Abstract

Water henna flower (Impatiens balsamina L.) is a plant that is very easy to grow in the yard of the house. This plant is found in the northern hemisphere, India and mainland Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. The use of rice husk mulch is one of the most beneficial agricultural wastes. However, farmers often think that the husks are agricultural waste that can only be used as fertilizer, ash, or animal feed in addition to suppressing weed growth. The research objectives were : (1) To determine the effect of different weights of rice husk mulch on the growth and yield of water henna plants, (2) To determine the best weight of mulch on the growth and yield of water henna plants. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 6 treatments which were repeated 4 times. The data were analyzed by ANOVA or analysis of variance and if they were significantly different, the BNT test was continued with 5%. The use of rice husk mulch gave a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, total fresh weight of pane flowers, total oven dry weight of harvested flowers, total plant fresh weight, total oven dry weight of plants, and number of weeds. Rice husk mulch weight of 750 g (S5) gave the best results on total fresh weight of harvested flowers 121.55 g, total oven dry weight of harvested flowers 4.27 g total plant fresh weight of 1272.25 g, total oven dry weight of 3.75 g.

Abstract

Bali salak fruit is one of the preferred fruit plants and has good prospects for cultivation. and the production of salak fruit is very large. This study, entitled "Identification of the quality and shelf-life of several types of salak Bali (Salacca zalacca var. Amboenensis)" was carried out at the center of salak development in Sibetan Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali. This study aimed to identify the quality and shelf life of several types of Balinese salak in Sibetan Karangasem. And get the type of salak bali which has the best quality and weight of the shelf life of salak fruit. This study used randomized block design (RAK) using 8 treatments which were repeated 4 times so as to get 32 treatments, the results of the identification of the quality and weight of the shelf life of salak fruit gave a very significant effect on the number of bunches of fruit, fruit weight, shelf life weight, and had an effect on significantly on the weight of the bunch, the thickness of the flesh and the level of acidity in the medium, the low level of TPT (total dissolved solids), and the high level of vitamin C. And the salak fruit that has the best quality and shelf-life weight is sugar salak with a mass of 48.75 g, and the quality of salak acid content of granulated sugar with a value of 18.3 pH, TPT (total dissolved solids) with a value of 0.34, and vitamin C content with a value of 199.61 mg

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), menganalisis, dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh ketujuh aspek resiliensi terhadap resiliensi individu. Analisis dan pengujian menggunakan instrumen skala resiliensi personal dengan mengadopsi dari teori yang dikembangkan oleh Reivich dan Shatte. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMA/SMK di DIY, dengan pengambilan sampel minimum menggunakan rumus Lamshow sebanyak 249 guru SMA/SMK dengan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.54. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY dengan mendasarkan pada tujuh faktor resiliensi individu yaitu aspek emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Hasil analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan adalah aspek keempat (optimism), aspek kedua (impulse control), aspek keenam (aspect self efficacy), aspek ketiga (aspect empathy), aspek kelima (aspect causal analysis). Adapun aspek resiliensi individu guru SMA/SMK di DIY yang memiliki pengaruh terendah pada aspek ketujuh (reaching out) dan aspek kesatu (emotional regulation). Resilience of high school/vocational school teachersThe purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the individual resilience of SMA/SMK teachers in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta(DIY), analyze and empirically test the influence of the seven aspects on individual resilience using the individual resilience scale instrument adopted from Reivich and Shatte. The research population was all high school teachers in Yogyakarta, with a minimum sampling using the Lamshow formula of 249 high school teachers with purposive sampling technique and data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the help of Lisrel 8.54 software. The main finding of the research is the individual resilience of high school teachers in Yogyakarta, which looks at seven individual resilience factors: emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, causal analysis, empathy, self-efficacy, and reaching out. Based on the results of SEM analysis, explain that the most dominant aspects of individual resilience of high school teachers in DIY are the fourth aspect (aspect of optimism), the second aspect (aspect of impulse control), the sixth aspect (aspect of self-efficacy), the third aspect (aspect empathy), the fifth aspect (aspect causal analysis), and the lowest in the seventh aspect (aspect reaching out) and the first aspect (aspect emotional regulation.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan ialah program perlindungan sosial yang bisa meringankan dan membantu penduduk miskin terbawah untuk mendapatkan akses layanan pendidikan, kesehatan yang diharapkan bisa menurunkan penduduk miskin. PKH ini juga tujuannya untuk membantu warga, karena program ini mensejahterakan anak yang tidak mengenyam pendidikan. Selain lewat pendidikan, PKH pula ingin mensejahterakan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dengan memberikan dana untuk pembiayaan pendidikan, kesehatan, disabilitas dan lansia. Namun tidak dapat dijadikan acuan bahwasanya program tersebut membantu sepenuhnya dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat tetapi ada faktor lainnya juga, seperti bantuan pemerintah yang lain. Dari hasil penelitian pada evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Tenggir Kecamatan Panji pada periode 2018 diukur menurut kriteria penilaian (evaluasi), diperoleh hasil yang cukup memberi kepuasan. Yang terpenting dari menjalankan evaluasi ialah harus berdasarkan dari indikator hasil serta juga dampak yang akan muncul dari program itu. Mengacu hasil penelitian, program ini sanggup membantu menurunkan kebutuhan hidup Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM). dan terjadi penyusutan penerima program yang pada periode 2017 ada 111 peserta serta pada periode 2018 menurun menjadi 106 peserta saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the time token learning model on the students' interest in learning mathematics at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population of this study were all students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan, totaling 142 students. While the samples used in this study were students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan class VIII-1, amounting to 34 students. This research uses quantitative research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data analysis technique used in this study is the normality test using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test and hypothesis testing using the t test. the tested data will be processed using the SPSS program.  The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the time token learning model on students' interest in learning mathematics at SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan class VIII-1. This can be seen from the results of hypothesis testing using t-test with tcount > ttable at level =0.05, namely 9.595> 2.034. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted

