Abstract

Setiap perusahaan, baik yang bergerak dibidang produk ataupun jasa, mempunyai tujuan untuk tetap hidup dan berkembang, tujuan tersebut dapat dicapai melalui upaya untuk dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan keuntungan atau laba operasional perusahaan. Konsep pemasaran berpedoman untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai tujuan perusahaan terdiri dari penentuan kebutuhan dan keinginan pasar sasaran. Persaingan tersebut tentunya tidak dapat dihindari oleh setiap perusahaan, semakin tinggi tingkat persaingan akan semakin tinggi pula tingkat kreativitas suatu perusahaan. Maka dari itu setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi yang baik untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan menerapkan strategi manajemen pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis lingkungan produk Keripik Usus UD Dapur 4 Bersaudara, 2) menganalisis architecture UD Dapur 4 Bersaudara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder (dari hasil riset sebelumnya). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis lingkungan UD Dapur 4 bersaudara dengan menggunakan analisis 4C diamond dan analisis Architecture menggunakan 9 Core Element.

Abstract

UMKM Bayu Alam merupakan salah satu UMKM di Jombang Jawa Timur yang telah mampu membantu perekonomian keluarga. Suatu usaha akan menemukan risiko-risiko yang perlu dipertimbangkan dan diperbaiki, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko usaha pada UMKM Bayu Alam dan menyusun strategi solutif untuk mengatasi risiko tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan perhitungan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) untuk mengetahui risiko-risiko prioritas yang dihadapi pemilik UMKM Bayu Alam. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa risiko dalam setiap proses usaha mulai dari risiko produksi, operasional, keuangan, dan pasar. Ditemukan beberapa risiko dengan nilai yang tinggi berdasarkan nilai RPN. Risiko dengan nilai RPN tertinggi adalah pencapaian target produksi dengan nilai sebesar 210. Risiko yang terpilih mendapatkan strategi rekomendasi yakni memberi jadwal untuk target produksi, pembaharuan model kemasan, memperluas jaringan pemasok bahan baku dan pendukung lainnya, menambahkan bahan pelindung dalam proses pengiriman barang, selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik, harga diskon, dan memperluas jaringan pemasaran. Beberapa saran strategi tersebut dapat dilakukan secara bergiliran maupun bersamaan yang bergantung pada waktu dan kebutuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Sasak local cultural values in character education as a strategy to strengthen students’ social attitudes at SD ‘Aisyiyah 1 Mataram. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and the principal, and documentation of learning activities. The results revealed that local cultural values such as mutual cooperation, politeness, and responsibility were integrated into teaching-learning activities, religious practices, and daily habits at school. This integration effectively fostered positive social behaviors among students, including respect, environmental awareness, and cooperation. Implementing character education based on Sasak local culture proved to be an effective strategy to reinforce students’ cultural identity and social attitudes in the primary school context.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberadaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Mantar sudah terbentuk, namun masih memiliki kendala dalam pelaksanaan program. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memotivasi melalui pelatihan pembentukan dan pengembangan badan usaha milik desa berbasis wisata budaya pada Desa Mantar.  Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi berupa penyampaian materi dan tanya jawab. Hasil  Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini diketahui bahwa melalui pelatihan pembentukan dan pengembangan BUMDes sudah berjalan lancar dan memiliki dampak positif terutama peningkatan SDM dan sarana pengembangan dalam mengembangkan potensi desa. hasil Kedepan diperlukan program lanjutan yang bersifar aksi nyata dan sumber pendanaan yang mampu membantu BUMDes dapat berjalan dan mengembangkan program secara berkelanjutan.  Kata kunci: pelatihan; pembentukan; pengembangan; dan BUMDes ABSTRACTThe existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Mantar Village has been formed, but still has problems in implementing the program. The purpose of this activity is to motivate through training the formation and development of cultural tourism-based village-owned enterprises in Mantar Village. The method used is socialization in the form of delivery of material and questions and answers. The results of this Community Service show that through training the formation and development of BUMDes has been running smoothly and has a positive impact, especially increasing human resources and development facilities in developing village potential. In the future, a follow-up program is needed that is real action and a source of funding that is able to help BUMDes run and develop programs in a sustainable manner. Keywords: training; formation; development; and BUMDes

