Abstract

Mata kuliah Sistem Kendali Proses merupakan salah satu mata kuliah baru dalam kurikulum 2022 di Politeknik ATI Makassar, yang dibangun dari mata kuliah sebelumnya yang berfokus pada sistem kontrol yang mengatur atau mengendalikan suatu proses. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul pengajaran Sistem Kontrol Proses berbasis PID untuk kasus kontrol level tangki air menggunakan Labview dan Arduino Uno. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan metodologi DEDTE (Define, Explore, Design, Test, Evaluate). Studi kasus meliputi modul praktikum water level controller dengan kontroler bang-bang menggunakan pompa air 220VAC sebagai manipulated variable (MV), melibatkan posisi pendulum yang terhubung ke potensiometer 10Kohm. Untuk mengatur manipulated variable dengan PID, katup air ditambahkan untuk mengontrol persentase pembukaan katup menggunakan motor servo MG995. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor level memiliki akurasi 97,61%, presisi 2,86%, dan korelasi 99,83% dengan pola linier Y = 8,1025X - 12,488. Pengujian pada katup dan motor servo menunjukkan bahwa pada bukaan katup penuh, laju aliran air rata-rata adalah 21,5844 ml/s dengan presisi 1,48% dan korelasi 93,94%, dan pola linier Y = 225,66 - 2,0232X

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan dampak pelatihan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) bagi guru dalam upaya meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar siswa di MIM 01 Ciputat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan yang mencakup observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop, simulasi pembelajaran, penyusunan RPP berbasis NHT, serta pendampingan implementasi di kelas. Hasil pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan sintaks NHT secara tepat. Implementasi model ini di kelas menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada konsentrasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi, kemampuan menjawab pertanyaan, dan daya fokus terhadap materi. Dari sisi guru, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih partisipatif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a sustainable tourism development strategy involving the community of Wera Village. The research employed a mixed-methods approach to understand the village's potential and tourist needs. The research results are outlined in four main strategies: (1) optimizing natural potential as the main attraction, (2) improving the quality and quantity of supporting tourism facilities, (3) utilizing digital technology for more effective promotion, and (4) empowering the community through training and active participation in management. Based on the research results, several strategic steps are recommended. First, the local government needs to allocate sufficient funds for the development of tourism infrastructure and facilities. Second, continuous training programs must be implemented to enhance the community's capacity in managing the tourism sector. Third, comprehensive regulations are needed to regulate tourism activities and protect the environment. Finally, increasing public awareness of the importance of environmental sustainability and culture, as well as their active participation in tourism management, is essential.

Abstract

In today's era, technological developments are very beneficial for humans in carrying out their activities. One technology that can make it easier for humans to shop is e-wallet. This research purposes to reveal the partial and simultaneous effects of efficiency, financial literacy, digital capabilities on the tendency to use digital payments (e-wallet) among students of Qomaruddin Gresik University. This study is included in the quantitative type. The technique for sampling used is probability sampling through simple random sampling. Respondents in this research were students of Qomaruddin Gresik University. Data analysis techniques were carried out using multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests (T test and F test). The research results showed that partially the variables of efficiency, financial literacy, digital capabilities have a positive and significant effect on the tendency to use digital payments (e-wallet). Furthermore, simultaneously the variables of efficiency, financial literacy, and digital capabilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the tendency to use digital payments (e-wallet). Based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2), it is known that efficiency, financial literacy, and digital capability influence the tendency to use digital payments (e-wallets) among students at Qomaruddin Gresik University by 80.5%, while the remaining 19.5% is impacted by other variables not discussed in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Brand Trust menjadi variabel intervening yang menghubungkan berbagai faktor Purchase Decision untuk produk Lipstik Wardah yang dipasarkan melalui aplikasi Shopee, dengan fokus pada area Kota Serang. Metodologi yang diterapkan mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif bersifat deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data memanfaatkan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama, disertai penelitian literatur yang relevan. Terkait populasi, penelitian berfokus pada masyarakat Kota Serang dengan jumlah sampel mencapai 170 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4 sebagai perangkat analisis data. Temuan-temuan yang diperoleh mengungkapkan beberapa hasil penting: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang bermakna antara Online Customer Review dengan Purchase Decision. Kedua, Halal Awareness menunjukkan dampak positif yang nyata terhadap Purchase Decision. Ketiga, Online Customer Review memperlihatkan efek positif yang substansial pada Brand Trust. Keempat, Halal Awareness terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif yang berarti pada Brand Trust. Kelima, Brand Trust menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision. Keenam, variabel Brand Trust berperan sebagai penghubung yang efektif antara Online Customer Review dengan Purchase Decision. Terakhir, Brand Trust berhasil menjembatani pengaruh Halal Awareness terhadap Purchase Decision secara efektif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between Brand Identity (X1) and Brand Image (X2) that influence Purchase Decision (Y), while considering Brand Trust (Z) which functions as an intervening variable among buyers of Fiesta Chicken Nugget products in the Tangerang City area. Consumer decisions to purchase Fiesta Chicken Nugget products form the foundation of this research, where such decisions are associated with the brand identity and image embedded in the product. The research targeted a population of Fiesta Chicken Nugget product buyers residing in the Tangerang City area. Data collection involved 140 respondents selected using a combination of purposive sampling and convenience sampling methods. The data testing process utilized Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software as the analytical tool. The study findings revealed seven main results regarding the relationships between variables: First, it was proven that brand identity produces a significant positive impact on purchase decision. Second, brand image demonstrates a substantial positive effect on purchase decision. Third, brand identity is confirmed to exert a substantial positive influence on brand trust. Fourth, brand trust receives significant positive influence from brand image. Fifth, purchase decision is convincingly positively influenced by brand trust. Sixth, the role of brand trust as an intervening variable is confirmed between brand identity and purchase decision. Seventh, brand trust successfully demonstrates its function as a mediator connecting the influence of brand image on purchase decision.

