Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan prosedur berpikir ilmiah di kalangan siswa SMPN 2 Sijunjung, Kabupaten Sijunjung, Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini memiliki urgensi untuk memahami dampak teknologi dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran sains. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknologi, termasuk aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif dan media sosial, dalam proses belajar mengajar serta dampaknya terhadap keterampilan berpikir ilmiah siswa. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 89% siswa secara aktif memanfaatkan perangkat teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan 98% siswa melaporkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar setelah penerapan teknologi. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa teknologi tidak hanya memfasilitasi proses belajar, tetapi juga mendorong kolaborasi dan interaksi yang dinamis antara siswa dan guru, serta memperbaiki hasil akademik, khususnya dalam pelajaran sains, dengan peningkatan rata-rata nilai sebesar 30%. Namun, tantangan terkait infrastruktur dan pelatihan guru masih perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya investasi dalam infrastruktur serta program pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan agar teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir ilmiah di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas kinerja supervisor dan penilaian kinerja supervisor di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanah Datar sebagai komponen strategis untuk mendukung pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Penilaian dilakukan melalui metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengawas di kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja supervisor sudah baik dalam beberapa aspek, tetapi menghadapi kendala seperti belum memanfaatkan digitalisasi dalam penilaian kinerja. Upaya peningkatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan, penguatan evaluasi berbasis data, dan sistem penghargaan. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja supervisor guna mencapai efektivitas organisasi yang optimal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which Islamic education management principles are implemented in schools. This research uses a descriptive method which aims to describe or describe the phenomena that exist in schools. The results of this research can be concluded that the application of Islamic education management principles at SD IT Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo is quite good. Good in covering the principles of honesty, fairness, responsibility, sincerity and amar ma'ruf nahi munkar applied in carrying out activities at SD IT Al-Akhyar Muara Bungo.

Abstract

The development of human resources is needed by Islamic institutions such as Islamic boarding schools so that they can compete in this competitive era and adapt to current developments. Therefore, this research aims to study the concepts and efforts to develop human resources in Islamic boarding schools as Islamic institutions. This research method is in the form of a literature review or library research by utilizing secondary data to be used as data in research language. The findings show that efforts to develop human resource management within the Islamic boarding school can be carried out in a number of stages, namely job analysis, recruitment, selection, training and development, motivation, commitment, job satisfaction and performance assessment. The process of developing resource management is the same as for organizations and companies in general, where in Islamic boarding schools the differences only lie in the elements that form the Islamic boarding school, namely Kyai, Santri, Dormitory or Pondok, Mushola, and yellow book studies. This means that the process of managing human resources is carried out by the leadership of the Islamic boarding school, namely Kyai, who has strong religious provisions and is obeyed by all members of the Islamic boarding school. At Islamic boarding schools, it is hoped that Kyai can develop human resource management optimally so that Islamic boarding schools can produce a generation of quality students with a conducive Islamic boarding school climate and have a competitive advantage compared to other educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Alam Golden, Solok City. Recruitment is the process of obtaining a number of quality human resources to occupy a position or job. Carrying out professional and proportional recruitment will produce quality teaching staff. To examine the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Alam Golden, descriptive qualitative research was used which produces descriptive data in the form of written, spoken words and activities from the people observed. To collect data using interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis. The results of the research obtained the following results: The implementation of recruitment was quite good, here it can be seen that there were various processes carried out by the school, such as through administrative filing and tests for new prospective workers, the expected goals were mostly achieved even though there were still inhibiting factors such as it is difficult to find workers who match their academic fields with the fields needed by the school. However, in this case the school, especially the principal and other workers, are equally trying to ensure that the school remains a school that is popular with the community.

