Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam merencanaan pengelolaan limbah kayu dalam bentuk serbuk supaya menghasilkan barang yang dapat bernilai tinggi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada pengelola PT Kasih Jaya Sejahtera, Kabupaten Malang, Indonesia. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap utama: analisis situasi, Fokus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan manajemen perusahaan, dan evaluasi hasil. Analisis situasi melibatkan pengumpulan data dan identifikasi peluang pemanfaatan limbah. FGD digunakan untuk membahas dan menetapkan rencana tindakan konkret, sementara evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai implementasi dan hasil dari rencana tersebut. Analisis mengidentifikasi potensi pemanfaatan limbah kayu sebagai barang kreatif dari papan partikel. FGD menghasilkan rencana tindakan yang fokus pada teknologi dan program daur ulang limbah berbentuk serbuk kayu. Evaluasi menunjukkan pengurangan limbah kayu secara signifikan, peningkatan efisiensi operasional, dan penciptaan produk bernilai tinggi yang dapat dijual. Implementasi program pendampingan perensanaan pengelolaan limbah kayu memberikan dampak positif signifikan, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi dan peluang ekonomi baru. Keberhasilan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya perencanaan yang matang dan pelaksanaan yang terstruktur dalam pengelolaan limbah.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan Satwa Sehat Pet Shop dalam menggunakan aplikasi manajemen kesehatan hewan, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pembelajaran teori dalam kelas serta praktek langsung (on-the-job training) untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan aplikasi secara efektif di lapangan. Data evaluasi dikumpulkan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi kinerja karyawan selama dan setelah pelatihan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan dalam penggunaan aplikasi, terutama dalam fitur dasar terkait pengelolaan data kesehatan hewan dan transaksi pelanggan. Namun, beberapa karyawan masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menguasai fitur aplikasi yang lebih kompleks, yang menunjukkan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan. Program pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan efisiensi operasional Satwa Sehat Pet Shop dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk hasil yang lebih optimal, disarankan agar pelatihan tambahan yang lebih mendalam dilakukan serta pendampingan teknis berkelanjutan diberikan untuk mengatasi tantangan penggunaan fitur lanjutan aplikasi.

Abstract

The creative industry through community-based industry on the scale of MSMEs, has developed quite well. The creative industry has the opportunity to continue to increase, because the industry is responsive to absorb the accumulation of social phenomena in society and pour it into the context of products and services. The problems faced by MSMEs are still homework, the problems include fulfilling the market aspect, which is caused by the availability of the goods produced. This study aims to obtain problem information and the right solution approach in answering the existing problems. The results of the study indicate that the problem of human resource availability can be done with alternative solutions in the form of a social entrepreneurship approach with the involvement of the community around the industry

Abstract

In this study, conducted at PT Chery Indonesia and PT Handal Indonesia Motor, the relationship between Employee Engagement, Leadership, and Work Discipline in the Automotive sector was investigated. Leadership's pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement, which subsequently influences work discipline, was emphasized. Employee engagement also acts as a mediator between leadership and work discipline. Employing a quantitative approach, data analysis was done using Smart PLS, aiming to provide insights for productivity and service quality enhancement in the automotive sector. The research aimed to evaluate Leadership's Impact on Work Discipline and the role of Employee Engagement. All permanent employees at both companies were included in the study, utilizing non-probability sampling with saturated sampling and a total of 73 respondents. Findings revealed leadership's indirect influence on work discipline but a significant positive impact on employee engagement. Moreover, employee engagement positively affected work discipline, suggesting its mediating role between leadership and work discipline. Enhancing leadership may thus improve employee engagement, thereby bolstering work discipline.

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of an accounting system that is able to detect and minimize fraud, where this accounting system is one of the components of internal control according to COSO. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 26 informants, namely employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Tbk who serves as unit head, finance accounting unit, technical service, cashier, production admin, unit sales, sales admin and unit logistics. The research results revealed that the implementation of the accounting system at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Tbk makes it easy for users, integrated in real time and has tiered authorization. The role of information systems in preventing and detecting fraud is through fairness or standardization parameters and data input time reports. The accounting system as a component of internal control, implies that the internal control indicators in the accounting system implemented by PT. Ciomas Adisatwa, Tbk has been fulfilled. The practical implications of this research are that: the CPS/CPR application used can produce accurate and up-to-date profit and loss reports, and can provide early detection of indications of fraud

