Abstract

The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The process of collecting data used is a questionnaire. The sample used was the employees of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of East Java Province with 40 respondents. Sampling using a non-probability sample technique and saturated sample. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that each of the three work motivation variables has a significant effect on employee commitment, employee commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Amil Zakat National Agency (BAZNAS) in East Java Province.Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Commitment, and Employee PerfomanceREFERENCESAkbar, N. 2009. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh in alleviating poverty in Indonesia for the period 2015-2017. The methodology of this study uses a qualitative approach and the BNDI index is formulated to measure the shortcomings and effectiveness of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh in alleviating poverty. The results obtained from BNDI calculations have been able to explain the effectiveness of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh in alleviating poverty in Indonesia. The calculation results that show large value or close to the value of 1 explains that zakat, infaq, shodaqoh distributed by the BAZNAS Center are not effective in reducing poverty in Indonesia. In the results of this study, there are several provinces with the highest BNDI and the lowest BNDI. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the consumption behavior of the Muslim family from maqashid Syariah perspective to fulfill the needs of dharuriyyat, hajiyyat, and tahsiniyyat on religion, soul, intelligence, offspring, and wealth. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive strategy. In-depth interviews collected the data as primary data. This research focuses only on Muslim families who live in Bumi Madina Asri Housing in Surabaya to understand the consumption behavior of Muslim families from maqashid Syariah perspective. The result is all the Muslim families of Bumi Madina Asri Housing in Surabaya have fulfilled the needs of dharuriyyat, hajiyyat, and tahsiniyyat on maqashid Syariah aspect. However, some families still have not fulfilled the needs of hajiyyat and tahsiniyyat. Besides self-consumption, social consumption on the community of the Muslim family of Bumi Madina Asri Housing in Surabaya also has done very well. The payment of zakat, infaq and shodaqoh proves it. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust on the repeat intention to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya through beliefs which include aspects of attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire with a total sample obtained by 35 waqif, who had already given money endowment at BWA Surabaya in one past year. The sampling technique are both non probability and simple random sampling. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The endogenous variable in this study is the repeat intention to give cash waqf, while the exogenous variable used is trust and the intervening endogenous variable is beliefs. The results of this study showed that trust has a positive and significant influence on beliefs. Nevertheless, trusts does not affect the repeat intention to give cash waqf. However, trusts indirectly affects to the repeat intention to give cash waqf through beliefs variables that have a positive and significant effect on the repeat intention to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya. Suggestions for BWA Surabaya should be maintaining and increasing trusts and beliefs of waqif which can increase the repeat intention of waqif to give cash waqf at BWA Surabaya.Keywords: Trust, Wakaf, Belief

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subjective norms on the buying intentions of non-Muslim consumers on halal food products in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by distributing online questionnaires to 75 respondents who are non-Muslim domiciled in Surabaya and are at least 17 years old. The analysis technique used is Regression. The sampling method is conducted using a purposive sampling technique. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee loyalty at Nurul Hayat Foundation in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires to employees of Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The analysis technique used is SEM PLS by conducting a non-probability sampling technique used in sampling in this study, namely the purposive sampling technique. Abstract

