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) realizing the sub-district office employee are capable of doing the handling or management of archieves. Implementation of training using a variety of methods and approaches, namely as follows: 1) methods of lectures and discussion; a to deliver the theoretical material about the program handling of archives, namely creation and acceptance Archive, distribution, use, as well as depreciation of the archive, 2) method of training and individual guidance related to the management and activities of archives rearrangement, 3) method resitasi or administering the tasks performed to find out so far where the ability of participants in the care of the archives. The result of the activities of this devotion is 1) 90% of the participants understand the concept of archives, 2) 90% of the participants was able to do the handling or management of archives.

The goal of this outreach activity is improving the ability of high school teachers hardskill and SMK Padang Pariaman Regency business management in terms of: 1) makes learning media with macro media flash, 2) makes RPP that contains model cooperative learning as an application of student centred learning (KTSP curriculum is the curriculum demands and 2013), 3) makes proposals PTK, 4) PTK with the application of the model of cooperative learning and learning media macro media flash 5) make reports and article PTK. The method of the approach being used is as follows: 1) for training and learning media making workshop with Macro Media Flash at once mengeksplorasikan and associate video learning cooperative Learning method using lectures, q & a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 2) for training and workshops make the RPP that contains the model of Cooperative Learning using the method using the method of lectures, q & a, discussion, granting, demonstrations, and tutorials, 3) for training and workshops making use of PTK proposal methods lectures, q & a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 4) for training and create reports and workshops Article PTK method using lectures, q & a, discussion, demonstration, granting, granting and tutorials, 5) For mentoring do PTK with the application of the model of cooperative learning and learning media macro media flash use methods tutorials. This study evaluates the Wirid Youth Program implemented at SMAN 2 Lengayang in Pesisir Selatan Regency, aimed at reducing juvenile delinquency and shaping student character. This study adopts a quantitative research paradigm. The evaluation employed the CIPO method (Context, Input, Process, Output) through surveys and interviews with randomly selected participants. The validity of questionnaire items was tested using the Pearson Product Moment formula. The data analysis technique with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that all program components context, input, process, and output are rated highly. The program effectively addresses teenagers' needs and challenges, provides accessible locations and satisfactory facilities, and is smoothly coordinated. As a result, there is increased teenage participation, enhanced religious knowledge, and positive behavioral changes. The program has met its objectives and positively impacted the participants. This evaluation underscores the program’s success and offers insights for future improvements and program development.

Facing the challenges of globalization and technological advancements, developing entrepreneurial character is vital in shaping innovative, proactive, socially and ethically responsible individuals. This study aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurial character education through the independent curriculum and the Rahmatan Lil Alamin profile in students of state Islamic high schools to develop character and ethical values that support professional success and positive contributions to society. To create young entrepreneurs with responsible and faithful character, education in schools plays and essential role in forming entrepreneurial character. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, with the subjects being one principal and 29 teachers at State Madrasah Aliyah Insan Cendekia Padang Pariaman. The data used consisted of primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (information from literature studies). The data analysis process underwent the stages of collection, processing, and presentation of results. This study reveals that State Madrasah Aliyah Insan Cendekia Padang Pariaman has successfully implemented entrepreneurial character education by integrating entrepreneurial values into the curriculum, supported by experiential learning approaches and social interactions. Therefore, the conclusion showed that the Rahmatal Lil Alamin Curriculum was sufficiently implemented at MAN Insan Cendekia Padang Pariama.

Coconut is a plantation commodity in Padang Pariaman Regency that has experienced an increase in production during 2023. The waste from coconut shells can be further processed into a product with high economic value and even reach the export market, namely coconut charcoal briquettes. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills about production, promotion, marketing, and financial management to the partners. The method used is community development through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, practical activities, and mentoring. The partners for this activity are the Sukses Bersama and Maju Makmur Business Groups, with 15 participants. The evaluation results show that 100% of the participants gave positive responses and answers to all questions asked about the training activities. The outcome of this service is significant for the participants to improve the quality of the briquette products, as well as marketing and financial management.