Abstract

Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) yang sangat berperan dalam menentukan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Desa pembangunan desa serta pembinaan masyarakat desa, maka para Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) harus memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dan wawasan yang sesuai dan lebih baik, sehingga tingkat keberhasilan pembangunan dapat dicapai dengan maksimal. Kehadiran BPD telah memberikan harapan dengan keberlangsungan demokrasi desa. BPD berperan bukan sebagai tangan panjang dari pemerintah, tetapi lebih merupakan tangan panjang dari masyarakat sekaligus perantara antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektifitas fungsi pengawasan badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam melaksanakan Pembangunan infrastruktur Di Desa Klabang Kecamatan Klabang Kabupaten Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitiatif, dengan mengadakan pengamatan tentang suatu fenomena alamiah dengan pengumpulan data mengguanakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Desa Klabang Kecamatan Klabang Kabupaten Bondowoso. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa : 1) kuantitas kerja semua anggota hanya beberapa anggota saja yang memiliki moral kerja yang baik untuk menjalankan tugasnya, 2) kualitas kerja kurang optimalnya sehingga ada program yang tidak terselesaikan dengan baik, 3) pemanfaatan waktu dalam pembangunan lancar tidak menemui kendala namun kurang memanfaatkan waktu dalam dilaksanakannya musrenbang, 4) Sumber daya manusia dalam keanggotaan BPD kurang memenuhi standar dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya.

If such a concept is applied with a full commitment, a learning society will result. A learning society can reflect an educated society, which can be attained through formal or non formal institutions. An educated society will produce morale and ethics, and a society with morale and ethics is one with a character and a self-esteem as a nation. It is what people in the world aspire.

Abstract

Every subject matters contains the elements of value and meaning, and is very good to give them to the students. Through this knowledge, they have been invited from the beginning to develop their spiritual intelligence. In order to develop the spiritual intelligence, the process of education should make the students to he common to ask "why"; to try to find the relationship among the present things, to find the meaning behind and within something in order that they can feel some more things that they have studied to be useful and meaningful for their living, either at this moment or at the next moment.

Abstract

Character has been a serious issue that has been pursued for improvement since the 2003 curriculum until the independent curriculum. However, these efforts have not yet resulted in significant achievements. The purpose of writing this article is to describe efforts to penetrate Acehnese cultural values in learning to Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students so that they have a sense of pride in their own local culture. The researcher used a qualitative research type, with a literature study method. The results found that narit maja can be used as one of the sources to foster noble character values in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Of course, through a review of the theme or subject matter to match the narit maja to be given. Educational methods that can be used by teachers to strengthen noble moral character through narit maja are storytelling, exemplary, advice, habituation, reward, discussion, and the introduction of rules that must be agreed upon so as not to violate religious norms and general customs. The recommendation of this research is that narit maja can be included in the Aceh education curriculum, as local content. So that students are not unfamiliar with their own local culture.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika siswa pada materi pecahan sederhana di Kelas V SDN 50 Bengkalis dengan menggunakan media audiovisual. Hal tersebut didasari oleh kurangnya aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung yang berimbas kepada hasil belajar siswa yang kurang pula. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan selama II siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan tahap masing-masing siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterampilan guru dalam mengajar terjadi peningkatan pada siklus II dengan mendapatkan skor 47 yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa juga terjadi peningkatan yang pada siklus II dengan mendapatkan skor 24, hal ini termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa, siklus I pertemuan 1, diperoleh persentase ketuntasan 67%, pada siklus I pertemuan 2 diperoleh 67 %, dan pada siklus II diperoleh 93%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Matematika yang meliputi keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: ,