Abstract

Climate change poses serious challenges to agricultural production, particularly for smallholder farmers who depend on climate-sensitive farming systems. Increasing climate variability, irregular rainfall patterns, and prolonged dry seasons have heightened the vulnerability of agricultural activities, especially in dryland areas. This study aims to identify climate change adaptation strategies adopted by household farmers and analyze the factors influencing their adoption in Sumenep Regency, East Java. Primary data were collected from 120 farmers using a multistage sampling technique through structured interviews covering farmers’ socio-economic characteristics and adaptation practices. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to identify the types of adaptation strategies implemented by farmers, while a Multivariate Probit model was applied to examine the determinants of farmers’ adoption decisions. The results show that farmers implement several adaptation strategies with different adoption levels. Crop rotation is the most widely adopted strategy, followed by adjusting planting times and using climate-resistant crop varieties. In contrast, water-saving irrigation is the least adopted strategy due to limited irrigation infrastructure. The econometric results indicate that farming experience, participation in farmer groups, and access to mobile banking significantly influence farmers’ decisions to adopt climate adaptation strategies. Strengthening farmer institutions, improving financial inclusion, and enhancing agricultural extension services are therefore crucial to improve farmers’ adaptive capacity and promote more resilient agricultural systems in climate-vulnerable regions.

Abstract

Food insecurity remains a persistent challenge among rural agricultural households, particularly among smallholder farmers whose livelihoods depend on unstable agricultural markets and limited institutional support. In dairy-producing regions of Indonesia, contract farming has emerged as a potential institutional mechanism to improve farmers’ market access and stabilize income. However, empirical evidence on how participation in dairy contract farming affects household resilience to food insecurity remains limited. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the factors influencing smallholder dairy farmers’ decisions to participate in contract farming and to examine differences in household food insecurity between contract farming participants and non-participants in Malang Regency, East Java. This study uses primary data collected from 100 smallholder dairy farming households through direct interviews using a multistage sampling technique in two dairy production centers: Pujon and Jabung. A Probit regression model was applied to analyze the determinants of contract farming adoption, and an independent-samples t-test was used to examine differences in household food insecurity, measured using the Food Insecurity Experience Scale. The results show that education and access to credit significantly influence farmers’ participation in contract farming. Education has a negative and significant effect, indicating that farmers with higher levels of formal education are less likely to participate in contract farming, whereas access to credit has a positive and significant effect, suggesting that financial resources facilitate farmers’ engagement in contractual production systems. Furthermore, the results reveal that dairy farmers participating in contract farming experience significantly lower levels of food insecurity compared to non-contract farmers. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening institutional market arrangements and improving farmers’ access to financial services to enhance the resilience of smallholder dairy farming households to food insecurity.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic book writing has the potential to increase the productivity and quality of lecturers' work, but requires a strong foundation of academic ethics so as not to violate scientific integrity. This Community Service activity aims to increase the productivity of book writing by lecturers at Muhammadiyah University Mataram through the use of AI based on academic ethics. The activity was attended by 22 lecturers from various faculties and was carried out in three stages, namely the preparation of AI-based book writing materials and modules, the implementation of training and workshops, and evaluation and reflection. The evaluation was conducted through direct observation and a Likert scale questionnaire covering seven indicators of writing competence and motivation. The evaluation results showed excellent achievements in all indicators, with a 90.91% understanding of AI concepts, 86.36% mastery of AI tools, 88.18% technical writing skills, 92.73% writing process efficiency, academic ethics comprehension of 90.91%, training material suitability of 92.73%, and an increase in writing motivation of 94.55%. This activity was effective in improving the technical competence and ethical awareness of lecturers in AI-based academic book writing.
