Abstract

This study aims to analyze the representation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and teacher performance at SMP Taman Siswa Pematangsiantar, as well as evaluate the influence of OCB on teacher performance. The research employs a quantitative design with a descriptive approach through literature and field studies, involving a population of 24 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using normality tests, descriptive analysis, and quantitative analysis. The results indicate that OCB and teacher performance are categorized as good. Furthermore, it was found that OCB has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. The relationship between OCB and teacher performance is strong, with OCB making a significant contribution to explaining the teacher performance variable. These findings highlight the strategic role of OCB in enhancing teacher performance, making the optimization of OCB a crucial factor in improving the quality of education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengatahui implementasi Peraturan Bupati Situbondo Nomor 45 Tahun 2022 Tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di UPT Puskesmas SitubondoKecamatan Situbondo Kabupaten Situbondo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kualitatif secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian bahwa 1) Sasaran dari program pencegahan stunting adalah Ibu hamil dan anak-anak usia 0-2 tahun atau rumah tanggal dengan seribu hari pertama kelahiran. 2) Kegiatan percepatan penurunan stunting melalui intervensi spesifik meliputi pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) Rematri, pemeriksaan kesehatan dan status gizi dan spesifik meliputi pemeriksaan kesehatan calon pengantin, pemberian TTD, pelaksanaan screening imunisasi tetanus toksoid (TT) serta pemberian imunisasi TT wanita usia subur. 3) Strategi pendekatannya melalui strategi edukasi kesehatan dan gizi melalui kemandirian keluarga. Penyuluhan dengan kemandirian keluarga melalui peningkatan kemampuan untuk mengenali, menilai dan melakukan tindakan secara mandiri yang didampingi oleh tenaga kesehatan dan community provider, secara berkala, kontinyu dan terintegrasi. 4) Sumber pembiayaan Percepatan Penurunan Stunting berasal dari anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah, anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa dan/atau sumber lain yang sah sesuai dengan ketentuan Peraturan perundang-undangan. 5) Pembinaan dan pengawasan dilakasnakan Bupati melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan program pencegahan Stunting.

Abstract

The emergence of electric vehicles in distribution and logistics activities has brought significant benefits due to their unique characteristics, such as energy-efficient and lower carbon emissions. In the perspective of vehicle routing problem, electric vehicles pose challenging constraints regarding the limited battery capacity, and thus their traveling ranges, and the availability of charging stations. In this paper, we propose a model of the fleet electric vehicle routing problem (EVRP) with soft time windows, where a mixed integer linear programming framework is implemented in model formulation. The objective of mathematical programming is to minimize the total operational cost, which consists of a fixed cost, a traveling cost, a battery charging cost, and probably a penalty cost due to time window violation. We implement our model in two simple cases, namely homogeneous and heterogeneous fleets EVRPs, characterized by loading and battery capacities. Each case consists of one depot, five customers, two electric vehicles, and two charging stations. Optimal routes are obtained using the well-known branch-and-bound method under Lingo 17.0. It is found that the existence of charging stations may affect the routes selection and the implementation of soft time windows rather than hard time windows has been proven to increase the feasibility of routing problem.

Abstract

Program Pamsimas merupakan salah satu program aksi nyata pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam meningkatkan penyediaan air minum, sanitası, dan meningkatkan nilai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam masyarakat. Desa Blimbing merupakan salah satu desa penerima Program Pamsimas di Kabupaten Situbondo. Program Pamsimas di Desa Blimbing hanya berada di Dusun Kesambi. Hal tersebut terjadi karena Dusun Kesambi terletak di ujung Desa Blimbing, yang secara geografis Desa Blimbing berada pada dataran tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi Program Pamsimas di Desa Blimbing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yakni dengan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang fokus penelitian. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi Program Pamsimas di Desa Blimbing belum sepenuhnya berhasil dalam penyediaan air minum 100% terlayani dan meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat berbagai kendala. Adanya misscommunication antar aktor pelaksana tingkat desa dengan masyarakat, yang diakibatkan sosialisasi dilaksanakan di pagi hari. Sumber daya manusia tingkat desa kurang memadai disebabkan oleh minimnya pendidikan anggota tim KPSPAM Desa Blimbing. Disposisi dalam penelitian ini dimana para aktor pelaksana Program Pamsimas tingkat kabupaten dan desa memiliki komitmen yang baik dalam implementasi Program Pamsimas di Desa Blimbing. Struktur birokrasi meliputi Dinas PUPP Kabupaten Situbondo sebagai leading sektor pelaksana Program Pamsimas Kabupaten Situbondo, Dinas Kesehatan sebagai pengujian kualitas air yang akan dialirkan ke masyarakat, pihak desa dan tim KPSPAM Desa Blimbing sebagai pelaksana dan fasilitator Program Pamsimas tingkat desa.

Abstract

Ethnomathematics is the finding of mathematics in the cultural values of a place. Indonesia has many kinds of cultures, and ethnomathematics research has been done in some areas of Indonesia. This study aims to identify the cultural forms and mathematical materials found in ethnomathematical research in Indonesia. The research method used is a literature review. The stages of the research method included selecting a topic, developing tools of argumentation, searching the literature, surveying the literature, critiquing the literature, and writing the thesis. The instruments used were Google Scholar, the search engine, and the NVivo application. The number of articles analyzed was 88 articles. These articles represent the culture spread across 34 provinces of Indonesia. The research results obtained are cultural forms containing mathematical material, including ideas, activities, and artifacts. Mathematical materials explored in these cultures include statistics, trigonometry, vector, algebra, arithmetic, one-dimensional geometry, two-dimensional geometry, three-dimensional geometry, coordinate geometry, transformation geometry, calculus, logic, and opportunity. The complexity of the culture and material found in mathematics shows that ethnomathematical research can be developed in all forms of culture and applied in various mathematics learning materials.

