Abstract

Inflation in Indonesia tends to perform an issue for investors with regards to the yield value from the investment instrument they put in. The capital market in Indonesia is currently promoting stake in shares with the slogan "let's save shares," which at this time, the returns continue to improve. The purpose of this research to identify the characteristics of stock investors in the IDX, analyze the decision making process of stock investors to choose stocks in the Indonesian stock exchange. It is also intended to find out factors influencing investors to engage in trading activities on the IDX. The data analysis technique used is the validity and reliability of the questionnaire given to respondents, descriptive analysis, and factor analysis. The results of the study found that the validity and reliability of this study are valid and reliable. In the decision-making stage of stock purchase, it is obtained the introduction of problems with sources of income as the primary goal to get capital gains and dividends. Most information searches come from the internet with information searching time around 1-2 days. In evaluating alternatives in making purchases, it turns out stock is the leading choice, with the main consideration being the profit potential. In determining the purchase decision, all respondents have planned well, and themselves have the most influence with the decision making time ranging from 2-7 days. Post-purchase behavior respondents were satisfied with their choice, and the waiting time to get benefits ranged from 3-4 weeks. This research shows, four factors influence investors in buying and selling shares on the IDX, namely information factors, preferred stock factors, market activity factors, and risk-limiting factors. The most influential factor is the information showing the highest percentage of 46.52 percent, among other observed factors. Keywords: Capital Market, Investors, Factor Analysis, Decision Making.

Abstract

This dedication activity is focused on solving the problems that become priority problems, namely the lack of application of appropriate technology tools that can accelerate the process of coloring art products, and good and standardized management and financial strategies and website creation. The partners involved in this activity are J-Art SMEs led by Mr. Faisal Walad. This UMKM is located at Jalan Umar Gg. Karsidi No.70, Glugur Darat I Village, Medan Timur District. The service activities referred to are the provision and assistance of the use of wind compressor machines and spray guns, good management assistance and assistance of manual and electronic financial reports and the provision of website branding. This activity also resulted in several outcomes in the form of TTG implementation, management and financial assistance and a commercial website.Keywords: Air Brush; Management; Finance; Website.

Abstract

The activities of the CPM with the title of “the Actualization of the Improvement of the Competitiveness of the Product Oil Scrub Traditional Herbs Through Branding and Certification Guarantee the Quality of Products UMK Rambal Deli in District Girders” this is focused on penuntasan 3 (three) problems specific be problem specific namely (1) Absence of the actualization of the knowledge explicit (explicit knowledge) in the product oil rub the traditional herbs that is produced; (2) product competitiveness the relative weakness with the management of production, marketing and finance is still traditional and; (3) the Body efforts yet there the body order official and permit the efforts which have not yet registered. Partners involved in the activities of the CPM this is the UMK Rambal Deli led by Mr. Agus Hidayat. UMK is located in the Street Sergeant M. Arifin gg. Muslim Lk. II wards Girders of the City, Subdistrict Girders, Regency of Deli Serdang. As an alternative solution for the settlement of the problem referred to consists of: (1) documentation of the profile and the formula of the products in print and electronic; (2) modernization and amplification of diffuse marketing: finishing and marketing system, and; (3) the assitance management certificate stand SME and business licenses. The activities of the CPM this will produce some external of them: The Proceedings, the Application of ABOUT and Product Innovation, draft pocket book, assitance management certificate stand order and clearance order.Keywords: SME, Certificate of Incorporation, Business license, Packaging.

Abstract

ADDIE Model merupakan framework yang paling banyak digunakan oleh perancang instruksional karena memberikan pedoman yang fleksibel untuk membantu perancang instruksional membuat alat pendukung praktis. Dalam penelitian ini, ADDIE Model diimplementasikan dalam pengembangan e-module berbasis case method pada Mata Kuliah Pasar Modal Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Medan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa e-module Kursus Pasar Modal berbasis metode kasus yang dikembangkan valid, efektif, praktis, dan bermanfaat sebagai bahan perkuliahan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil penilaian belajar siswa sebesar 80,95%.

