Abstract

This study aims to determine the smart collaboration carried out by teamwork to optimize education and learning in schools. This type of research approach is qualitative which is implemented through the literary review method. This research synthesizes various relevant references such as articles, books, and other documents to answer research errors. Data collection techniques are carried out through articles sourced from Google Scholar and then analyzed. Qualitative data analysis techniques are used that consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of data analysis show that teamwork management involves the process of planning, implementing, and supervising team members to work together, communicate effectively, and build trust to achieve coordinated collective action to achieve all targets efficiently. The success of managing team performance depends on good cooperation. With solid teamwork, organizations can solve problems quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the implementation of educator recruitment management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sijunjung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Qualitative data analysis is carried out with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of this study, the data found can be concluded that the implementation of educator recruitment management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Sijunjung is carried out in a simple and familial way. The stage carried out is a needs analysis, by analyzing the environmental conditions of the madrasah in the form of existing vacancies. Position analysis, by determining the general requirements for prospective educators to fill the vacancies needed, such as S1 educational qualifications. Determine the right candidate, through external sources (from outside) the madrasah environment. Choose the most appropriate method, through recommendations from educators or madrasah staff and advertisements on social media. Summoning candidates who are considered to meet the requirements of the position Selecting prospective new educators through administrative examinations. The placement of new educators was carried out directly to fill the positions needed at that time in accordance with the decision of the head of the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies used for the optimization of human resources in Islamic education planning. The method used is literature review. This research is a type of research that collects data from literature. Data collection techniques through references to books, journals, and websites. The initial step of this research is to study the data from previous research related to human resource planning. Data collection through books, journals, and websites. processing data. Data analysis is carried out with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the optimization of human resources in Islamic education planning is a crucial step to face the challenges of globalization and technological development. Through proper recruitment, continuous training, performance evaluation, as well as technology implementation, the quality of Islamic education can be improved. Thus, Islamic education can continue to contribute in forming a generation of faith, knowledge, and noble morals. This effort requires cooperation between various parties, including the government, educational institutions, and the community, to realize a superior and competitive Islamic education system

Abstract

Character education is very closely related to Islamic education. This research aims to discuss further how patterns change in character formation through the Independent Curriculum which is based on the Koran in Surah Az Zumar verse 18. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach through searching literature studies (library research). The data was obtained by studying verse 18 of Surah Az-Zumar from the Quran, then analyzed by reviewing the interview results and further examined with studies from reading sources. The research results show that the pattern of student character formation will be successful if it is planned as well as possible, this can be facilitated in the implementation of the independent curriculum in P5 activities at school. Through P5 activities, the school can design P5 activities according to school needs, allocated special time and refined with more comprehensive assessment instruments in assessing the process of student character development based on Surah Az Zumar verse 18 which says that humans have noble character and always do the best deeds, then they are people who have perfect reason

Abstract

Islamic education. The research approach used is qualitative with a literature study method. The main source of research data is research articles published through various journals and indexed by google scholar. Data collection was carried out using the keyword "career in Islamic education". Articles used as primary data sources are articles published in the last 10 years. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that career planning in Islamic education begins with a deep understanding of oneself. Individuals are encouraged to understand their potential, interests, talents, and values, in line with Islamic teachings that emphasize the importance of introspection and self-discovery. With a deep understanding of themselves, individuals can identify career goals that align with religious values and qualified personal aspirations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategies applied by educational institutions in human resource development. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Method. The main source of data for this study is the results of previous research published through various scientific journals and indexed on the database on Google Scholar. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that human resources are the most important asset in every organization, playing a vital role in achieving goals and long-term success. The fundamental element that determines the quality of education and student development, including teachers, administrative staff, and other supporters who work together to create a conducive and inspiring learning environment is the human resources in schools. Human resource development involves various activities, such as training, education, career development, and continuous learning programs. By focusing on human resource development, organizations can increase employee productivity, innovation, and referrals, all of which contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and competitive advantage

Abstract

This research aims to understand the recruitment system for educators and educational staff at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative design. The subject of this research is the Staff of Wakaf Ma'arif Foundation Padang Panjang. Data collection is conducted through method triangulation, where data in the form of relevant documents obtained from the website and school files, then the accuracy of the documents is checked through interviews. The results of this research indicate that the recruitment, selection, and placement process at SD IT Ma'arif Padang Panjang adopts a one-stop approach. The initial steps involve identifying and analyzing the needs of educators and educational staff, followed by the foundation's announcement of job vacancies, administrative selection, written tests, Quran reading tests, psychological tests, and interviews. Subsequently, the results of the interviews are analyzed, and the announcement of accepted applicants is made. Afterward, the process of job placement, issuance of employment contracts, and a three-month training program are carried out.