Abstract

This study aims to improve the effectiveness of employee time management through training and mentoring at PT Kasih Jaya Sejahtera, Malang Regency. The method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews with company owners, operational workers, and HR managers, as well as field observations from January to March 2025. The results of the activities showed an increase in employee ability to set work priorities, adherence to schedules, and efficiency in completing daily tasks. In addition, unique implementations such as the "Daily Focus Zone" system and daily digital monitoring emerged as innovations in time management practices. The discussion of the results indicates that the training and mentoring not only impacted individual behavior changes but also strengthened a disciplined and collaborative work culture within the company environment. These findings align with previous studies that emphasize the importance of time management in HR development and increasing organizational productivity. Despite limitations in the duration of the activities and the scope of participants, the results show great potential for the sustainability of similar programs in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, word of mouth, price perception, and promotion on purchase interest in momoyo products in Jember Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to momoyo consumers in Jember. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased momoyo products from the Jember branch, with a sample size of 60 respondents determined using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis methods used in this study include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing with the help of IBM SPSS. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the five independent variables have a significant effect on purchase interest, partially word of mouth and promotion have a significant effect on purchase interest, while product quality, brand image, and price perception do not have a significant effect partially on purchase interest. This finding indicates that word of mouth and promotion strategies have an important role in shaping purchase interest in products, and can be used as a basis for companies in developing targeted marketing strategies

Abstract

Community-based agrotourism is increasingly recognized as a driver of local empowerment, yet its social sustainability dimensions remain underexplored in Southeast Asia. This study evaluates social sustainability at an organic vegetable-picking tourism site in Malang City using eleven indicators derived from the literature: availability, accessibility, connectivity, density, diversity, legibility, safety, versatility, participation, social actions, and equity. Field observations and semi-structured interviews with managers, community members, and visitors revealed strong performance in local participation, diversity of activities, and educational value creation. However, challenges remain in public transport accessibility, digital wayfinding, formalizing collaborations with nearby businesses, and managing peak-period congestion. This study contributes to the literature by operationalizing a multidimensional framework for social sustainability in a peri-urban agrotourism setting and offers practical recommendations to strengthen inclusivity, visitor flow management, and community linkages. The findings demonstrate how such initiatives can advance SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) by integrating tourism development with local social objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explores sustainability accounting within the Bantengan traditional art community by utilizing the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework, which are economic, social, and environmental aspects. It reveals that the Bantengan community possesses informal and culturally specific financial practices that reflect their local values. Despite the absence of formal accounting systems, the community engages in self-help initiatives, show an awareness of financial sustainability through collective social actions like mutual support and environmental preservation. This research highlighted the necessity for collaboration between the Bantengan community and their local government. The current collaboration tends to be more bureaucratic, lacking ongoing technical assistance. The findings indicate a significant potential to integrate local wisdom into sustainable practices, which can enhance community resilience and help preserve cultural heritage. The research recommends that participatory governance models be established, allowing community members to engage actively in decision-making. This approach fosters ownership and accountability in sustainability efforts, finally supporting both cultural preservation and the financial viability of the Bantengan tradition.

Abstract

The sales administration of sugarcane at CV Al Ameen, Jember, is still managed manually, resulting in risks such as inaccurate records, delays in shipment monitoring, and irregular fund disbursement. The lack of a centralized system hinders real-time transaction recapitulation and creates opportunities for fraud, particularly duplicate payment claims. These inefficiencies not only threaten financial accuracy but also undermine the reliability of business reporting. To address these issues, this study proposes a digital administration system that automates transaction recording, verifies payment claims, and improves distribution monitoring accuracy.The system integrates a Telegram Bot for payment automation and interactive visual analytics to monitor both distribution and financial transactions in real time. It is initially implemented as an offline local application to ensure accessibility, with the potential for future adaptation to web- or cloud-based platforms. Key features include automatic transaction recap, Telegram-based notifications, and periodic reporting to business stakeholders without the need for manual record-keeping. The Telegram Bot employs unique delivery identifiers to validate claims, ensuring that each payment request is processed only once, thereby reducing the risk of fraudulent activity.System communication is achieved through the Telegram API and webhook mechanism, enabling automated updates on new transactions, shipment status, and fund disbursement. Furthermore, the bot supports user queries for transaction summaries and payment reminders. The system development follows the Agile Model, which allows iterative design and continuous refinement in line with business partner requirements. The findings demonstrate that the integration of automation and analytics significantly enhances accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in sugarcane sales administration.