Attitude is suggested to have a link to behavioral intention. This study examines the said information, using Wardah advertisement as a research object. Cosmetics and beauty products have been viewed as something essentials nowadays, brought about by the ease of a someone’s image shared on social media. Moreover, an advertisement from halal beauty products like Wardah which upholds Islamic values will generate positive attitude among Muslims. This attitude would affect customer’s behavioral intention. Using quantitative method and questionnaires which were distributed to Muslim female college students, it can be concluded that a person’s attitude towards Wardah advertisement relates to their behavioral intentions toward mentioned product. Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam era digital seperti sekarang ini teknologi berkembang sangat pesat, jumlah dari pengguna layanan online pun setiap tahun terus berkembang tak terkecuali pun Lembaga Amil Zakat terus berinovasi agar tetap survive di era digital seperti sekarang ini. Peneliti ingin menjelaskan serta menggambarkan apakah faktor yang mempengaruhi melalui trust dan service convenience terhadap behavioral intention to utilize layanan online Lembaga Amil Zakat yang disebarkan melalui kuesioner online dengan karakteristik responden beragama islam, laki-laki dan perempuan berumur 18 tahun keatas, dan pernah memanfaatkan layanan online Lembaga Amil Zakat. Berdasarkan data yang didapat penulis mendapatkan 184 responden, tetapi diantara 184 responden tersebut peneliti hanya menggunakan 100 responden karena 84 responden lain tidak valid. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan Partial Least Square (PLS).Kata Kunci: Service Convenience, Trust, Behavioral Intention to Utilize ABSTRACTIn the digital era as now, technology is developing very rapidly, the number of online service users continues to grow every year, even though the Amil Zakat Institute continues to innovate in order to continue to survive in the digital era as it is today. The researcher wants to explain and illustrate whether the factors that influence through trust and service convenience towards behavioral intention to utilize online services of the Amil Zakat Institution are distributed through online questionnaires with the characteristics of Muslim respondents, men and women aged 18 years and over, and have used online services. Amil Zakat Institution. Based on the data obtained by the author to get 184 respondents, but among these 184 respondents, researchers only used 100 respondents because 84 other respondents were invalid. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku investor muslim pada komunitas pasar modal syariah dalam keputusan berinvestasi saham syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksploratif dengan analysis factor. Karakteristik populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Investor Muslim yang tergabung dalam Komunitas Syariah Saham dan Komunitas Santri Investor. Jumlah sampel pada saat preliminary test dengan melakukan wawancara kuesioner online tertulis sebanyak 74 responden, dan untuk main test sebanyak 54 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah probability sampling. Dan penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Terdapat 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku investor muslim dalam keputusan berinvestasi saham syariah yaitu; 1) Faktor Analisa Teknikal Tren Harga Saham 2) Faktor Menghindari Investasi Pada Bisnis Non-Halal 3) Faktor Rekomendasi Forum Komunitas 4) Faktor Pembagian Dividen Oleh Perusahaan/Emiten 5) Faktor Takut Akan Kerugian Hasil Investasi Terhadap Kabar Buruk Perusahaan/Emiten. Dalam keputusan investasi saham syariah, investor muslim yang tergabung dalam komunitas mempertimbangkan faktor rasionalitas, faktor psikologi, dan faktor religiusitas.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Investasi, Perilaku Investor Muslim, Analysis Factor, Komunitas Pasar Modal Syariah ABSTRACTThis research aimed to find out the factors that influence the behavior of muslim investors in the Sharia Capital Market Community in the decision to invest in Islamic stocks. This research used quantitative approach with exploratory factor analysis. The characteristic of the population was muslim investors who are members of Komunitas Syariah Saham and Komunitas Santri Investor. Total sample when preliminary test conducted by written online questionnaire were 74 respondent, and for the main test were 54 respondent. Sampling technique used was probability sampling. Sample selection conducted by using simple purposive sampling. There are 5 factors that influence the behavior of Muslim investors in the decision to invest in Islamic stocks, namely; 1) Technical Analysis Factors of Stock Price Trends 2) Factors to Avoid Investing in Non-Halal Businesses 3) Community Forum Recommendation Factors 4) Dividend Distribution by Companies / Issuers Factors 5) Fear of Losing Investment Results Against Bad News of Companies / Issuers Factors. Abstract

ABSTRAKSumatera Barat telah dinobatkan sebagai destinasi wisata halal terbaik di dunia karena memiliki halal destination attributes yang sangat ramah terhadap wisatawan Muslim. Dalam penelitian ini akan dijelaskan bagaimana pengaruh halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat terhadap experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diuji dengan teknik analisis jalur dan diolah menggunakan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat berpengaruh postif signifikan terhadap experience quality wisatawan Muslim dan destination satisfaction. Kemudian, ditemukan juga pengaruh positif signifikan antara experience quality terhadap destination satisfaction. Dengan mengoptimalkan halal destination attributes di Sumatera Barat, maka akan meningkatkan experience quality dan destination satisfaction dari wisatawan Muslim yang berkunjung. Hal ini menjadi penting karena akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan wisatawan Muslim ke Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci: Destinasi Wisata Halal, Halal Destination Attributes, Experience Quality, Destination Satisfaction, Wisatawan Muslim. ABSTRACTWest Sumatera has been named the best halal tourist destination in the world because it has halal destination attributes that are very friendly to Muslim tourists. In this study, it will be explained how the influence of halal destination attributes in West Sumatera on experience quality and destination satisfaction of Muslim tourists. This study uses a quantitative approach which is tested with path analysis techniques and processed using the AMOS program. The results of the study found that halal destination attributes in West Sumatera have a significant positive effect on the experience quality of Muslim tourists and destination satisfaction. Then, it was also found that experience quality has a significant positive effect on destination satisfaction. By optimizing the halal destination attributes in West Sumatera, it will increase the experience quality and destination satisfaction of visiting Muslim tourists.
