New Panjang Jiwo Resort, located in Bogor Regency, is a popular tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists. Despite various marketing activities, the resort has faced negative reviews and fluctuating visitor numbers. To maintain its sustainability, the resort needs to employ a right marketing strategy and good service quality to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. This research aims to identify customer characteristics of New Panjang Jiwo Resort, analyze the effect of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The sample consisted of 155 respondents aged 26-35 years, with 60% being women. The average domicile of visitors at the resort is from Jabodetabek and works as a private employee with a lower middle income income category. The results showed that the overall variables of the marketing mix, service quality, customer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty at New Panjang Jiwo Resort are included in the high category. The marketing mix variable had the highest average value compared to other variables. SEM-PLS analysis showed that the marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on loyalty. The managerial implications of this research include building road directions at every crossroads along the main road to the resort, regular maintenance of room air conditioning, and conducting training to improve the quality of work provided by employees. This will help ensure that the resort's services are more tailored to the wishes and needs of customers.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua kecamatan di kabupaten Lombok Timur, yaitu Sambelia dan Sembalun. Sebanyak 120 keluarga berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yang sama besar yang mewakili dataran tinggi/pegunungan dan wilayah dekat pantai atau pesisir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisa hubungan antara tingkat stres dan strategi koping keluarga korban bencana. Uji Korelasi Spearman digunakan untuk melakukan Analisa hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa tingkat stres responden di daerah pegunungan secara signifikan lebih tinggi daripada di wilayah pesisir . Tingkat pendidikan istri dan tingkat stres juga secara signifikan berhubungan positif dengan strategi koping. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan bahwa keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam mengurangi gejala stres. Keluarga dapat melakukan ini dengan melakukan interaksi positif dan komunikasi yang baik satu sama lain, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang saling menguatkan. Pemerintah juga diharapkan untuk memberikan pendampingan psikologi jangka panjang kepada keluarga korban bencana, karena penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keluarga masih merasa takut, sedih, dan penuh ketidakpastian selama tinggal di hunian sementara. Selain itu, masyarakat dan Lembaga-lembaga swadaya masyarakat yang peduli dengan daerah bencana diharapkan untuk memberikan perhatian dalam bentuk edukasi, konseling, dan arahan secara berkala kepada keluarga korban bencana, untuk membantu mereka mengembangkan strategi koping yang efektif.

The role of parenting in shaping adolescents' psychological and behavioral development has long been recognized, but its impact in the context of the digital age remains underexplored. This study aims to analyze the influence of father parenting styles on adolescents' life goals (youth purpose), with self-control and fear of missing out (FOMO) as mediating variables. With a cross-sectional explanatory design, the research involved 1,144 adolescents aged 15 to 18 years in the Greater Jakarta area. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings demonstrate that authoritative fathering positively and significantly predicts youth purpose, both directly and indirectly, by enhancing self-control and reducing FOMO. In contrast, permissive parenting utilize a negative influence on self-control and, consequently, on youth purpose. Authoritarian parenting was found to increase FOMO, which in turn indicates a complex dual effect, both supporting and impairing the development of youth purpose depending on its interaction with self-control. These results underscore the critical role of father parenting style in shaping adolescents’ psychological regulation and goal-setting behavior. The study contributes to existing theoretical frameworks by linking parenting approaches to adolescent developmental outcomes in digital and culturally specific contexts. Practical implications include promoting authoritative parenting and designing interventions to strengthen adolescents’ self-regulation.

Good performance results are very valuable promotion for the progress of a private junior high school, either at the provincial or regional level. The implementation of regional autonomy has implications for the implementation of the evaluation process to be more professional, objective, honest and transparent as a series of school supervision and guidance. In order to improve the quality of education, there is a need tochange the supervision system functioning not only as a monitor but also guidance to organize education. Analysis process of all aspects of education should be directed at efforts to ensure the implementation of quality education (Quality Assurance) and empower those evaluated so as to produce graduates in accordance with established standards. Each school performance analyzed is expected to have positive impacts for the community, especially to any parents who want to send their children to junior high school, especially SMPK Satu Bakti Bogor. Although there are a few schools established for quite a long time and there are some newly operating, it is not a guarantee for these private junior high schools to continue to grow. This has encouraged the school component to perform better and have special attractions. Some of the private schools in Bogor city have been experiencing problems similar those in the SMP K Satu Bakti; namely, the difficulty to attract new students to enroll in their school. A better quality of performance, accordingly is required in order to attract more qualified applicants and prospective students in the future which is expected to maintain the sustainability of this junior high school existance. The purpose of this study was to examine factors that influenced stress degree in busy and unbusy children of elementary school. The research conducted in SD Bina Insani Bogor. The research method was cross sectional study with 30 samples of busy children and 30 samples of unbusy children. The site of the research was selected purposively by considering that SD Bina Insani Bogor is one of the favorite private schools in Bogor. Moreover, SD Bina Insani Bogor has tight schedule and also has a large numbers of students who participated in extracurricular activities/activities after school program. The results showed that there were significant differentiation between busy children and unbusy children in time allocation and amount of extracurricular activities/activities after school program. Female students allocated more time I extracurricular activities after school than male students. Amount of extracurricular activities/activities after school, its time allocation, and time allocation for watching TV were factors that affected stress level of the children. Finally, factors affected the degree of stress of students were the amount of extracurricular activities after school, and the time allocation for watching TV.

