In total, 227 participants from the workforce of a specific company were involved in the study. Responses were gathered through a survey with closed-ended questions rated on a 1-to-5 Likert scale, indicating differing levels of agreement. Analysis of the data was carried out using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the use of AMOS software version 22. The findings of the research suggest that: (1) Employee performance is deeply impacted by emotional intelligence; (2) Emotional intelligence plays a role in determining job satisfaction; (3) The perception of organisational support has an impact on performance; (4) The perception of organisational support also influences job satisfaction; (5) Employee performance can be affected by job satisfaction; (6) Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between emotional intelligence and performance; and (7) Job satisfaction also acts as a mediator between perceived organisational support and performance. These findings highlight the importance of establishing a supportive work environment that fosters emotional and organisational well-being to enhance employee performance. Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor that determines an organization's success in achieving its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of online training and career development on employee performance at one of the state-owned enterprises in the financial services sector, specifically at a branch office located in Sidoarjo. This study employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a census (saturation sampling), where all 33 permanent employees at PT Pegadaian Branch Office Sidoarjo serve as research respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results indicate that, partially, online training does not have a significant impact on employee performance. Conversely, career development was found to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, online training and career development together were proven to have a significant impact on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Branch Office Sidoarjo. This study reinforces existing theory and provides practical implications for the management of PT Pegadaian Sidoarjo Branch Office to evaluate and align career development policies to be more fair and responsive. The aim is to ensure equal opportunities for all levels of employees, which will ultimately improve overall organizational performance through data-driven human resource management

Abstract

Objective: This study introduces STRATEGIA (Strategic Reflective Action for Growth and Institutional Advantage), a reflective strategy formulation model designed to support schools in developing context-sensitive and strength-based strategic blueprints for institutional excellence. Method: Employing a design-based research approach, the model was piloted with 19 school principals through a structured training program. Data were collected via pre–post surveys, blueprint portfolio analysis, and reflective documentation to evaluate shifts in strategic thinking and planning competence. Results: Findings indicate substantial improvements in participants’ strategic understanding and blueprint development, with score increases ranging from 24% to 53%. Participants rated the model as clear, relevant, and practically applicable in the context of school planning. Novelty: STRATEGIA is distinguished by its integration of Appreciative Inquiry, Resource-Based View (VRIO), SOAR, Organizational DNA, PESTEL, and stakeholder mapping into a five-stage reflective process—Reflective Discovery, Signature Formulation, Strategic Visualization, Roadmap Development, and First-Year Strategic Initiatives. This innovative combination provides a practical and scalable planning framework that is rooted in institutional identity, offering a novel contribution to strategic leadership development in educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational change and career adaptability on employee performance, mediated by job satisfaction, at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Human Rights in Central Java. The population of the study includes 66 employees of the aforementioned office. A quantitative method is employed, using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results reveal that both organizational change and career adaptability have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational change also has a direct and significant impact on employee performance, while career adaptability does not directly affect performance. However, job satisfaction significantly mediates the influence of both organizational change and career adaptability on employee performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of job satisfaction as an intervening mechanism in improving employee performance, particularly within public organizations undergoing transformation and demanding a high level of career adaptability from their personnel.
