Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Quizizz learning media on students' critical thinking skills in the subject of Informatics at SMP Negeri 5 Kuningan. This research uses a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design involving two groups, namely the experimental group that is treated using the Quizizz media and the control group that uses the lecture method. Data will be collected through pretests and posttests to measure the improvement in students' critical thinking skills. The data collection technique in this research is using a questionnaire to determine the effectiveness of the Quizizz media on students' critical thinking skills. The results of the study are expected to provide a positive contribution to the development of more interactive and effective learning methods. Based on the hypothesis test, the average value of the results of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class was 78.70, while the control group was 60.83. The results of the t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of Quizizz learning media on students' critical thinking skills and is included in the good category. The results of the distribution of student response questionnaires to see the influence of the use of Quizizz learning media on students' critical thinking skills with the results of the analysis stated that the overall average percentage was 81% and was included in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Work Engagement on Organizational Commitment, mediated by Job Satisfaction. The research employs an associative approach involving 104 respondents who are employees of the Regional Health Office in Demak Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The population consists of 139 employees, and the sample of 104 was determined using Roscoe's formula (1975). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with the criterion that employees must have worked for more than two years. The data were processed using SPSS version 23, and the analysis techniques included respondent and variable descriptions, validity and reliability tests, F-test, R² test, and t-test. The findings show that Organizational Culture has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Work Engagement also has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Additionally, Organizational Culture positively affects Job Satisfaction, and Work Engagement positively influences Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction also mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment, as well as the relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN 2 Tangerang dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media film pendek terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experiment jenis Nonequivalent Control Group Design dan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling . Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 38 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 38 siswa kelas kontrol. Pada saat perlakuan diberikan, untuk tahap posttest kelas eksperimen menggunakan media film pendek sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan media lingkungan. Media film pendek yang digunakan adalah Es Krim Terakhir dari Ayah I Bensurvive Series karya MOP Channel tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 90,87 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 85,63. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t jenis uji sampel independen menghasilkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) = < 0,001 lebih kecil (<) α = 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa H 0 ditolak dan H 1 diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media film pendek berjudul Es Krim Terakhir dari Ayah I Bensurvive Series karya MOP Channel tahun 2024 terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas X di MAN 2 Tangerang.

Abstract

The role of parents is very important in improving reading skills for students considering that children need the role of their parents more. This research aims to describe the role of parents in improving reading skills for class VII Ibnu Khaldun students at Permata Hati Islamic Middle School, Tangerang Regency and to describe the reading skills of class VII Ibnu Khaldun students at Permata Hati Islamic Middle School, Tangerang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive research methods. The subjects in this research were 5 parents of students, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) the role of parents in improving reading skills is by becoming a teacher for their children and providing a positive influence, (2) the reading ability of students at Permata Hati Islamic Middle School is based on the results of researchers' observations that were carried out in the parents of the students, and the five children studied by the researchers found that there was one child who was still not skilled in reading skills for junior high school age children and this was proven by the results of the Indonesian language report card which still got the standard KKM score of 78

Abstract

The Ngalun Aik tradition has strong roots and has become an identity in the life of the people of Aik Dewa Village. On the other hand, the spring in Aik Dewa Village not only acts as a source of clean water for daily needs but also plays an important role in local rituals and beliefs related to survival. Therefore, the role of local traditions such as Ngalun Aik is becoming increasingly important to explore and understand in spring conservation efforts. This research uses a qualitative approach to gain an understanding of the educational value of spring conservation in the Ngalun Aik tradition. The respondents in this research involved six male and four female key persons, representing religious leaders, traditional leaders, community leaders, and groups of young men and women. Based on documentation, observation, and interview findings, it can be concluded that the Ngalun Aik tradition in Aik Dewa Village is not only a cultural ritual but also a strong educational platform about the importance of environmental conservation and natural resource management. Through ritual processions, people express their appreciation for water sources as sacred gifts of nature. This tradition teaches the educational values of maintaining water quality, sustainable water management, and environmental awareness to the younger generation. Ngalun Aik also strengthens cultural ties, spirituality, and ecological awareness in the community.

Abstract

When interpreting the Qur'an, a mufassir needs a paradigm and a foundation as the procedures and stages that become his reference. This paper attempts to discuss the paradigm and concept of interpretation promoted by Dawam Rahardjo, namely al-Fātiḥah as the Qur'an in a nutshell which is contained in the work of the Ensiklopedi Al-Quran: Tafsir Sosial Berdasarkan Konsep-Konsep Kunci. Two objectives in this study, first, the arguments that make al-Fātiḥah a paradigm and the extent to which these arguments can be justified. Second, steps, systematics and forms of interpretation by positioning al-Fātiḥah as a paradigm and its shortcomings in interpreting the Qur'an. This research is in the form of library research in the form of descriptive-analysis and uses content analysis as the analytical method used. This discussion concludes that there are two verses of the Qur'an, namely QS. Ali Imran (03): 07 and QS. al-Hijr (15): 87 as the basis and form three conceptual frameworks of al-Fātiḥah as a paradigm of interpretation of the Qur'an, namely the term ummu al-kitab as the attribution of surah al-Fātiḥah, the two ummu al-kitab referred to as muḥkām and the last term al-sab'u al-maṡāni which is also understood as al-Fātiḥah. The weakness in the argument that is built is in the redefinition of muḥkām or mutasyabīh which do not have clear standards and references. While the form of interpretation with this concept ends with a systematic form of thematic presentation with two steps or procedures, namely departing from the key terms in Surat al-Fātiḥah (inductive) and starting from other than Surat al-Fātiḥah then returning to Surat al-Fātiḥah (deductive). The first procedure has difficulties in developing the -evolutionist dimension-, while the second procedure will be very subjective because of the difficulty of matching the interpreted verse with the terms in Surah al-Fātiḥah.

