Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of deadlines on students' enthusiasm in completing tasks based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI). This research used a quantitative method with a survey technique through questionnaires distributed to 101 students from various study programs. The research results showed that the majority of students (79.2%) agreed and strongly agreed that deadlines motivated them to complete tasks, and 74.2% felt more productive with deadlines. However, 57.4% of respondents also admitted to often procrastinating on tasks before approaching the deadline, and 41.6% felt that deadlines could cause stress. Data analysis showed that deadlines played a significant role as an external motivator for students in completing KKNI-based tasks, in line with Steel's theory of procrastination and Schraw, Wadkins, & Olafson's theory of learning motivation. Nevertheless, the tendency for procrastination and stress due to deadlines still needs

Abstract

This study looks into how starting businesses with eco-friendly ideas and creating new green technologies can affect the success of small and medium-sized enterprises. The research was conducted using quantitative and direct survey methods with a sample of 103 MSMEs. After evaluating model fit, hypothesis testing procedures were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Throughout the study timeframe, the impact of green entrepreneurship on green innovation was significant. Nonetheless, no statistical correlation was found between green entrepreneurship and the performance of MSMEs. This research discovered that green entrepreneurship positively and significantly influences green innovation. Nevertheless, this effect did not affect the performance of MSME businesses. Numerous studies demonstrate that adopting sustainable business practices can enhance the performance of MSMEs. Conversely, the findings show a significant effect of green innovation on achieving MSMEs. The implications of this research are a reference for MSMEs. They can use this to improve their performance and have a competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research intends to examine the connection between academic stress and the quality of sleep among college students in Indonesia. Students commonly encounter numerous academic pressures, such as significant workloads, exam-related stress, and high expectations for grades, which can result in extended periods of stress. If not properly managed, this stress may adversely impact various health aspects, particularly affecting sleep quality. Subpar sleep can hinder concentration levels, diminish motivation to study, and lower overall academic performance. The study utilized a quantitative correlational framework, engaging 100 participants who were selected randomly via an online survey. The analysis employed Pearson Product Moment correlation to investigate the strength of the association between academic stress and sleep quality. The results indicated that a majority of the students experienced considerable academic stress, with 88% feeling overwhelmed by their assignments and 91% expressing anxiety regarding examinations and assessments. This scenario showed a correlation with inadequate sleep quality, as 63% of participants reported not getting enough sleep, and 48% struggled with falling asleep. Additionally, the research discovered that the use of electronic devices prior to sleeping worsened students' sleep quality. In summary, the findings robustly support the notion that academic stress plays a significant role in diminishing students' sleep quality, and they highlight the necessity of stress management interventions, along with the encouragement of healthy sleeping practices, to bolster their academic and mental wellness.
