Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui Potensi Kota Parepare sebagai wisata MICE dimasa transisi kenormalan baru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan langkah pengumpulan, reduksi, dan penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa potensi wisata MICE di Kota Parepare mempunyai prospek yang sangat baik dengan berbagai potensi wisata alam dan wisata buatan serta berbagai macam atraksi budaya yang bisa ditampilkan ketika diselenggarakannya event. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak di sector pariwisata yang mengalami penurunan. Dimasa post Covid-19, pemerintah Kota Parepare menyiapkan strategi dalam rangka pemulihan sektor pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the functions of protected forest areas, limited production forests and permanent production forests in East Kolaka Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative and area survey with the main study being the description of maps of physical factors and non-physical reasons. The research also examines the suitability of the map with the actual conditions in the field. Physical Data Collection Method using ArcGIS 10.4.1 software base map from BAPPEKAB East Kolaka Regency and BMKG. The Data of non-physical factors is the form of data related to inappropriate land use were collected through interviews. Descriptive analysis is presented in the form of: overlay with the scoring equipped, tables of areas and percentages. The criteria for designating a protected forest are fully explained in the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture Number 2837/Kpts/Um/11/1980. The results of the study show that the potential function of the area in East Kolaka Regency consists of Limited Production Forests and Production Forests. Most of the Limited Production Forests are in Ueesi District with 159,709.465 hectares or 40.72%. Most production forests are in Ueesi District with 20,937.437 hectares or 5.33%. The Limited Production Forest Area experienced a difference of 3,214.329 being settlements, dry land agriculture, paddy fields, and transmigration. Production Forest Areas experienced a difference of 64,042.12 into settlements, dry land agriculture, rice fields, and transmigration.

Abstract

This research aims to develop website-based learning media on tourism package planning competency and report its feasibility. In particular, this study aims to address the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has made it difficult to conduct field trips or study tours, a crucial component of the travel business study program at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar. The research addopted a research and development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model, as well as involving the material experts and media experts in the media assessments. Learning media trials were conducted in small groups comprising ten students and in large groups with 30 students. The learning media development resulted in a website hosted on the Google Site at https://sites.google.com/view/membuat-paket-wisata/halaman-muka. The expert assessment of the media's learning content and teaching process obtained an average score of 4.56 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the assessment of media experts on appearance and programming obtained an average score of 4.41 in the very good category. Similarly, the product trials involving students also culminate in an average score of 4.45 in the excellent category. In general, the results of the assessment and trials concluded that website-based learning media is feasible to be adopted in the competence of planning tour packages.

