Abstract

The phone can facilitate us to communicate remotely with others without having to meet with that person. However, with the rapid advancement of technology and the increasing human capabilities so timbulah crimes, one of which is the crime of fraud by telephone. Based on the authors obtained data from Pekanbaru City Police, from 2012 until 2013 many reports to Pekanbaru City Police against criminal fraud through this phone and have increased. The purpose of this study, namely; First, know the law enforcement against criminal fraud over the phone by Pekanbaru City Police. Second, determine the barriers to the implementation of law enforcement against criminal fraud over the phone in the jurisdiction in Pekanbaru City Police. Third, knowing the efforts made to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement against criminal acts by telephone within the jurisdiction of the City Police Pekanbaru. This type of research is a juridical sociological research, because the author directly examine the problems occurred. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City Police, while the population and the sample is a whole party related to the problems examined in this study, the data sources used, the primary data, secondary data and data tertiary data collection techniques in this study with interviews, literature study and observation. From the research, there are three main issues that can be inferred. First, law enforcement against criminal fraud over the phone by Pekanbaru City Police have not run properly. Second, internal factors that impede law enforcement against criminal fraud through this phone is the lack of experts and lack of tracking device. External factors that impede law enforcement against criminal fraud by telephone within the jurisdiction of the City Police Pekanbaru is the lack of evidence and the lack of evidence from witnesses. Third, Pekanbaru City Police officers to disseminate to the public on criminal fraud through this phone. Suggestions author, First, should improve the performance of Pekanbaru City Police in dealing with criminal fraud through this phone. Second, add a special team and a tracking device. Cooperation with third-party data providers in the use of that provider.

Abstract

Health is the most important thing needed by the human body. Efforts to improve the quality of life in the health sector is a business that is very extensive and thorough, these efforts include increasing public health both physical and non-physical in accordance with Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health. Sales of the drug is essentially a very helpful community in curing the disease, because it facilitates the provision of drugs to facilitate the healing of illnesses suffered by someone either drug -free or drug sold by prescription given. However, drug sellers often sell drugs not in accordance with the applicable rules. For example, in memjual hard drugs on a person without a doctor's prescription and do not know the purpose of the use of hard drugs. Sales of these drugs can essentially harm the public because of indiscriminate use of hard drugs can pose a danger to people's self -defeating, because hard drugs are drugs in the purchase must be accompanied by a doctor's prescription Although there has been a rule that is sufficiently severe sanction the sale of hard drugs but still occurs in everyday life, of course it is devastating for the community.Keywords: Supervision, Sale Of Hard Drugs, Health

Abstract

Women workers are given privilege of rights over men because women are undergoing reproductive functions that are not owned by men. Menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, abortion and breast-feeding are the nature of women that have been given by God Almighty. Therefore, special protection to women are needed , so that the productivity in the workplace and at home is spirited. But in reality at PT. Beka Engineering Pangkalan Kerinci, the rights of women workers are still being ignored by the company. The objective of this thesis was to find out; First ,The legal protection of the rights of women workers, second, The factors inhibiting the legal protection of the rights of women workers.This research was juridical sociological that used the correlation between law and society. This research was conducted at PT. Beka Engineering Pangkalan Kerinci, the population and sample of this research was whole side regarding to the issues in this study, the data were primary, secondary , and tertiary data. The techniques of collection data were interviews, research library, and questionnaires.There were two main things that can be concluded . First, the legal protection of woman workers at PT Beka engineering pangkalan kerinci is still not running well, such the right of freight shuttle, properly bathroom facilities/ wc, nutritious foods and drinks, maternity leave, menstrual leave, decent wage. It started because of the wowen workers themselves didn’t know their rights. It affected they didn’t get the right they should get because they were ignore by their company. Second, the obstacles to granting the rights of women workers of PT. Beka Engineering Pangkalan Kerinci are the lack of budget funds to fulfill the rights, the company’s lack awareness, company’s habit, the motivation of income, the lack of supervision and socialization of labor offices and transmigration, the lack of sanctions’ enforcement as well as the lack of workers’ knowledge themselves about the rights that should be obtained.Keywords: protection of rights - female worker - PT.Beka Engineering

