Abstract

This study was made with the aim of analyzing Human Resource Development in Increasing Sales Turnover of Synthetic Rattan Products by Dfanda Synthetic Rattan. The research method used is descriptive analysis using a qualitative research approach. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was to conduct interviews and direct observations to the business owner. In addition, there are additional supporting data from reading books and other sources related to the research title. The analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of human resource development carried out by the company. The results of human resource development research to increase employee productivity Dfanda Rattan synthetic is the business partner model strategy because this strategy has several advantages, namely the existence of several strengths within the company that can be used to take advantage of several opportunities and face several threats to the company as shown by the Cartesian diagram that the company is in quadrant I, namely aggressive with the implementation of the Growth Oriented Strategy which is a very profitable situation for the company. The company has the power so that it can take advantage of the opportunities that exist.

Abstract

In general, MSMEs play an important role in the era of globalization to support the rise of the Indonesian economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 case has affected life in terms of health, education, and economy. The number of COVID-19 cases that continues to grow has made the pace of business slow down. Moreover, people are currently reducing activities outside the home such as vacations or shopping. The wheels of the economy slowed down, the market began to sluggish, turnover declined, as well as productivity. The government has also prepared a stimulus to help boost the economy and maintain purchasing power. The strategy that must be taken is to create product innovations based on needs in order to survive in the midst of a pandemic. In order to exist in the midst of global competition, MSMEs like it or not, ready or not, must be able to adapt, including improving product quality and having the courage to label products, because it is very important to know and learn product branding.

Abstract

Evaluation of service performance is something that needs to be done regularly in order to improve its quality. This research is intended to measure the level of satisfaction or expectations of lecturers and users by using ten service elements as measurement items, with a sample of 80 respondents in XyZ University. To meet the feasibility of the instrument, validity and reliability tests were carried out. The analysis technique was quantitative descriptive through the Index and Importance Performance analysis. The results showed that the level of lecturer satisfaction was in the category of good satisfaction with high expectations, several service elements that needed attention and improvement were; elements of funding sources, providing research facilities and community service proportionally according to needs and achieving service promises in accordance with the research and community service strategic plans that have been proclaimed.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how each dimension of the ethical work climate is perceived by account officers working in rural banks. Empirical testing for this research model is based on the premise of which dimensions of the ethical work climate most encourage account officers' sense of duty on the job. Based on the theory and previous empirical results, this research focuses on how each dimension of ethical work climate can affect the felt obligation of account officers. Quantitative methods were used in this study with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. A total of 64 account officers who work in rural banks in Mengwi District, Badung Regency Bali, were the respondents in this study. The findings in this study reveal that two of the four dimensions of ethical climate have a significant effect on felt obligation. As one of important dimension of ethical climate, caring founded with the largest value on felt obligation compared to independence. Meanwhile, two other aspects (law & rules and instrumental) were found to have no significant effect on the felt obligation of account officers. The moderate level of model summary can indicate opportunities for further exploratory studies in future research.

Abstract

The Sih Sah Somo Lumajang Art Organization Association is a performing organization focused on learning the arts of puppetry and karawitan. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of the organizational structure of the Sih Sah Somo Association of Lumajang Regency so that the positions and positions within the association organization are clear, the duties and responsibilities as well as control and supervision are going well. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The studio is domiciled in Sukodono District, Lumajang Regency. The number of members is 60 divided into 25 adults, 35 youths, 37 who are active until now and 2 coaches. After the job analysis was carried out, it was found that there were multiple positions, so an organizational structure proposal was made that was more in line with the specifications of each position so that it looked more focused in handling an organization. With the addition of managers and financial staff, they will focus more on dealing with problems in the organization by appointing or recruiting new members who are competent in these fields and have great responsibility in contributing to the community.

