Abstract

The young generation is the driving force of a country's economy, such as Indonesia, based on the 2020 population census of 279.2 million people, where the proportion of generation Z reached 27.94%. Where as many young people as Gen Z must be equipped with good financial literacy through financial management knowledge that supports the nation's progress. Universities play an important role in helping society, especially generation Z, by providing financial management education. The contribution of universities plays an active role in helping generation Z understand how to manage their finances effectively. Apart from fulfilling their academic duties, universities also play an active role in applying their professional expertise in the field of economics.The main aim of this community service is to equip generation Z with the importance of financial literacy so that they can use financial resources more optimally amidst very diverse and tempting promotions and consumption offers. Community engagement activities in the Tanjung Duren area of ​​Jakarta, where the majority are generation Z, will be carried out through seminars that focus on long-term financial planning, expenditure analysis and debt management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja Terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 78 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model. Dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis statistic dalam bentuk SEM PLS. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keselamatan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri Bagian Produksi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT Surya Rengo Containers. Populasi semua karyawan departemen produksi PT Surya Rengo Containers, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel secara insidental menggunakan rumus Solving ditemukan 98 responden sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian yang digunakan adalah SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja serta pengaruh positif signifikan pada kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The strategic role of human resources can give an organisation strength in realising its business goals. One of the organisational strengths of human resource management is employee engagement. Gallup Organisation likens employee engagement as a positive emotional bond that employees have and the commitment that employees have (Gallup, 2013). The company must have a good strategy so that employees have a good commitment to the company and the intention to leave will be reduced. Employer Branding is a strategy or company to create a pleasant work environment, positive and competitive behaviour, good teamwork, a good reward system, good organisational governance, and a culture of learning and adequate training, with this, employees will be proud to work because the company is cared for, therefore employees will improve performance for the better and be comfortable at work so as to reduce the intensity of employees to leave the company voluntarily. XYZ University with new management and ownership changes has a management strategy that can realise employee attachment to the organisation. The organisation will get a lot of human resource strength in line with the strategy run by the organisation. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation studies. Data validity and data credibility were tested using triangulation techniques. The subjects of this study were five employees from the leadership level and non-academic staff. The result of this research is XYZ University implements employer branding by providing motivation to increase employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job crafting on workforce agility with enterprise social media as a mediating variable among company employees in Bekasi. With increasing job demands and rapid changes in the business environment due to the industrial revolution 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic, good workforce agility is needed so that employees can adapt to these changes. Job crafting allows employees to customize their jobs according to their abilities and needs, while enterprise social media is expected to facilitate communication and collaboration to increase agility. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 65 respondents of company employees in Bekasi. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that job crafting has a significant positive effect on workforce agility and enterprise social media, but enterprise social media has no significant effect on workforce agility and is unable to mediate the relationship between job crafting and workforce agility.

Abstract

Perusahaan retail modern merupakan salah satu bisnis yang mengalami berbagai perubahan dan tantangan khususnya pada industri ritel di Indonesia, Disamping itu terdapat bonus demografi yang dialami negara Indonesia dengan populasi Gen Z sebesar 27,94% dan mendominasi berdasarkan total penduduk di Indonesia. Dari keadaan ini pelaku bisnis ritel modern harus melakukan inisiatif yang tepat untuk mengelola sumber daya manusianya sehingga dapat meningkatkan performa bisnis yang mengarah kepada kemampuan bersaing secara optimal. Dengan situasi ini, Peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi employee performance di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. Tbk. Populasi yang digunakan penulis sebagai objek penelitian adalah karyawan Gen Z dengan status karyawan tetap dan masa kerja minimal satu tahun yang berjumlah 220 karyawan. Kemudian penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik probability sampling, berdasarkan judgement sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan metode variance based structural equation model dimana dalam pengelolaan datanya menggunakan program partial least square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.3.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transformational leadership memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, Sedangkan organizational citizenship behavior memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee performance, Selanjutnya work stress memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