Abstract

This qualitative research elaborates that Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is Indonesia's most prominent Islamic organization, contributing to the green pesantren. This article also explores NU's change, challenge, and contribution through Pesantren in environmental and ecological issues. The primary data in this research methodology are interviews and documents. The secondary data includes other resources that are relevant to this research, such as articles, books, and news. This research shows that NU, through the Green Pesantren program, is trying to contribute to being part of the problem solver on environmental, ecological, and climate change issues. This article also explains green pesantren as an answer to the debate about the relationship between Islam, ecology, and the environment. The concern of green pesantrenis is not only in the teaching and learning aspects of Islamic doctrine and individual piety but also in today's environmental, ecological, and human problems. In this context, the roles and functions of kiai, pesantren students, and alums in addressing environmental and ecological issues are multifaceted. They combine education, community engagement, religious perspectives, advocacy, practical solutions, and role modeling to effect meaningful change and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Abstract

Keberadaan pendidikan mata pelajaran sejarah  memiliki peran strategis dalam  mewujudkan tujuan pendidkan nasional. Namun dalam tataran implementasi, konsepsi ideal tersebut masih banyak menemui  kendala. Kecendrungannya,  pembelajaran sejarah pada saat-saat tertentu dan pada kelas-kelas tertentu kurang menggembirakan. Ketika pembelajaran sejarah mengedepankan model ataupun metode pembelajaran yang monoton, seringkali berbagai permasalahan muncul.  Suasana kelas menjadi kurang dinamis dan siswa sangat pasif serta terasa bahwa guru seperti mengajar beberapa orang saja. Munculnya berbagai pemasalahan seperti di sebutkan   di atas menginspirasi peneliti mengkaji salah satu  model atau metode dalam pembelajaran sejarah yang disebut dengan model Jigsaw Plus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah materi  orde  reformsi melalui penerapan model Jigsaw Plus pada siwa kelas XII IPS 3  SMA Negeri 1 Selong tahun pembelajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dilaksanakan di kelas XII IPS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Selong, waktu pelaksanaan pada bulan Januari  sampai  dengan bulan Maret  2018 dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak 33 orang siswa. Faktor yang diselidiki meliputi faktor siswa dan faktor guru, Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi  dan tes, serta  teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Jigsaw Plus dalam pembelajaran Masa Orde Reformasi  telah berhasil meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas XII IPS 3  SMA Negeri 1 Selong tahun pembelajaran 2017/2018.

Abstract

Generasi muda merupakan aset berharga sebuah bangsa, peran generasi muda dalam perbaikan lingkungan sangat diharapkan demi terlaksananya pembangunan berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development). Salah satu gerbang dalam menyiapkan generasi muda yang melek ekologi adalah melalui pendidikan, dalam pendidikan terdapat pembelajaran yang merupakan metode trasfer nilai dan pengetahuan dari pendidik ke anak didik (siswa) tentang pentingnya konservasi alam dalam kehidupan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan pentingnya kegiatan konservasi di wilayah hutan bagi para siswa dan masyarakat di sekitar hutan serta untuk mengajak semua komponen masyarakat untuk melakukan akasi penanaman bersama bibit pohon sebagai implementasi pendidikan konservasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan model desain pembelajaran instruksional ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi pendidikan konservasi sangat didukung oleh pemerintah desa dan mitra kerja lainnya seperti DLHK Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, Yayasan Pendidikan Hamzanwadi PPD NWDI Pancor, sekolah menengah, kelompok pemuda dan pokdarwis serta elemen masyarakat di sekitar lokasi kegiatan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya peserta yang ikut dalam kegiatan penanaman dan banyaknya bibit pohon yang berhasil ditanam dan dibagikan ke warga sekitar.

Abstract

Climate change is an environmental phenomenon that poses various threats to human life. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent the impacts of climate change, including by establishing the Climate Village Program (ProKlim). Community participation and collaboration is one of the important indicators in supporting the successful implementation of Proklim. Proklim Temayang is one of the Proklim groups in Montong Betok Village, Montong Gading District, which is currently proposing to level up to the main level. In order to carry out the preparation and data collection, cooperation was carried out in terms of group assistance with academics from the Environmental Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Hamzanwadi University. Some of the activities carried out during the group's assistance were training and website development, making profile videos, and assisting in surveying and collecting regional spectrum data. The data covered are all data related to climate change adaptation and mitigation actions. The general and technical data were then inputted into the national registry system (SRN) through the spectrum application guided by personnel from the Bali Nusra Regional Directorate General of Climate Change Control (PPI). The last stage is the visitation process to verify the actual data and facts by the authorized party to be awarded
