Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the importance of a task/job analysis for the advancement of Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions. With the analysis of the tasks placed by each human resource in their respective positions with their respective competencies, the goals of Islamic education will be achieved. The method used in this research is qualitative in a literature study approach, while in collecting data and study materials through various books and journals and other documents relevant to the study, a conclusion is then drawn. The expected results of this discussion will later contribute to Islamic education in Islamic educational institutions to make task analysis a top priority in achieving the goals of Islamic education. There are four types of job analysis carried out by educational institutions, namely 1) Job Analysis for personal specifications, 2) Job Analysis for training purposes, 3) Job Analysis for setting rates and 4) Job Analysis for method improvements. These four are important parts carried out by Islamic educational institutions in finding human resources who really contribute to the progress of Islamic education

Abstract

One of the most important components in improving education is employees, or people who work and are paid for their work. However, employee rights are often not fulfilled properly, leading to poor performance. will greatly affect the survival of the institution in the long run. Because the teachings of Islam want their people to work hard, so that they will obtain lawful results from their work, they are very concerned about the existence of workers. The purpose of this study is to see the understanding of the reward system, the purpose of rewarding, types of rewards, the reward system and factors that affect rewards. Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in achieving the goals of an organization including schools. Existing human resources need to be managed so that they become optimal resources. Human resource management starts from the process of planning, empowering and supervising human resources. This research was conducted at SDIT Masjid Raya Floor Batu, Tanah Datar District using a qualitative descriptive method where research data were obtained from interviews with school principals and foundation supervisors. The results of this study indicate that the resource management carried out at SDIT Masjid Raya Floor Batu, Tanah Datar Regency is mosque-based management which starts from planning, empowering and supervising it. All systems, starting from weakening teachers and education staff, optimizing resources with various trainings and also supervision from school principals as well as foundation supervisors and education service supervisors have been running well. All processes carried out are oriented towards the mosque which is one of the pillars of this school. Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Mosque Based

Abstract

Development of human resources is one of the key factors in achieving sustainability and success in Islamic educational institutions. There are several ways to develop human resources in Islamic educational institutions: 1) Islamic training and workshops; 2) Professional Development Program; 3) Collaboration with Islamic Education Institutions; 4) Research and Development Activities; 5) Use of Technology in Learning and 6) Development of Islamic Leadership and Ethics. Of these several ways, halaqoh activities are one of the activities that are considered to play an important role in developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to explain halaqoh activities in Islamic educational institutions as activities in human resource development. The method used is a library research approach by reading literature and collecting research materials. The results obtained are that halaqoh activities can provide many benefits to teachers, such as being able to help improve teacher professionalism, provide experience, add insight, knowledge and skills in designing learning methods, improve the quality and quantity of worship and teacher recitation of the Qur'an and improve the ability spiritual teacher. Abstract

A library or book or book is a collection of paper or similar material containing written or printed results, bound into one material so that it is easy to read and totaling at least 48 pages. The term library then gets a prefix to become a library. Library means (a) a place, building, space provided for maintaining and using a collection of books, and so on, (b) a collection of books, magazines and other library materials that are stored for reading, study and discussion. other derivative terms such as: library materials, librarian, librarianship, and science. Library management is an effort to achieve goals by utilizing human resources, information, systems and sources of funds while taking into account management functions, roles and expertise. In order to achieve the goal, human and non-human resources are needed in the form of financial, technical, physical, equipment, natural, information, ideas, regulations and technology resources. These resources are managed through a management process that includes planning, organizing, leading and supervising the expected and dispensing of services. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of library research. Library research or library research aims to collect data and information sourced from books, scientific articles, magazines, documents, notes, and historical stories as well as other stories contained in the library room. Changes and developments in the times have positive and negative impacts that consciously change human functions and are replaced by technology. Technological changes occur in all joints and areas of life, including Islamic educational institutions. This attracts the attention of stakeholders in the field of Islamic education in determining policy directions, innovating, developing contemporary educational curricula and media and changing conventional education patterns by synergizing with changes in the current era. Changes - changes in the context of improving service quality need to be considered to answer customer requests in this case students and parents of students and be able to print quality output and improve the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership obligations in upholding justice in schools. This research was conducted at MTS Muhammadiyah, Tanah Datar. The approach used in this research is a case study. The results of the study of the principal's leadership obligations in improving justice in schools at MTS Muhammadiyahinclude a good personal approach with all school stakeholders; Planning the school as optimally as possible, analyzing challenges, obstacles and opportunities in the future; establish good cooperation with all educators, have educational efforts through collaboration, provide opportunities to improve educator practice, and encourage educator involvement in supporting school programs. These results have implications for teachers maximizing existing facilities and infrastructure to maximize the learning process, and schools already have a strong culture.

Abstract

Managing change in Islamic education is essential to ensure religious education is relevant, effective, and meets the needs of the times. Here are some steps that can be taken to manage change in Islamic education. Needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, curriculum renewal, professional development, use of technology, evaluation and assessment, inter-agency collaboration, effective communication, and openness to change. In this study, we used a type/research approach in the form of library research. Researchers use descriptive research methods because they are in accordance with the problems studied. the rapid development of the times, especially in the field of education, takes place continuously so that it is inevitable that the education system in the future will experience changes. This shows that change is critical to managing Islamic education because educational attainment is always changing and is not limited by time or geography.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to: (1) Describe the development of human resource management in the Rankar Menghazi class. (2) Describe the impact of the digital era on the development of human resource management. This research is a qualitative study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. The results of this study include the planning, implementation and evaluation processes of human resource development management in the Lunker Menghazi class. Training and development under the guidance of Tarshin Training Development. The following steps are taken to carry out personnel training for the Lancar Mengaji class. Identifying needs, setting goals, establishing programs. Management concepts were successfully implemented according to teachers' knowledge. Digitalization has a great impact on educational institutions that manage the personnel development of the Lancar Mengaji Classroom Institute. The teachers can interact and expand their knowledge through the platform

Abstract

Teamwork in the management of Islamic education in the digital era is the focus in this research. This study aims to analyze effective methods and strategies in developing teamwork in Islamic educational institutions. A qualitative approach was used by conducting in-depth interviews and observations of Islamic education management teams in several institutions. Data analysis is carried out in depth using qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that cooperation skills training, multidisciplinary team building, use of collaborative platforms, community engagement, and regular evaluations were key factors in improving teamwork. These findings make an important contribution to practical understanding in the management of Islamic education in the digital age, as well as provide practical recommendations for educational institutions to improve teamwork and quality of education.

Abstract

This article investigates various strategies used in the recruitment of educators and education personnel for effective job placement. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The subjects of the study were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out directly through observation and interviews. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that diverse approaches have been used by educational institutions and organizations to attract qualified individuals into these educational roles. An effective recruitment strategy is not just about finding academically qualified candidates, but also about considering the cultural fit and values of the organization. This article also discusses challenges in the recruitment of educators and education personnel, such as job market competition and changes in education trends. A holistic and continuous approach in the development of recruitment strategies that can adapt to the changing dynamics in the world of education and the job market. This research is in the form of interviews, literature studies, where the author collects data from various references such as books, and scientific articles.
