Abstract

This study aims to determine the muzakki's factors to re-donate in LAZNAS IZI. In addition, this study also wants to know the effect of service quality factors and the institution's reputation on the intention to re-donate at LAZNAS IZI. This study uses multiple linear regression by testing the effect of the Independent variables (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). There are four independent variables, namely Service Quality (X1), Reputation (X2), Attitude (X3), and Trust (X4). The dependent variable used is Intention to Redonation (Y). Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to 97 IZI Zakat Institution donors who had donated more than once. From this research, it can be seen that Service Quality partially influences the interest to donate Back to IZI Zakat Institution. While Reputation, Attitude, and Trust partially have no effect. However, simultaneously all variables affect the interest of donors to re-donate to LAZNAS IZI. This study can be used by LAZNAS IZI as a reference to maintain several variables that are factors that donors are willing to redonation. In addition, variables that do not have a direct effect need to be developed with other variables together to have an effect and increase the donor's intention to redonation. The addition of the number of respondents and LAZ studied can also enrich the results of subsequent studies

Abstract

This paper aims to validate a potential financing of sharia banking to profit and operational cost on Covid-19 era. The secondary monthly SPS data is used to support the double-simple linear regression analysis. The result of f-statistic and t-statistic analysis shows that the potential financing of sharia banking significantly influence to the profit only. It means that a risk-sharing regulatory framework in sharia banking may provide the inner adjustment which any mismatch regarding maturity, risk, value or linkage with the real economy is corrected systematically on covid-19 era. It offers policy implication for regulators, supervisors and sharia banking Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Abstract

ABSTRACT:  This study aims to examine the effect of health, education, and labor force moderated by urban population on the Human Development Index. This study uses a quantitative approach and a Moderated Regression Analysis technique with a sample of 25 OIC countries from 2010-2019 taken by purposive sampling method. The results showed that health, education, and the labor force affected the Human Development Index. While the urban population moderates the effect of health and the workforce on the Human Development Index, the urban population does not moderate the effect of education on the Human Development Index. This study has a novelty in the results of the study, namely the basic education variable which has a significant but negative effect on the Human Development Index. This research is limited to a sample of OIC member countries because more than 30% of poor countries with low income according to World Bank data are in OIC member countries, so it is hoped that this research will be able to provide references related to increasing the human development index to save them from poverty. DAFTAR PUSTAKA Adom, K., & Asare-Yeboa, I. T. (2016). Abstract

ABSTRACT Fast-growing shopping centers have a good impact on the economy in Indonesia. The large Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and opening up wide employment opportunities is a form of the shopping center's contribution. The increasing number of shopping centers makes competition between shopping centers, especially small shops or retail stores a threat that cannot be underestimated for shop owners. One of the important strategies that can be applied to a store by store owners is to design a store atmosphere. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere on behavioral intentions at Hakata & Co retail stores in Mataram city with customer emotion as an intervention variable. This study used a quantitative approach technique. The data collection technique was by distributing offline and online questionnaires to 60 respondents less than 15 years old to more than 35 years old and had come and or shopped at the Hakata & Co store. The analytical technique used in this research was AMOS SEM with AMOS-22 Software. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between each variable, namely store atmosphere, customer emotions, and behavioral intentions with the object of Hakata & Co. retail stores. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world and has extraordinary potential in the amount and assets of Islamic microfinance and can be a reference for the application of Islamic Microfinance in other countries. The purpose of this study was to review the problems in murabaha financing at Islamic Microfinance Institution (IMFI) and the treatments. The approach used was a qualitative analysis of Indonesian literature studies about the specific type of murabaha financing with content analysis and thematic analysis techniques. This study found that internal and external factors caused problematic murabaha financing in BMT. Internal factors include the inaccuracy of BMT in 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition), lack of supervision, procedures violations, facilities and infrastructure, and lack of human resources (HR). Meanwhile, external factors include bad customers, unexpected circumstances of customers, lack of customer income, inflation, and government policies. The actions done by the BMTs to overcome problematic murabaha financing were by implementing BMT guidelines for prospective customers, preventing and repressive supervising, applying a democratic leadership style, applying fines, rescheduling, restructuring and reconditioning write off, auction of collateral, and legal actions. This study recommends strengthening financing selection by improving human resource skills and also variations in handling murabaha financing with a humanist approach.

Abstract

Halal food and consumer behaviour are hot issues in scholarly publications. However, research exploring the factors determining consumer decisions by the exploratory study is still rare. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the factors that determine Indonesian Muslims' purchasing of halal food. We focused on halal food Muslim consumers and 140 questionnaires were distributed. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used for data analysis. The findings showed that three main factors determine Muslim purchase decisions for halal food: halal awareness, religiosity, and the safety & quality of halal food. A novel model of halal food consumer behaviour that implies the application of Halalan-tayyibah in Islamic teachings, namely the integration of halalness with product safety and quality. The study also implies that business players must pay attention to halal aspects in all business processes, from manufacturing to marketing, for the halal food value chain to be fully fulfilled.JEL Classification: M21, M31, Z12How to Cite:Alimusa, L.O., Septiani M, A., Ratnasari, R. Abstract

This study aimed to create a map of the evolution of waqf management research in indexed journals. This study analyzed keywords, topics, journals, and authors that were published in the Scopus database. This study focuses on a journal published between 2016 and 2021. This year was chosen because waqf management research has continued to advance since 2016. In addition, the scope of this study is restricted to three disciplines: social finance; economics, econometrics, and finance; and business, management, and accounting. There were a total of 93 articles that matched the year and topic criteria. Utilizing the Vosviewer application, the data is processed to determine the bibliometric mapping associated with the advancement of Waqf Management research. As indicated by the findings, the study's focus on waqf management has continued to evolve over the past six years. According to the results of the bibliometric analysis, the Waqf Management theme generates five clusters. Cluster 1 includes 15 topics. Cluster 2 includes 6 issues. Cluster 3 includes 4 issues. And Cluster 9 includes 2 issues. This study also demonstrates the need for further research on Waqf Management as a result of the proliferation of contemporary waqf products resulting from the development of waqf studies. This is necessary to preserve the integrity of the waqf and the management of waqf assets so that they remain within the sharia corridor. Since there isn't a clear way to tell if the performance of waqf institutions has gone up or down, one of the most important areas of research is the creation of performance criteria for waqf institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the most popular topics and words in conversations on Twitter with the topic of waqf in Indonesia. This study also aims to identify the sentiments and emotions of netizens about waqf in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a sentiment analysis approach with the help of Orange Data Mining. The data used are tweets from Twitter taken from April 10, 2023, to April 24, 2023. Researchers used the keyword "Wakaf" to get 1,000 tweets. The results of the study show that the words "Wakaf," "Masjid," and “Tanah" are the three words that most often appear in discussions on the topic of waqf on Twitter. These three words refer to the people in Indonesia, where the majority donate part of their wealth in the form of land designated as a mosque. On social media, Twitter is dominated by tweets with neutral sentiments shown by happy emotions, as much as 76.37% of the total tweets. Waqf management institutions can increase the intensity of using social media in publicizing activities related to collecting waqf donations and managing and distributing the benefits of waqf funds to mauquf alaih as a form of transparency to increase the credibility of waqf management institutions.
