Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management of non-formal institutions based on the values of the Qur'an and Hadith and identify relevant management models to improve the effectiveness of institutional management. The background of the research shows that non-formal education has a strategic role, but its management practices still face various obstacles, such as limited human resources, weak planning, and a lack of innovation. This research uses a literature study method by examining accredited journals, research reports, and scientific papers related to non-formal education management and Islamic management perspectives. The analysis was carried out through a content approach to find the main themes that formed the pattern of implementation of Qur'an and Hadith values in the management function. The results of the study show that the values of trust, deliberation, ihsan, and hisbah play an important role in strengthening the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in non-formal institutions. The discussion emphasized that the integration of these values is able to answer managerial weaknesses empirically and produce a more effective, participatory, and Islamic management model. This research makes a conceptual contribution to the development of the management of non-formal institutions in Indonesia. In conclusion, management based on the values of the Qur'an and Hadith not only improves the quality of governance of non-formal institutions but also strengthens the character and spirituality of education as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct Islamic education governance through pesantren values by developing a multi-site governance model that strengthens institutional excellence and global competitiveness. The research responds to the growing need for governance frameworks that preserve the philosophical identity of Islamic boarding schools while adapting to educational transformation in the digital and global era. A qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design was employed at Salafiyah-Syafi'iyah Islamic Boarding School in Sukorejo, Situbondo, and Al Qodiri Islamic Boarding School in Jember, Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis, and field notes, and analyzed using the interactive model of data condensation, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings reveal that effective Islamic education governance is built upon the integration of value-based leadership, pesantren organizational culture, strategic educational management, integrated curriculum, professional human resource development, collaborative governance, and continuous quality assurance. These interconnected components contribute significantly to institutional innovation, educational quality, organizational resilience, and graduate competitiveness. The study proposes a Pesantren-Based Islamic Education Governance Model as its primary theoretical contribution, demonstrating that traditional Islamic values can serve as strategic organizational resources for sustainable institutional transformation. The findings imply that educational policymakers and pesantren leaders should integrate religious values with contemporary governance practices to strengthen institutional performance and prepare globally competitive graduates while preserving the authentic identity of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan klasifikasi ayat-ayat Makkiyah dan Madaniyah menggunakan konsep teori himpunan, memodelkan perbedaan pendapat ilmiah melalui operasi himpunan, dan mengintegrasikan temuan-temuan ini sebagai konteks pembelajaran matematika berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian kepustakaan, menggabungkan disiplin ilmu Ulum Al-Qur'an dan matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua ayat Al-Qur'an membentuk himpunan universal S, dengan himpunan M untuk ayat-ayat Makkiyah dan himpunan N untuk ayat-ayat Madaniyah membentuk partisi S melalui relasi M ∪ N = S dan M ∩ N = ∅ pada tingkat surah. Perbedaan pendapat ilmiah mengenai ayat-ayat mukhtalaf fih dimodelkan melalui operasi gabungan, irisan, dan komplemen, dan divisualisasikan menggunakan diagram Venn. Temuan-temuan ini diintegrasikan sebagai konteks pembelajaran teori himpunan yang memenuhi tujuan kurikulum sekaligus mengembangkan karakter ketelitian dan konsistensi logis siswa.