Abstract

As a person who will move and direct the organization in achieving its goals, the leader has a significant influence on an organization. There have been several disgraceful cases of leaders in educational institutions that have occurred in Indonesia, including. In September 2022 the Padang City Police, West Sumatra, examined 47 Special School Principals (SLB) in investigating corruption cases in the procurement of learning facilities and there was also the case of the school principal in Ogan downstream, South Sumatra, which slapped one class of students because of reports of students smoking in class. Based on this, it shows that the principal as the head of the institution is less professional in leading his institution, has not been able to carry out the leadership function properly, and does not yet have an ideal leadership spirit. The qualitative research method with the type of case study is the method used to write this article. The data collection technique used in this method is the Prophet Muhammad SAW's library research showing a leadership style that is in line with the latest leadership theory, transformational leadership, among these traits is having a high work ethic that upholds organizational interests above personal interests, cooperate in carrying out organizational activities, carry out the mandate that has been given with full responsibility, be disciplined at work, uphold unity and oneness, treat work as worship, and always build positive relationships with others.

Abstract

Given the importance of the presence of the COVID-19 Vaccine/Vaccination, countries in the world, including Indonesia, make the provision of the COVID-19 Vaccine/Vaccination a priority in overcoming the COVID-19 Pandemic. Data on vaccination achievement in West Sumatra as of January 22, 2022 shows that Tanah Datar Regency ranks the third lowest for vaccine achievement in the West Sumatra region. This figure is certainly worrying because it could threaten the smooth running of the government's COVID-19 vaccination program to tackle the COVID-19 pandemic in West Sumatra province. For this reason, it is necessary to see how public communication is carried out by the land district government regarding the covid-19 vaccination program. This study uses content analysis to display several posts from the Tanah Datar district government, both from official channels and on their social media. The results of the study show that at least in delivering information related to the Covid-19 vaccination program, the Tanah Datar district government uses 3 (three) approaches, including; (1) Report transparency; (2) Socialization and invitations; and (3) Sanctions.

Abstract

Pendidikan bagi pendidik sangat penting dijalankan karena pendidikan merupakan suatu wadah bagi pendidik untuk dapat menimbah ilmu dalam suatu tempat tertentu demi meningkatkan suatu tujuan. Dengan kata lain pendidikan dapat terjalankan dengan baik apabila memerhatikan proses proses tertentu seperti persiapan apa saja yang harus dibekali bagi tenaga kependidikan. Supervisi merupakan suatu kegiatan pembinaan yang berkaitan dengan membimbing tenaga pendidikan atau kependidikan untuk memberikan suatu peningkatan dalam mutu belajar mengajar demi tercapainya tujuan dari pendidikan itu sendiri. Dalam menjalankan supervisi pendidikan terdapat beberapa kendala atau permasalahan yang timbul seperti kurangnya persiapan dalam menjalankan supervisi, kurangnya berkolaborasi yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial dalam meningkatkan supervisi pendidikan. jadi supervisi dapat terjalankan dengan baik apabila pada suatu pendidikan itu menyesuaikan dan memperhatikan kendala yang timbul pada saat penerapan supervisi ini demi meningkatkan kompetensi sosial pada lingkungan sekolah. alasan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengkaji dan memaparkan permasalahan apa saja yang timbul dalam proses penerapan supervisi terhadap tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial pada lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin memaparkan solusi apa saja yang timbul dalam proses penerapan supervisi ini terdahadap tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sosial pada lingkungan sekolah. Harapan peneliti kepada peneliti selanjutnya adalah peneliti selanjutnya dapat memaparkan penerapan apa saja yang timbul yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini.