Abstract

Education is the foundation of national development. Through education, individuals can develop their potential, understand social values, and contribute to the progress of society. Quality education emphasizes not only academic aspects but also the formation of character and individual morality. In this regard, Islamic education plays a very important role because it integrates values with general knowledge. Islamic education focuses not only on the transfer of knowledge but also on the development of solid character. In the Quran, Allah SWT says, "And indeed, We have created man in the best stature" (QS. At-Tin: 4). This indicates that the goal of Islamic education is to optimize the best potential of each individual. However, despite the importance of Islamic education, the recruitment process for educators still faces major challenges, such as the lack of qualified educators in both academic and religious understanding. Additionally, many Islamic schools struggle to attract quality educators due to low salaries and inadequate facilities offered. This situation has the potential to diminish the quality of education provided to students. To address these challenges, efforts must be made to improve the recruitment quality of educators through training and professional development for teachers. Thus, Islamic education can optimally function in shaping a generation that is academically intelligent and possesses strong character and noble morals.

Abstract

Reward systems are an important component in organizations, both modern organizations and in the Islamic context. In Islam, the reward system should be based on the principles of fairness, transparency and accountability, and aim to motivate individuals to contribute their maximum and achieve common goals. This article discusses reward systems in Islam with a focus on the balance between fairness and motivation. It discusses the basic principles of Islamic reward systems, the different types of reward systems that can be used, and the challenges of implementing a fair and motivating reward system.The article also provides recommendations for designing an effective Islamic reward system, taking into account the context and needs of the organization, as well as the principles of Islamic sharia.A fair and motivating reward system is an important element in Islamic organizations. By applying Islamic principles and following the recommendations mentioned above, organizations can design a reward system that is effective and helps achieve common goals. Abstract

Studi ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengkaji teori serta praktik supervisi pendidikan dengan fokus pada transformasi peran pengawas dalam memberi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Dengan mempergunakan metode studi pustaka, studi ini menganalisa berbagai literatur serta dokumen kebijakan yang relevan untuk memahami dinamika peran pengawas pendidikan sebelum serta sesudah adanya reformasi supervisi. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika sebelum adanya transformasi, pengawas berperan sebagai pengendali administratif dengan pendekatan top-down yang kurang berdampak pada pengembangan profesional guru. Namun, seiring berkembangnya paradigma pendidikan berbasis mutu, peran pengawas berubah menjadi fasilitator, mentor, pemimpin instruksional, serta agen perubahan yang mendampingi guru dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Transformasi ini membawa implikasi positif, seperti meningkatnya kompetensi guru, efektivitas pembelajaran, serta terbentuknya komunitas belajar. Meski demikian, implementasi peran baru pengawas menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan jumlah serta kompetensi pengawas, minimnya anggaran, serta kurangnya budaya kolaboratif di sekolah. Oleh karenanya, perlu dukungan sistemik dalam bentuk pelatihan, kebijakan pendukung, serta integrasi teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi supervisi pendidikan yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: supervisi pendidikan, pengawas sekolah, mutu pembelajaran, pendidikan dasar, transformasi peran.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the still minimal collection of science, fiction and non-fiction books that can support students' science skills, so that students do not experience a significant spike in borrowing books and visiting the library at SMPN 7 Sijunjung. This study uses a qualitative method with research informants consisting of the principal, head of the library, librarian, teacher, and students with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate: (1) The management planning of the SMPN 7 Sijunjung library to improve students' science literacy skills has been planned very well because the library has conducted an analysis of needs before designing and establishing a program and improving literature collections, library facilities, planning guidance and training, conducting collaboration, and program evaluation. (2) The implementation of library management at SMPN 7 Sijunjung to improve students' science literacy skills has been carried out very well, namely by providing and updating science literacy collections, organizing science literacy programs, providing science literacy training and guidance, providing science literacy support facilities, collaborating with teachers and the science community and conducting program evaluations. (3) Evaluation of library management at SMPN 7 Sijunjung to improve students' science literacy skills has been carried out by conducting evaluations of library programs, library users and through the use of evaluation tools and techniques.