The aim of this research is to analyze behaviour using of the household fuel in Bogor. This research design to use cross sectional and survey methods through the process of random sampling procedure. The total of samples is 80 families. This research use descriptive analysis that contains of secondary data, literature study, and primary data. To analyze the data is used Spearman correlation and linear Regression. About 80% of respondents use only LPG as domestic fuel, 17,5% use LPG fuel and other fuels, and 2,5% use other of LPG. This result showed that 72,5% have a fairly good perception of LPG fuel, 77,5% of housewives have a good knowledge level, and 81,2% housewives have good attitude towards LPG. In general, one tube of LPG (3kg) has wasted for 7-14 days and cost average of fuel is about Rp 54.781,00/month. Housewife age and family income per capita influence use frequency of LPG. Trade that use LPG, total of family member, and housewives knowledge are influence total using of LPG tube (3kg)/month and expenditure for LPG/month.

This study generally aims to assess social support for family strength in Sadeng Kolot Village, Leuwisadeng district, Bogor. The study involved 70 families, consist of 35 PNPM families who were selected randomly and 35 nonPNPM families who were selected by Snowball method. Data were analyzed using descriptive test, independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation test ,and multiple linear regression test. PNPM families accepted social support from neighbors. PNPM and nonPNPM families had low morbidity rate and also high social strength and psychosocial strength. The research found out the significant difference of social support and family strength between PNPM and nonPNPM families. Social support from neighbors, family, and nuclear families correlated significantly with total family strength. Family strength were affected by PNPM Mandiri membership status, income per capita per month, and the amount of assets.

Adolescent life, including young athletes, can not be separated from their interaction with peer group and also technology of mass media. Social intelligence aspect is also important factor that influences young athletes’ achievement. The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of peer group and mass media toward social intelligences of young athletes. This study used cross-sectional study with cluster random sampling study design. Data collected by self-report that used reliable instrument. Participants in this study were 85 young athletes of eleventh grade students of sports high school in Jakarta. Result revealed that maternal age, parental status, quality of friendships with peer group, and utilization of mass media influenced social intelligence of young athletes.

The aim of this research was to analyze the correlation among parenting styles, interaction and attachment of father-adolescence, and father’s satisfaction. This study involved 60 fathers, devided into 30 fathers with male children and 30 fathers with female children who aged 12-14 years. Data was analyzed by descriptive, independent sample t-test, and Pearson corellation. The result showed that mostly adolescent perceived their parents as democratic parenting style. Mostly, communication pattern between father and adolescent was conversation-orientation, while the communication type was consensual. The mean of father-adolescent interaction in a day was 0,47 hours for male and 0,64 hours for female adolescent. There was positive significant between democratic parenting style with communication pattern of conversation-orientation. Communication pattern of conversation-orientation that applied by fathers was positively related to the dimensions of trust in attachment of father-adolescent. Communication pattern of conformity-orientation that applied by fathers was negatively related to fathers’ satisfaction levels.

This research aimed to analyze the correlation between research variables and the influence of college student characteristics, exposure informations, stimulus factors, and knowledge about marriage toward perception and marriage readiness. This research involved 72 college students that were selected by convenient sampling technique. The data was collected through interviews and analyzed using different test, correlation test, and regression test. Research results showed that knowledge about marriage correlated significant with age, sex, and academic achievement. Perception about marriage correlated significant with number of sibling and discussion habit. Perception about marriage was influenced by number of sibling, marriage discussion with friend, and boyfriend. Marriage readiness correlated significant with frequencyto obtain informationabout marriage. Meanwhile, marriage readiness was influenced by students age, number of disease suffered, and the way to manage the household.