Abstract

This study overcomes the problem of low activity and learning outcomes of students in class XI AKL 1 SMK N 1 Sidikalang, consisting of 36 students. This study aims to improve activity and learning outcomes by using the Contextual Teaching and Learning model. Data were collected through activity observation sheets and learning outcomes tests, then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. 1) In cycle I, the first meeting showed an average of 27.77% active activities, then in cycle II, it increased with an average of 77.77% active activities. 2) The average pre-test score was 72.77% with 17 students (47.22%) complete, post-test cycle I 75% with 19 students (52.77%) complete, and post-test cycle II 85.27% with 32 students (88.88%) complete, meeting the success indicator ≥85%. In conclusion, the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model succeeded in improving student learning activities and outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menilai dampak gabungan model PBL dan TGT terhadap aktivitas serta hasil belajar peserta didik dalam akuntansi keuangan. Dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari dua pertemuan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan tes, serta menganalisisnya dengan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI AKL di SMK Swasta Brigjen Katamso II Medan pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan signifikan dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua, dengan ketuntasan aktivitas belajar naik dari 71,42% menjadi 92,86% dan hasil belajar dari 69,06% menjadi 92,86%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kombinasi PBL dan TGT terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman peserta didik, serta memberikan kontribusi berarti untuk pengembangan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih baik di masa mendatang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient, learning independence and anxiety on problem-solving ability on the adjustment journal material. This type of research is ex post facto. The population in this study were all students of class X majoring in financial accounting and institutions at SMK Negeri 1 Stabat, totaling 69 students. The sample in this study was 69 students, where the sampling technique was total sampling. Data collection was carried out using research questionnaires and adjustment journal test questions. Then analyze the data with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Based on the regression model formed, it is Y = 21.102 + 0.646X1 + 1.413X2 - 0.258X3 and partial hypothesis testing, there is a significant influence between adversity quotient on problem-solving ability, independence on problem-solving ability and anxiety on problem-solving ability. Furthermore, adversity quotient, learning independence and anxiety simultaneously have a significant effect on problem-solving ability with the magnitude of the influence of the three independent variables being 87.4%, while 12.6% is explained by other relevant variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Along with the development of the global economy and changing financial trends, students are increasingly faced with opportunities to get involved in various investment instruments. Therefore, students are potential young investors who are expected to be able to contribute actively to advancing and increasing investment. This research aims to examine and describe the factors that influence students' investment interest in the city of Medan. This research was conducted at economics faculties at six universities in Medan City. The data source for this research is a primary data source. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample for this research consisted of 262 data which met the sample criteria using the purposive sampling method. The data obtained was then analyzed using Partial Least Square-SEM with the help of the smartPLS 4.0 application. Partial research results show that financial literacy, technological progress, income have a positive and significant effect on investment interest, lifestyle does not have a significant effect on investment interest. The moderating variable gender does not act as a moderating variable that strengthens or weakens the relationship between Financial Literacy and Investment Interest. Gender as a moderating variable further strengthens the relationship between Technological Progress and Investment Interest. The gender moderating variable does not influence the relationship between Income and Investment Interest. Gender as a moderating variable does not strengthen or weaken the relationship between Lifestyle and Investment Interest. It is hoped that this research can provide additional contributions in the field of similar literature for the development of further research and be useful for interested parties.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to develop an E-module using a Flip Builder Application Based on Problem Solving in the subject of Taxation for PPH Chapter 23,24,25, 26, and Chapter 28(a)/29. This research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The development stage has 3 stages, namely 1). Validation test in which there are two validators, namely material experts and media experts. 2). The practicality test is a test from a tax lecturer (one person). 3). The next step is to test the attractiveness of the E-module, namely the individual test (3 people) and the small group test (6 people). limited group trial by distributing online questionnaires. The validation results from material experts and media experts obtained that the criteria could be used with partial revisions results is 85%  and could be used with partial revisions with 84% results. The results obtained from the practicality test in which the course lecturers amounted to 91.7% and individual trials and small group trials of 93%.Keywords : E-modul, Flip Builder, Problem Solving
