Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri I Kota Malang menunjukkan kadar multikultural pada nilai-nilai pendidikan, hal tersebut tampak pada setiap aktivitas belajar dan keragaman latar belakang peserta didik. Maka dari itu tujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pola kompetensi pembelajaran multikultural guru dalam mengelola keragaman  dari berbagai latar belakang  yang ada di warga MIN 1 Kota Malang. Penelitian yang di lakukan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Temuan dan hasil penelitian: 1) pengalaman multikultural guru meliputi; perception warning, problem solving, dan survice. 2) Pengetahuan guru terhadap latar belakang budaya peserta didik meliputi; pengetahuan nilai multikultural, pengetahuan budaya peserta didik. 3) keterampilan guru dalam pembelajaran berbasis multikultural meliputi; norma dan harapan transparan, kesadaran terhadap keragaman, interaktif produktif. Simpulan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan kompetensi guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri I Kota Malang secara umum telah memiliki kompetensi multikultural dengan pola-pola yang yang menarik dan unik.

Abstract

This research study was conducted to identify the efforts made by educational institutions in fortifying students or their students in living an increasingly modern and advanced life in terms of economy, education, and industry. By instilling salafi learning values or concepts that become a reference for students' moral values. The form of business that is carried out clearly must be systematic and with many considerations. Because the next generation is an investment in the nation's future, which in the future they will lead the State of Indonesia. Thus, modern needs to be done without building a generation so as not to be contaminated with bad moral values, which is an obligation that falls under the responsibility of all elements of the school community and the family environment in particular. So that the noble goals of character education are encouraged to be successful so that later in welcoming the golden generation in 2045 they will be ready and strong in their moral values.

Abstract

This article aims to describe and analyze the leadership of the head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas Bontang in improving the professionalism of Islamic religious education teachers. It uses a descriptive qualitative approach, and data collection techniques are conducted with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results showed that planning is carried out by collecting ideas through the initial meeting of the year, forming a curriculum development team, obtaining curriculum documents, and determining an assessment program as the basis for implementing evaluations. Furthermore, management implementation through tahfidz learning in local content should be performed every morning for all students with a predetermined schedule. Evaluation through the memorization system positively impacts teachers to form a learning community, and the results of the tahfidz assessment are combined with all groups of Islamic religious subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis karakter religius peserta didik yang ditanamkan melalui keteladanan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 1 Pakis. Penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data dianalisis melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakter religius ditanamkan melalui berbagai kegiatan sekolah dan kepribadian guru. Selanjutnya internalisasi karakter religius dilakukan guru melalui kedisiplinan, kecerdasan, dan akhlak mulia. Dengan keteladanan guru, siswa terbiasa melakukan akhlak mulia seperti berdoa, membaca Al-Quran, disiplin, dan toleransi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model kepemimpinan K.H. Mudjahid dalam membangun akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren Islam (PPI) Jeru Tumpang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan motode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang masuk dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data penelitian diuji dengan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi, dan diskusi teman sejawat. Hasil penelitian menemukan 1) kepemimpinan dengan pola komunikasi, Konsekuen, dan uswah hasanah yang diterapkan oleh K.H. Mudjahid dalam membangun akhlak santri PPPI Jeru Tumpang; 2) pembinaan Istiqomah, open, ta’widiyah, yang dilakukan dengan konsisten oleh K.H. Mudjahid dan implikasinya terhadap santri PPPI Jeru Tumpang; dan 3) dukungan masyarakat terhadap K.H. Mudjahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Desa Jeru dan berkesinambungan sampai pada generasi penerus.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of social values ​​of Islamic education in shaping the religious character of adolescents. The research method used is qualitative, with a literature study approach and content analysis of various relevant literature. Data and data sources in this study come from journal articles, books, and related documents published between 2020 and 2024. Data collection techniques are carried out through systematic literature searches using academic databases and digital libraries. Data analysis techniques use content analysis, where data is analyzed in depth to identify main patterns and themes related to the social values ​​of Islamic education and the formation of adolescent religious characters. The findings of the study indicate that social values ​​such as justice, equality, and social concern applied in Islamic education have a significant contribution to strengthening religious identity and increasing positive social behaviour in adolescents. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration of Islamic social values ​​in the curriculum and school activities is very effective in shaping the religious character of adolescents. The implications of this study show the importance of implementing social values ​​in education to produce a young generation that is ethical and has integrity. Recommendations for further research are to develop more innovative strategies to address challenges in implementing these values, as well as explore the impact of external environmental influences such as social media on Islamic social values ​​education.

Abstract

This article discusses the Islamic education perspective in the context of multicultural education and the urgency of integrating multiculturalism into education. The researcher employs qualitative research methods and references literary sources as data references. Multicultural-oriented Islamic education instils awareness of the importance of living with values of cooperation, tolerance, and harmony amid differences. Consequently, this approach offers the best path to address religious conflicts. The focus is on the educational realm because it possesses characteristics of open-minded thinking, learning to live with differences and mutual understanding. Multicultural-oriented Islamic education serves as a solution to existing or potential conflicts. Thinking deeply, as defined by the philosophy of Islamic education, aids in examining various issues related to Islamic education. The results of this research include the emergence of an understanding of the essence of Islamic education and how the principles, objectives, and functions of multicultural education are perceived from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the results obtained from the reformulation of the Ngalah Islamic Boarding School to attract the sympathy of the community to learn Islamic religious knowledge. This research used a qualitative approach that emphasizes the social processes that occur at the Ngalah Islamic Boarding School. In the data collection process that will be carried out, several data collection techniques are used (in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis, namely data collection, data simplification, data presentation and conclusion submission. The results of the research showed that the reformulation used by The Ngalah Islamic Boarding School included: 1) kyai figures; implementation of Kyai's dawuh as the basis of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Holding regular recitations for the general public, 3) preparing books and distributing them for free or for a fee, 4) Islamic boarding school alumni forming the IKSAN organization, 5) complete educational facilities through development activities, improvements and management programs, maintenance and development of facilities. 6) pluralism and multiculturalism by instilling these values, whether written in the curriculum or not, and in real practice.

Abstract

Education began with the classical view of ancient Greek philosophy regarding logical truth, in the medieval period there was a restriction on freedom of thought by the church on the grounds that truth could not be produced by reason as happened in the ancient Greek period, after that came the modern period called the renaissance , namely the school of thought. rationalism which prioritizes reason as a source of knowledge. From knowledge that continues to develop, new ideas and knowledge emerge that make the world of education activities increasingly complex. This history-based educational theory research uses a qualitative approach with a type of bibliographic research so as to present accurate historical facts in accordance with theory from various historical experts' points of view. The science developed in western education is philosophy which is formed as a reference for their thinking, which will give rise to thoughts characterized by materialism, idealism, secularism and rationalism.