Abstract

Management and communication are two vital things an educational institution needs to pay attention to to achieve organisational goals. Communication helps managerial functions to run effectively. Important communication is in every stage of the management function, from planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, communication guarantees that there is no interruption of information in every management, including educational institutions such as schools. This paper seeks to explore and obtain information about organizational communication management. The type of research used in this paper is literature research (literary study) in which theory is taken from library data and then studied and examined in obtaining contents to obtain objective results. A literature study found that a school has several organisational communication management strategies that are optimal and effective in achieving organisational goals, including those of Islamic schools. First, in order to be an effective school, all systems in an organisation must carry out their respective functions properly. Second, whatever the pattern of organisational communication in schools, the most important thing in an organisation is the direction of communication that is able to accommodate the flow of information. Third, to become an effective school, school management must be able to overcome communication barriers with various strategies. Fourth, religious values play an important role in the context of Islamic schools through prophetic communication. This will form a noble culture of Islamic educational organizations that support organizational communication management so that a school transforms into an excellent and effective school. Manajemen dan komunikasi adalah dua hal vital yang perlu diperhatikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Komunikasi membantu fungsi-fungsi manajerial agar berjalan dengan efektif. Komunikasi penting berada dalam setiap tahapan fungsi manajemen, mulai dari planning (perencanaan), organizing (pengorganisasian), actuating (implementasi/ pelaksanaan), dan controlling (pengawasan). Selain itu, komunikasi menjamin tidak adanya keterputusan informasi dalam setiap manajemen, termasuk lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah. Tulisan ini berupaya menggali dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai manajemen komunikasi organisasi di sekolah, termasuk di sekolah Islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah literature research (studi literatur) dimana teori diambil dari data-data kepustakaan lalu dikaji dan ditelaah dalam memperoleh konsepsi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang objektif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada sejumlah strategi manajemen komunikasi organisasi di sebuah sekolah agar optimal dan efektif dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pertama, agar menjadi sekolah yang efektif seluruh sistem dalam sebuah organisasi harus menjalankan masing-masing fungsinya dengan baik. Kedua, apapun pola komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan di sekolah, hal terpenting dari sebuah organisasi adalah bagaimana arah komunikasi dalam pola tersebut mampu mewadahi seluruh kelancaran informasi. Ketiga, untuk menjadi sebuah sekolah yang efektif, manajerial sekolah harus mampu mengatasi hambatan komunikasi dengan berbagai macam strategi. Keempat, ada peran penting dari nilai-nilai agama dalam konteks sekolah Islam dalam bentuk komunikasi profetik akan membentuk budaya mulia organisasi pendidikan Islam yang mendukung manajemen komunikasi organisasi sehingga sebuah sekolah bertransformasi menjadi sekolah yang unggul dan efektif.

Abstract

The development of online tutoring services suggests that Indonesian education faces significant challenges. The purpose of this study is to investigate the issue of educational affordability that arises as a result of the creation of numerous tutoring services in Indonesia. This study used a descriptive research model and a qualitative methodology. This research data takes the form of literature from studies on the existence of elementary school tutoring institutions in Indonesia with all its issues, which are examined from a phenomenological point of view. The findings indicated that public mistrust in the caliber of education provided in formal schools contributed to the rise of online tutoring services at the elementary school level. Students are beginning to choose to employ online tutoring services due to tedious coursework and the ineffectiveness of learning implementation in traditional elementary schools. This article suggests that the government cooperate with the private sector and education innovators to create media and learning methods that are efficient, enjoyable, and still affordable for everyone to address the deficiencies in Indonesia's formal education system.

Abstract

The problem in this research is there are students who do not follow and come late in following online learning during this covid-19 pandemic according to the determined schedule. The purpose of this research is to observe how the interest level of PJOK learning of tenth grade students SMA Negeri 7 Padang during covid 19 pandemic. The kind of this research is qualitatif using descriptive method. Population in this research are 435 students. Sampling technique is using random sampling, so the number of sample in this research are 81 students of tenth grade SMA Negeri 7 Padang. The technique of analysis uses persentage. The research result is the student interest in followimg PJOK learning ini SMA negeri 7 Padang during covid 19 pandemic is included in enough category there are 25 students with 30.86% presentage, in high category are 52 students witj 64.20% presentage, ini very high category are 4 students with 4.94% percentage. Overall, the clasification of PJOK learning level is included in high catogory with respondent achievement level is 64.20% .

Abstract

This research is aimed to explore the cultural elements especially in Sasak architectures in Lombok Island such as a home living (Bale), worship building (masjid), lumbung (sambi) in ethnomathematics point of view. This research uses qualitative approach with cognitive (anthropology cognitive). The interviewees are the experienced custom leader and humanists who has conducted the research on Sasak society. Meanwhile, the data collection method used the participant, observation and documentation. Data analysis on this research is not only based on the researcher is interpretation but also the idea structure of the society. This research shows the evidence of sensitivity on the use of numbers practiced by Sasak ancestor long time ago in doing the measurement using their anthropometric ability (Ethnomathematics). The architecture products of sasak society also describe that sasak society is more focus on the process than the final products itself which describes the consistency in conducting role and cultural device which control the desire of individual construction.