Abstract

The agreement cooperation PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk and retails shoes Bata happen because the parties company requires retailers to channel his factory in form of shoes, bags, sandals and sock up to consumer. The company requires a retailers to outlets. The relationship retailers and the company is agreement cooperation. The implementation of the agreement did not happen well. There was disagreement happened in the implementation of the agreement. The porpose or writing this, the thesis: First, The implementation of the agreemant cooperation between PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk and retailers shoes Bata in the city Payakumbuh. Second, Barriers in practice of the agreemant cooperation between PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk and retailers shoes Bata in the city Payakumbuh. The basis of legal used in the discussion of this is the book to III BW (Burgelijk Wetbook) about agreement.The kind of this study is the research legal sosiologis. The study was conducted in the city Payakumbuh outlets the shoes Bata on the road Ahmad Yani BB1 No 4 Market tenement Payakumbuh, the county Fifty the City , West Sumatera. Populas and samples in this study is retailers shoes Bata Payakumbuh and representatives of the company of PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk authorities to the city Payakumbuh.The results of the study authors concluded, the implementation of the agreemant cooperation between PT. Sepatu Bata Tbk and retailers shoes Bata not happen well, this is evident from : First, The wanprestasi done by the like : raise a retail price of goods, reduce the sales clerk, undermining the label, late sent of goods to the store . Second, The barriers like : the delay delivery of goods to the shop, limited goods a new model, the sales of income not reaching the target. Advice from the author : The first for retails shoes Bata to study and understand the contents of the first to prevent the dispute later in the day, for the parties respecting the right and the obligation to each of the well. Health and safety ( hereinafter referred to as K3 ) is a program created for the workers / laborers and employers as prevention ( preventive ) for the incidence of occupational accidents and diseases caused by working relationships within the work environment by identifying things that could potentially cause accidents and disease due to the employment relationship , and anticipatory action if this happensProtection work can be done either by providing compensation , guidance , and by increasing recognition of rights - human rights , socio-economic and physical protection through norms within the company.The purpose of this study was to determine how to shape the protection of health and safety at worker / operator Fuel Filling Station General ( gas stations) in Sub Tangkerang Central Pekanbaru and to know the efforts to overcome obstacles to the implementation of the protection of health and safety at pekrja / operators General Fuel Filling station in the Village of Central Tangkerang Pekanbaru .By using sociological research methods , namely the law of sociological research , legal conceptualized as a social institution in real terms associated with social variables other.Results of this study are safety and health protection of workers / operators General Fuel Filling Station District of Sail and Village Middle Tangkerang Pekanbaru is still not optimal. It is based on the rule prohibiting companies to use personal protective equipment such as respiratory protective equipment . Abstract

Marriage according to the Marriage Act aims to establish a happy family and eternal divinity by the Almighty. Marriage Law Article 2 Clause 1 and 2 state that marriage valid if done according to the law of each religion and belief and every marriage is recorded in accordance with the laws and undangan.Itsbat Nikah stated explicitly in the Compilation of Islamic Law, published in Article 1 Section 2, which states that in the case of a marriage that can not be proved by a marriage certificate can be submitted Ithbat illegitimate Religious Courts.The purpose of this study to determine the Implementation Ithbat Marriage Religious Court Rengat Indragiri Hulu and to identify constraints in check Ithbat Marriage Religious Court Rengat Indragiri Hulu.This research method or empirical sociological research, legal research field that studies of legal identification. The research location in the Religious Court Rengat Indragiri Hulu because many Ithbat marriage petition is filed, investigated using population and sample.Results of research and discussion shows that the implementation of Marriage in the Religious Ithbat Rengat Indragiri Hulu has not run as it should be because in 2014 many application for approval of marriage for the sake of the maintenance of the child's birth certificate, the administration of the pilgrimage and therefore do not have a marriage certificate. But not all requests can be granted by a religious court, it is associated constraints experienced by the religious court in determining the legitimacy of a marriage, while these obstacles because the witness who had died, the husband and wife earlier would not be present at the hearing and the applicant Ithbat Marriage can not prove the legitimate guardians of religion Islam.Permohonan Ithbat marriage that can be submitted to the Court of religion is the existence of marriage in the context of a divorce settlement, the loss of a marriage certificate, any doubts about the legitimacy of one of the conditions of marriage, the marriage that occurred prior to the enactment of Law No. 1 In 1974, a marriage that is done by those who do not have a marriage impediment under the Act, the Marriage under dlakukan hands after the enactment of Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage.