Abstract

Batik merupakan salah satu ciri khas Indonesia sebagai bentuk warisan budaya. Batik telah mengalami perkembangan dan telah melahirkan berbagai jenis dan juga corak batik yang khas pada setiap daerah. Batik telah menjadi fokus utama beberapa peneliti di beberapa tahun terakhir. Salah satu daerah yang terus berupaya untuk melestarikan budaya daerahnya adalah di Kampoeng Batara, Lingkungan Papring, Banyuwangi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat lingkungan Papring Banyuwangi melalui kegiatan pelatihan Batik khas Papring Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada 15 peserta pelatihan. Indikator yang gunakan berupa pengetahuan, pemahaman, keterampilan cap, keterampilan pewarnaan, dan kreativitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat lingkungan Papring Banyuwangi melalui kegiatan pelatihan Batik khas Papring Banyuwangi. Minat masyarakat yang tinggi dari hasil produksi batik ditunjukkan dari adanya peningkatan penjualan dalam waktu 1 bulan lebih dari 100 lembar. Selain itu, bentuk peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat peserta pelatihan batik telah tercapai dari hasil penilaian sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Upaya pelestarian budaya Banyuwangi melalui batik telah tercapai dan mampu meningkatkan pola pikir masyarakat untuk tetap melestarikan budayanya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fundamental factors on systematic risk. Fundamental factors are represented by the current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE), and price earning ratio (PER). While the systematic risk for this study is calculated using the beta value of the stock. The research uses a quantitative approach with verification research methods. The sample used in this study is issuers who are members of the LQ 45 group during the 2017-2021 period. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that DER and PER partially affect systematic risk, while CR and ROE partially have no effect on systematic risk. However, simultaneously these factors affect the systematic risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the important role of the performance of educational institution operators in maintaining service quality. The method used is descriptive analytical research through a quantitative approach. The samples taken were 40 elementary school operator employees in Bandung city. The results of the study conclude that the performance of the elementary school operator employees in Bandung city is good and their work results can be relied upon. Performance plays an important role in improving the quality of service for employees of the elementary school operators in Bandung city. An important implication in this study is that employees have punctuality in completing work, the quality of work can be relied upon and accounted for, have a high ability to complete work, be able to communicate well between leaders and teachers, and have high initiative in completing work and solving problems.

Abstract

Sistem perekonomian di Indonesia apabila UMKM menjadi sector utama dan mempunyai daya saing. Banyak daerah yang masih memerlukan pendampingan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat agar lebih produktif. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Lumajang yang dikenal sebagai kota pisang dan pengolahan susu kambingnya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan kelompok Tani Kambing Etawa Jaya di Kabupaten Lumajang. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pendampingan perencanaan keuangan guna mendukung tercapainya program IFS (Integrated Farming System). Dari hasil pendampingan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dalam merencanakan keuangan untuk mendukung IFS. Peningkatan ditunjukkan dari pengetahuan anggota kelompok tani mengenai perencanaan keuangan yang benar. Ditunjang dengan praktek perencanaan keuangan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Peningkatan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dalam perencanaan keuangan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang ditunjukkan dari hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to empirically see how participation in village government budgeting has an impact on managerial performance and budgetary slack, as well as to analyze the role of job relevant information in moderating the effect of budgetary participation on managerial performance and budgetary slack Methodology/approach: This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis used a variant-based Structural Equation Model (SEM), namely Partial Least Square (PLS) or commonly called SEM-PLS. The total sample is 178 Village Heads in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. Findings: The results of the study show that participation in budgeting has a positive effect on managerial performance and budgetary slack. Job relevant information also has a positive effect on managerial performance and budgetary slack Practical implications: Unique findings show that job relevant information is not a moderation between budgeting participation and managerial performance and budgetary slack. Originality/value: The novelty of this research lies in job relevant information as a moderating variable on the relationship between budgeting participation and managerial performance and budgetary slack simultaneously, which has never been done in previous research. Besides that, this research is focused on village government which, according to researchers, is still receiving less attention.