Turnover intention merupakan keinginan seseorang untuk berpindah kerja yang dilakukan dengan sukarela. Fenomena yang terjadi pada dunia industri mencatat bahwa seorang profesional akan lebih berkomitment terhadap kepentingannya dibandingkan terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Turnover Intention bagi perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode survey deskriftif eksplanatory dengan menggunakan variabel Organizational Justice, Job Stres Dan Work-Family Conflict sebagai variabel bebas dan juga variabel turnover intention sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Kusuma Sampurna Mulia cabang Jakarta yang berjumlah 211 karyawan. Teknik sampel penelitian adalah Snowball sampling dengan rumus Slovin (tingkat kesalahan 10%) sehingga sampel penleitian berjumlah 67 sampel digenapkan menjadi 70. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan akan dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Organizational Justice tidak berpengaruh, Job Stress dan Work-Family conflict berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Gaya hidup sehat menjadi tren di kalangan mahasiswa berkat banyaknya media informasi yang mereka ketahui. Lebih banyak mengkonsumsi kuliner/makanan sehat semakin menjadi perhatian bagi mereka, karena mereka menyadari bahwa untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik sehari-hari membutuhkan asupan gizi dan nutrisi yang seimbang Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memutuskan untuk membeli kuliner/makanan sehat. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dari Universitas “XY” dengan karateristik mahasiswa mayoritas wanita, berusia di bawah 30 tahun yang berasal dari Pulau Jawa. Berdasarkan hasil prasurvei karakteristik kuliner/makanan yang mengandung nilai gizi dan nutrisi yang baik dan asal-usul olahan yang berasal dari bahan segar dan orgnik menjadi pertimbangan utama mahasiswa mengambil keputusan membeli kuliner/makanan sehat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diukur menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis penelitian di dapatkan uji validitas memliki nilai loading factor di atas 0,7, uji reliabilitas memiliki nilai Cronbach’alpha sebesar 0,808 dan nilai Composite Reliablity sebesar 0,874, uji multikolonieritias memiliki nilai VIF berada di bawah 10, dan uji hipotesis T-Statistic sebesar 1,96. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kuliner/makanan yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi dan gizi yang baik serta asal-usul olahan kuliner dari bahan segar dan organic yang dipilih mahasiswa Universitas “XY” menjadi keputusannya untuk membeli kuliner/makanan sehat tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership style, interpersonal communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Artomoro Gemilang Teknik. An effective leadership style is believed to create good interpersonal communication patterns and enhance employee work motivation. Strong interpersonal communication enables clear information flow and strengthens relationships among team members, thus reducing the potential for miscommunication. Work motivation also plays a crucial role in maintaining work spirit and employee commitment to the company's goals. The research results are expected to provide practical recommendations for the company in implementing an appropriate leadership style, improving interpersonal communication, and designing effective work motivation strategies to maximize employee performance. This study uses a Likert scale questionnaire for data collection and quantitative analysis to test the influence of each variable on employee performance, utilizing SPSS version 25 with 30 respondents.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of workload, work environment and career development on employee job satisfaction. The object of this research is private employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This analysis uses independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using quantitative descriptive methods. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that workload and career development have a positive effect on job satisfaction but partially and simultaneously, the environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division). This is evidenced from the partial results (t test) shows the significant value of the independent variable, namely the work environment of 0,000 which supports the hypothesis. In the test of Variance Analysis (ANOVA) in the multiple regression equation shows that the F-value is greater than the F-table (F = 38.536> F-table = 2.41) or the Probability Value is smaller than 0.05. The value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) is 0.846 and R Square (R2) is 0.715. The value of R Square (0.715) means that 69.7% of the contribution of job satisfaction can be explained by the three independent variables namely workload, work environment and career development. Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a positive influence between workload variables, work environment and career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia, Tbk (Case study of the Store Development and Contarction division).