Abstract

Reciprocal relationship between the Bank in this case Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baru Simpang Pekanbaru and customers in lending does not always run smoothly, even not uncommon problem loans. The non-performing loans would interfere with the performance of the bank, so for that we need the efforts to overcome it. The purpose of this study, to determine the rescue action problem loans in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Baru Simpang unit Pekanbaru, to determine obstacles in the rescue action problem loans in Bank Rakyat Unit Indonesia Baru Simpang Pekanbaru, to know the efforts in overcoming obstacles problem loans in Bank Rakyat Unit Indonesia Baru Simpang Pekanbaru. This type of research is a sociological law research, because in this study the authors directly conduct research on locations or places studied in order to give a complete and clear picture of the problems examined. This research was conducted at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baru Simpang Pekanbaru, while the sample population is a whole party with regard to the problems examined in this penelitiaan, data source used, primary data, secondary data and data tertiary, data collection techniques in this study with interviews and literature study. Actions rescue of troubled loans at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baru Simpang Pekanbaru done by means of rescheduling, reconditioning or restructuring but not for all customers. Obstacles in the rescue action problem loans in the form of barriers that arise when the restructuring will be carried out. Rescue efforts in problem loans is by delaying the reset credit agreement if one of the husband / wife was not present when the re-signing of loan agreement.To Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baru Simpang Pekanbaru in order to take action to implement the rescue of troubled debt rescheduling process, reconditioning or restructuring for all customers in accordance with applicable regulations. To customers in order to complete the requirements when the restructuring process will be conducted. Abstract

Crimeisan actisun law fultointentionally have been done by some one who is accountable for his actions, expressed as punishable. Crime also certain acts, asmisconduct orviolation of law. Crime is the result of interaction because of the interrelation between the existing and influence each other. Crimes against life lately tends to increase. Crimes against life is indeed a symptom of a very disturbing tranquility, peace and tranquility of the community, especially Tanah Karo. In this case the role of law enforcement is essentialing ivesasense of justice to the community. The purpose of this paper is; First, to determine the implementation of criminal responsibility for the crimes of persecution that causes death is done by people who Disabilities soulin the District Court Jurisdiction Kabanjahe. Second, to determine the barriers in the implementation of criminal responsibility for the crimes of persecution that causes death is done by people who Disabilities soul in the District Court Jurisdiction Kabanjahe. Third, to determine the efforts made in the implementation of criminal responsibility for the crimes of persecution that causes death is done by people who Disabilities soul in the District Court Jurisdiction Kabanjahe.This type of research is the study of law sociological or empirical jurisdiction. Location of the study is Kabanjahe District Court Jurisdiction. Sources of data,supported by the primary data source, secondary data sources, tertiary data sources, while data collection techniq ues are interviews/interviews and review of literature. Having collected data was then analyzed qualitatively using the deductive method of analyzing the problems of a general nature and the ndrawn the conclusion exclusively based on existing theory. From the results of the research problem, there are three things that can be concluded, first, to determine the implementation of criminal responsibility for the crimes of persecution that causes death is done by people who Disabilities soul in the District Court Jurisdiction Kabanjahe difficult because of the barriers faced by law enforcementyan. Second, the barriers faced by law enforcement in the jurisdiction of the district Court Kabanjahe; culture,or customs of ficials who have a hereditary, funding issues, and the lack of law enforcement of ficerspeofesionalisme. And prevention effort sunder taken by law enforcement in the region District Court Kabanjahe is; law enforcement professional and high integrity, cooperation with actors on funding family psychiatric examination of fender, the presence of a dequatein frastructure and facilities.