Abstract

There were various activities in the Bungkutoko Island Kali Biru Bathing area by PT. Pelindo Nusantara and community settlements can unwittingly impact the quality of the water environment. This study aimed to determine the quality of seawater in the Kali Biru bathing area and develop a sustainable tourism-based environmental engineering concept. This research method uses surveys and laboratory analysis. Examination of water samples is carried out directly. Seawater analysis is descriptive with quality data from the results of water quality tests in testing laboratories whose feasibility levels were determined based on Indonesia's government rule number 22 of 2012. The results showed that three elements had laboratory test values exceeding the threshold value, namely: nitrite (NO2-N), sulfate (SO4), and iron (Fe), which should not be present, but during the study, there were already values for nitrite (NO2-N) of 0.12, 0.006, and 0.0006, sulfate (SO4) of 2.3, 1.4, and 4.8 and iron (Fe) of 0.0012, 0.0019, and 0.001 while the other six elements starting from pH (degree of acidity), salinity (%), nitrate (NO3-N), oil and grease, arsenic (As), and total coliform were within the regional quality threshold sea tourism. Scenarios for developing tourism activities through ecotourism activities.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the challenges of higher education in implementing online learning during the pandemic Covid-19 outbreak. This study was a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected from 408 students and 20 Lectures from 6 public universities and 6 private universities in Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku, by filling out online questionaires and in-depth interviews via social media. The process of data analysis was data reduction, identifying themes, mapping interrelationships between themes, and concluding findings The results of data analysis showed that there were two main challenges, both for lecturers and students. First, limited resources, such as electronic devices (laptops/smartphones/others), learning resources, electricity, and internet connections. Second, lack of knowledge/skills on how to use the online learning media, finding and/or providing learning resources, managing online learning, providing online measuring tools, and carrying out online assessments. This condition has the greatest impact on students from low economic families, and who live in areas with limited access to learning facilities, such as electricity, and internet connections. Most of them lose learning opportunities because of these limitations.  Third, the difficulty of time management during the online learning period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan seberapa efektif penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning berbasis WhatsApp di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru pandemi COVID-19 pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran geografi dengan materi dinamika kependudukan di Indonesia. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre experimental design: the one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA sebanyak 30 siswa. Data respon siswa diperoleh menggunakan angket yang memiliki penilaian skala 1-5 yang diberikan setelah proses pembelajaran dan data pemahaman materi diperoleh menggunakan tes kognitif melalui pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan Uji Normalitas-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap penerapan pembelajaran blended learning berbasis WhatsApp di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru pandemi COVID-19 pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran geografi mendapat nilai rata-rata respon siswa sebesar 78% yang termasuk kedalam kriteria baik dan hasil analisis nilai N-gain diperoleh sebesar 0,78 dengan persentase 78% dengan kategori tafsiran efektivitas N-gain berupa efektif. Sehingga penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning menggunakan WhatsApp di masa adaptasi kebiasaan baru pandemi COVID-19 pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran geografi mendapat respon baik dari siswa dan efektif diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstrak Paradigma filsafat geografi mengalami dinamika perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan secara teori, metodelogi, dan aplikasi. Perkembangan keilmuan geografi dipengaruhi isu global, metode penelitian, statistik, komputer, internet, big data, lingkungan, manusia, dan kebijakan. Tantangan kontemporer kajian filsafat geografi harus mampu menunjukkan perkembangan ilmu geografi secara dimensi sejarah dan waktu yang terjadi sampai dengan saat ini. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran perkembangan filsafat ilmu geografi dengan kajian ontologi, epistemologi, aksiologi, dan keterampilan sainstifik secara kontenporer. Kajian ontologi mendefinisikan geografi aspek ruang konkrit dan abstrak berdasarkan makna material fenomena geosfer. Aspek epistemologi menekankan proses metode penelitian berbasis lapangan dan online sesuai perkembangan teknologi menggunakan pendekatan deduktif atau induktif fokus pada teori maupun pengetahuan. Aspek aksiologi memberikan kebermanfaatan ilmu geografi secara online dan kehidupan manusia. Kajian filsafat geografi kontemporer menekankan penguatan konten ruang lingkup geografi berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan diaplikasikan melalui pendidikan sehingga terjadi proses hilirisasi paradigma pengetahuan. Hubungan filsafat geografi kontemporer sesuai hasil pemikiran filosofis merujuk teori dan temuan penelitian yang meningkatkan muatan esensi ilmu geografi. Penafsiran filosofis menunjukkan hakikat bidang pemikiran tentang ruang alam dan manusia. Studi perkembangan filsafat geografi kontemporer untuk menemukan pembenaran rasional secara konteks generalisasi dan sistematika faktual dengan mencermati kesenjangan pengetahuan geografi melalui proses metodelogi ilmiah. Aspek konseptual dan terminologi filsafat geografi kontemporer ditentukan tren pendekatan metodelogi ilmiah yang digunakan untuk studi geografi. Ciri khusus analisis paradigma filsafat geografi kontemporer pada saat ini hasil kombinasi harmonis landasan ilmiah dan filosofis yang konkret secara obyektif menunjukkan hubungan sains dan filsafat. Proses eksplorasi filosofis dan geografis menjadi contoh konkret berbagai riset geografi modern secara inter disiplin atau multidiplin ilmu. Pendekatan terpadu kajian analisis ruang geografi menjadi entitas dialektika metodelogi dari model tradisional menuju pendekatan integrasi menjadi identitas geografi kontemporer.Abstract The paradigm of philosophy geography experiences the dynamics scientific development in theory, methodology and application. The scientific development geography is influenced by global issues, research methods, statistics, computers, internet, big data, environment, people, and policies. The contemporary challenge of studying philosophy geography is to be able to show development of geography in terms history and time that has occurred up to now. This article aims to provide an overview development of the philosophy geography with a contemporary study ontology, epistemology, axiology, and scientific skills. The study of ontology defines geography concrete and abstract aspects space based on the material meaning geosphere phenomena. The epistemological aspect emphasizes process field-based and online research methods according to technological developments using a deductive or inductive approach focusing on theory and knowledge. The axiological aspect provides the benefit of online geography and human life. Contemporary geographical philosophy studies emphasize the strengthening of geographic scope content based on research results and applied through education so that a knowledge paradigm downstreaming process occurs. The relationship between contemporary geographical philosophy and results of philosophical thought refer to theories and research findings that increase the essence of geographic science. Philosophical interpretation shows the nature of the field thinking about natural and human space. Study of the development contemporary geographical philosophy to find rational justification the context of factual generalizations and systematics by examining gaps in geographical knowledge through process scientific methodology. Conceptual aspects and terminology contemporary geographical philosophy determine trends in scientific methodological approaches used for study of geography. The special characteristic analysis of contemporary geographical philosophical paradigms time is the result of a harmonious combination concrete scientific and philosophical foundations that objectively shows relationship between science and philosophy. The process of philosophical and geographical exploration is a concrete example various modern geographical research in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary manner. An integrated approach study geographic become metodhological analysis dialectical from traditional models to contemporary geographic identity.