Abstract

In the digital era, digital literacy is a very important skill for students, especially in supporting entrepreneurial activities. The spirit of independence is also important which encourages students to take risks and start their own business. This study explores how digital literacy skills and a self-reliant mindset affect students drive to become entrepreneurs.  This quantitative study uses a survey and multiple regression analysis to examine how two independent variables influence the dependent variable. The results of the study based on multiple regression analysis table significance value of digital literacy (X1) of 0.026 <0.05 and the significance value of the spirit of independence (X2) of 0.037 <0.05. The conclusion that digital literacy and the spirit of independence significantly affect student entrepreneurship motivation. The implications of the study indicate the importance of developing digital literacy and the spirit of independence in educational programs to increase entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive skincare industry, repurchase intention is a critical factor to retain customers. DRW Skincare as a local brand faces challenges in building customer loyalty, while the role of customer experience, influencer credibility, and sales promotion has not been fully optimized. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a basic theoretical model and a new empirical research model to solve the gap in previous research results regarding the role of customer experience and influencer credibility on repurchase intention through sales promotion. This study uses descriptive and explanatory quantitative methods. The population in this study is the people of Serang city who have purchased DRW Skincare products at Danesha Beauty Clinic. The sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling using the purposive sampling method with a sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of the study are known: 1) customer experience has a positive and significant effect on repurchse intention. 2) influencers have a positive but not significant effect, 3) sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, 4) sales promotion does not moderate influencer credibility on repurchase intention, 5) sales promotion does not moderate customer experience on repurchase intention. Marketing strategies need to focus on improving customer experience and utilizing credible influencers, while sales promotion needs to be redesigned to play an effective moderator role.

Abstract

The halal beauty industry has experienced significant growth, but the Avoskin brand halal skincare still faces significant fluctuations in the sales of its products. Therefore, the right strategy is needed to increase repurchase intention. It is important for Avoskin as a skincare brand to identify the factors that affect repurchase intention. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Trust, Perceived Behavioral Control, Attitude towards Halal Product on Repurchase Intention in Avoskin brand halal skincare. This study used 207 respondents who were Avoskin consumers and the data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0.9.9 software. The results of this study show that Brand Trust and Perceived Behavioral Control have a positive and significant effect on Attitude towards Halal Product. In addition, Perceived Behavioral Control and Attitude towards Halal Product have also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Meanwhile, Brand Trust did not show a significant influence on Repurchase Intention. In the mediation variable, Attitude towards Halal Product has a positive and significant effect in mediating Brand Trust and Perceived Behavioral Control on Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The decline in national economic performance as a result of COVID-19 can cause a reduction in company and community income, which will reduce the availability of third-party funds and financing channeled by Sharia banks. This research aims to examine the determinants of third-party deposits and Sharia bank financing in Indonesia using a sample of ten Sharia banks from 2017-2022 that did not carry out mergers or acquisitions. Testing was also carried out on each type of deposit and financing contract because of the potential for different behavior between types of contracts. Data were analyzed using panel data techniques, where the selected model had a fixed effect. The test results prove that there is a positive reciprocal influence between third-party deposits and Sharia bank financing. Economic turbulence has a significant negative impact on deposits, but it is not significant on financing. This turbulence significantly only reduced profit-sharing deposits but not wadiah deposits. Likewise, this economic condition only has a negative impact on financing with receivables contracts but not on profit-sharing financing. This finding implies the importance of Sharia banks in maintaining adequate availability of third-party funds to support financing growth. The Government and Bank Indonesia are important to maintain economic stability. Furthermore, the Financial Services Authority needs to increase monitoring of banks with low capital because of the potential for moral hazard.