Abstract

Problems in the class indicate students are less active in learning. Students are more dominant in receiving one-way material. The low desire of students in learning participation in the form of asking, answering, or presenting. The outdoor study is the chosen learning method to overcome these problems. The outdoor study is useful for student knowledge, learning, and student motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of outdoor study on the activeness of high school geography students. This research is included in a quantitative methodology with a type of quasi experiment. The researcher determined purposely XI IIS 1 as the experimental class and XI IIS 2 as the control class. Research in Muhammadiyah 1 Babat High School, Lamongan Regency even semester 2015/2016 academic year. The data in this research were analyzed using descriptive quantitative with percentage. The results show that the application of outdoor study provides a change in student active; this can be seen from the category of the active per student in the experimental class, none of them get less active. The average overall active there is a difference of 12.43 from the control class. The average score of questions asked to answer, respond, and presentations of the experimental class are all higher than the control class

Abstract

Bahan ajar merupakan bagian kelengkapan pembelajaran yang dapat membantu pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran di lingkup Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka) terdapat kendala belum adanya sumber belajar yang dikembangkan langsung oleh pengampu mata kuliah dan belum menerapkan model yang ditargetkan dalam Indikator Kinerja Utama 7 yaitu berbasis model Project Based Learning. Hal ini menyebabkan kelengkapan pembelajaran yang dirasakan mahasiswa dalam mendukung mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran kurang mencukupi. Hal ini menjadi dasar diperlukannya pengembangan bahan ajar Evaluasi Pembelajaran. Pemahaman dan aplikasi tentang Evaluasi Pembelajaran di lingkup FKIP, USN Kolaka yang dikembangkan sesuai keilmuan dan bernuansa Project yang kontekstual penting untuk dijadikan dalam bentuk bahan ajar cetak maupun E-Book. Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan untuk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran. Bahan ajar dikembangkan dengan tahapan pengembangan Borg and Gall. Tahapan terdiri atas 10 yaitu research and information collection, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operasional field testing, final product revision, dan dissemination and distribution. Bahan ajar hasil pengembangan divalidasi oleh ahli materi fokus isi, ahli materi fokus kurikulum, ahli desain peyajian bahan ajar, dan ahli bahasa. Bahan ajar yang telah divalidasi ahli diujicobakan dengan uji coba kelompok kecil dari beberapa mahasiswa yang tersebar di Program Studi lingkup FKIP, USN Kolaka yaitu Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Geografi, Pendidikan Jasmani, PPkN, Pendidikan Kimia, Pendidikan Biologi, dan Pendidikan Fisika. Berikutnya dilakukan uji coba kelompok besar pada program studi tersebut. Hasil validasi dan uji coba dalam bentuk data tanggapan, saran, dan penilaian untuk revisi bahan ajar Evaluasi Pembelajaran sebagai prosedur pengembangan. Penelitian melibatkan dosen pengampu mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran di lingkup FKIP, USN Kolaka yang berjumlah 9. Data diambil dengan wawancara mendalam melalui format Focus Group Discussion. Pengembangan bahan ajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran diharapkan membantu mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses perkuliahan. Output penelitian ditargetkan berupa bahan ajar mata kuliah Evaluasi Pembelajaran yang dipublikasikan pada Journal of Educatioan, Teaching, and Learning (JETL) Terakreditasi Sinta, Buku Ajar ber-ISBN yang diterbitkan Penerbit Anggota IKAPI yakni Deepublish, dan HKI Hak Cipta Buku. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan pada tahap define didapatkan elaborasi materi dari sudut pandang evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Geografi, Pendidikan Jasmani, PPkN, Pendidikan Kimia, Pendidikan Biologi, dan Pendidikan Fisika. Tahap design atas saran validator desain terkait tampilan menarik dalam cover, judul bab, dan format isi buku ajar. Tahap develop menghasilkan draft untuk divalidasi kembali dan diujicobakan. Hasil ujicoba mahasiswa kelompok kecil didapatkan 78,33% atau kualifikasi baik. Hasil ujicoba kelompok besar didapatkan 77,00% atau kualifikasi baik dan terdapat revisi terkait tanda baca, huruf kapital, dan kata cetak miring atau kata asing. Masukan terkait dalam pengembangan bahan ajar ke depan agar ujicoba dilakukan pada kelompok umum yang lebih besar

Abstract

The 21st century adjustment in the field of technology one of them is Education. Education must be able to aspire to a generation that is adaptive and contextual to nature, geography subjects that were initially less desirable by students must adapt to an era that demands compatibility and still carries the noble value of Tamansiswa's teachings. This study aims to 1. Describe Tamansiswa's teachings that are relevant in the 21st century, 2. Analyzing the internaliasai of Tamansiswa's teachings in the 21st century in geography subjects. This research uses the literature review method which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting information from the library, reading, recording, and processing materials. This method is by describing articles related to the internalization of tamansiswa teachings in the 21st century in geography subjects. The results showed that problems in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that have been educational challenges can be solved if the students' Park teachings are applied properly. The benefits of the teachings of the pancadharma of nature in geography subjects are used as a basis for consideration of proposed street names with toponymy techniques. The Education Tricenter can be modeled in outdoor study learning to shape the collaborative spirit of students according to the demands of the 21st century.
